Chalet in Champagny-en-Vanoise, skiing domain of La Plagne, Terrace, Parking

Very beautiful chalet for 8 persons, with 2 bathrooms (one including WC) and 1 WC. The ground floor has been completely renovated in 2014 (kitchen, shower, stairs, floor are new, ). The ground floor is composed of a large living room with a new contemporary kitchen, the whole leading to a large terrace with a clear view of the mountain and the valley. There also is a small bedroom (bunk beds), a bathroom (shower and WC). The upstairs includes three attic bedrooms, (the two first ones each have their double bed, the third one has 2 single beds), but also a bathroom (bath) and WC. All of the bedrooms have cupboards at the customers' disposal. The chalet is owned by private individuals; as a result, it is nicely decorated, nice to live in and has all the needed comfort to spend excellent holidays. A shuttle allows getting, in a few minutes, to the cable car which gives access to the huge skiing domain of La Plagne and Paradiski (Les Arcs). In the centre of the village, are located all the corner shops.


A cellar, easily accessible by an indoor staircase, is available to store the ski equipment.

Chalet très agréable et propre. Belle terrasse. Navette très proche qui mène aux télécabines et où il y a toujours de la place car l arrêt est le premier du parcours. Il manque peut être un micro-onde et un peu de rangements.

Le chalet a été TOP, il est très beau, super propre et surtout Jocelyn a été formidable, elle nous a même laisser entrer et sortir avec un peu plus du temps chose que nous a permit de récupérer nos affaires après notre journée du ski le dernier jour. Merci pour tout Jocelyn À bientôt Clara

Chalet cosy et sympathique

Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une bonne semaine au ski. Chalet fonctionnel, convivial, bien équipé, jolie terrasse. Nous étions 8 mais étant toute la journée à l'extérieur, nous n'avons pas eu l'impression de nous marcher dessus. Le village est agréable, l'accès au ski est facilité par la navette à proximité. Un léger bémol sur le manque de rangements en cuisine et sur l'étroitesse d'une des chambres, mais qui ne nous enlève pas l'envie de revenir.

Heerlijke week

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Champagny, met als hoofddoel een wintersportvakantie in het skigebied van la Plagne. Het weer en de prima sneeuwcondities hadden we mee, maar het huis heeft hier ook zeker aan bijgedragen. Alleen was er bij ons onduidelijkheid over het samenstel van de bedden, waardoor we alleen 1-persoons beddengoed bijmons hadden, maar in de twee slaapkamers met het tweepersoonsbed was wel degelijk een tweepersoonsdekbed aanwezig (lits-jumeaux). En de oven is er 1 met gebruiksaanwijzing, en die is er dan net ff niet, maar met een beetje uitproberen is het ons gelukt om deze dagelijks goed te gebruiken. Verder heeft het huis aan onze verwachting voldaan en zouden we zomaar nog eens terug gaan.

Sauber und gemütlich

Kleines schnuckliges Haus mit kleinen Schlafzimmern und sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Backofen ein bisschen tricky. (Ski Gebiet nicht so Snowboard freundlich, weil viele Ziehstrecken) Gesamt: Gerne wieder.

Chalet le faucon

Chalet sympathique avec très belle vue sur la montagne, seul bémol, escalier à prendre bien réveillé et de n'avoir pas trop bu de génépi, contact avec les propriétaires très cordial . Les environs sont superbes qu'elle que soit la saison et pour les amoureux de la randonnée et de la pêche, il y a de quoi faire .

L'escalier n'est pas du tout adapté aux petits enfants et limite pour les grands parents. Il manque cruellement de la place pour rangements, chaussures, jeux etc.

Charmant

Situé dans un charmant petit hameau ce chalet est très bien équipé. Les 4 chambres apportent de l'indépendance à chacun des vacancier. L'espace de vie est suffisant pour huit. Un très bon week-end en famille à refaire.

Spacieux chalet bien équipé situé dans un endroit calme

Grand chalet, bien situé dans un endroit très calme avec une très belle vue. Bien équipé, 4 belles chambres et deux salles de bains, bel espace donc pour une grande famille. Possibilité de rejoindre à pied une navette qui conduit au centre de Champagny pour aller skier. Possibilité de ranger son matériel de ski dans une cave sous le chalet. Seul petit bémol peut-être la propreté à améliorer sinon, tout était très bien.

Cosy chalet, well equipped except bedding

The chalet's location is only a short drive or bus ride from the Champagny gondola. Buses ran every 30 mins in the morning. Parking is also available close to the gondola station and is only a 5 min drive away - although parking spaces will run out if you leave it too late in the morning. The chalet itself is clean and cosy and has some nice views from its balcony. The main shower is hot and powerful and the second shower in the bathroom is hot as well but it is just a shower attachment which you have to hold whilst sitting in the bath. The kitchen is well equipped, it had everything we needed - although the microwave was stored in the basement which is accessed from a completely different external door. The only bad point was that you have to supply your own bedding, and no duvets are provided. Also, the pillows are square, not a UK standard size. I don't think it makes this clear in the property description. As a result of all this, we had to put 7 pillows with cases, 6 bed sheets and 6 duvets with covers in the car - taking up space I hadn't counted on needing to!

Le chalet est facilement accessible, bien équipé et en excellent état. Quand nous y étions l'appareil à raclette etait manquant mais une solution nous a été rapidement proposée.

Que du bonheur !

Le chalet est très confortable et très bien équipé. Le hameau des rochers est calme et bien situé. Les pistes sont facilement accessibles en voiture ( parking gratuit à la télécabine ! ) ou avec la navette. Je recommande vivement ce chalet et remercie la propriétaire qui a accepté de nous le louer pour le week-end de pâques.
