"The description on this ...

"The description on this site (or for the matter the owners' own one) does not do full justice to this wonderful apartment - it is in a fantastic location close enough to the centre of Cannes but very quiet and relaxing. The hosts we communicated (the Millirons) were the most delightful people who did so much over and above our expectations to make our stay enjoyable. We had most communication with Deidre, who really knows what customer service is about and gave us detailed information on the area, places to visit etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and the aircon a real boon when the temperatures outside reached 30c. There are several very good beaches nearby which face different directions (Pointe Croisette is a peninsula) so you can get morning sun AND late afternoon sun. The area has a communal feel as it has a substantial permanent population and is served by excellent small shops. A greengrocery we used had the most exquisite produce we had tasted for some time and fantastic personal service. I would recommend this property without hesitation and if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Cannes north or south of the resort there are fantastic beaches and bays to visit."

Un bel appartement tout près de la croisette

Depuis plusieurs années nous apprécions nos vacances à Cannes. L'appartement est au calme mais idéalement situé près du Palm Beach. Les prestations sont à la hauteur de l'annonce, et nous avons aussi profité cet été de la cuisine et de la salle de bain fraichement rénovées ! Les propriétaires sont fort agréables et soucieux de notre bien-être. Nous rêvons déjà de notre prochain séjour !!!!

parfait

Location très bien située. 150m de la plage, bus pour le centre ville de Cannes à 2 pas, commerces, camion pizza, petit marché, maison de la presse à proximité. une ambiance de village. climatisation dans la chambre ce qui a été bien appréciable cette année. parking en sous sol cuisine bien équipée et récente. connexion internet un plus bien utile une location que je recommande vivement . les contacts avec les propriétaires américains se font sans difficultés .

A comfortable flat in a residential neighbourhood.

This was our second visit. Each visit was for three weeks . The flat has everything we need for a comfortable stay, The description of the flat is accurate. The flat was agreeable, clean and well maintained. The local shops provided everything we needed. We would certainly recommend this flat to a friend. We hope to return!

"The apartment was very c...

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable and has high standard amenities. The decor was modern and had new furniture, such as leather sofa, chairs, flat screen tv, and more. We felt very comfortable in this apartment. The location was superb with the beach, great restaurants, and plenty to see all within short walking distance from the front door. The owners are very warm and helpful and made us feel very welcome in every way. We will definitely rent again next year!"

"Really spacious, light a...

"Really spacious, light appartment with big balconies only 50m to the beach and 10-15 min walk to Croisette. But maintained in a bad way: dirt and dust on the floors and furniture, old bed linen and towels used for years, old wallpapers and closets. Impression of out-of-dated hotel. Needs renovation."

"Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Urlaub! Der Kontakt zum Vermitter und der Hausverwalterin war sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns bestens betreut. Das Apartment übertraf alle Erwartungen, besonders die Lage war einzigartig! Die Ausstattung, insbesondere die Küche, ließ keine Wünsche offen und war sehr gemütlich. "As usual, it's the third...

"As usual, it's the third year!, we had the pleasure to stay in this well equipped flat, very closed to the sea, to shops, pharmacy, very good bakery, perfect if you have children there is a nice garden with open air games just in front of the house. We have not car and suggest to rent bike near the train station and enjoy Cannes! Owners very kind and gentle, good organization and good cleaning with fantastic house keeper if needed."
