A quiet oasis in a picturesque setting

What a fun place is San Terenzo! We found using the bus an easy, convenient means of transportation to and from La Spezia but it can take up to 1 hr depending on time of day. Our hostess Fiorella welcomed us with homemade bundt cake which went well with our coffee. The apartment has several flights of stairs to climb which is hard when handling luggage but otherwise is doable. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony drinking vino in the evenings and taking our coffee in the mornings. The kitchen was equipped with basics but we chose to eat out in neighborhood restaurants and there are numerous to choose from. The door lock at the apartment door was hard to operate but our host took care of the problem immediately. I found Fiorella to be very responsive to all of my communications. We felt the apartment was secure and ideal for being a launch point for our day’s activities and the neighborhood felt safe even later in the evening. I highly recommend staying at this property.

A nice place to stay.

We stayed with two kids for one week at Fiorellas place and were very pleased with our stay. It was a short walk to the beach, and close to the supermarket. We had a good contact with Fiorella before the trip and we were well welcomed when we arrived. I recommed this place for others who want to spend a vacation in San Terenzo/Lerici.

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni con la mia famiglia di 4 persone ( 2 figlie di 14 e 18 anni ) in questo confortevole appartamento da poco ristrutturato, ben arredato ( bellissima la camera matrimoniale) e dotato di tutti i confort. Lo stesso è ubicato in un complesso condominiale a soli 200 mt dal mare / spiaggia e dalla spettacolare passeggiata / lungomare che collega la frazione di San Terenzio al centro di Lerici per poco più di 1 Km . Gentilissima la signora Fiorella , che ringrazio ancora. Pasqua e Pasquetta 2019 che non dimenticheremo in fretta. Ci torneremo , magari soggiornando qualche giorno in più.

Casa molto comoda in zona vicina al mare

La casa era ottima per una famiglia con due bambini, l'unico inconveniente le scale un po' strette per portare su il passeggino (ma volendo, questo si può lasciare al piano terra nell'androne). La proprietaria è stata molto carina e disponibile, sia per anticipare il check-in sia per aspettarci quando siamo arrivati in ritardo. In 5 minuti si arriva al lungomare di SanTerenzo, vicino ci sono vari supermercati (meglio allungare un po' la strada per arrivare alla Coop, o ai forni nelle viuzze del lungomare). Consigliata per famiglie o piccoli gruppi che non abbiano problemi a fare le scale!

Molto gentile la proprietaria che ci ha accolti con un graditissimo dono. L appartamento, che si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, è spazioso e veramente a due minuti,a piedi, dalla spiaggia.

Close to the Beach!

Easy to get to right from the bus stop The owners met us right away when I called to let them know we had arrived Julia made us a homemade cake that was delicious The apartment is close to the beach, shopping and a short easy bus ride to the boats that take you to Cinque Terra! Loved it and would definitely return! Julia and Alberto were great hosts! Very nice people!

Breve e piacevole vacanza breve in una località gradevole, facilmente raggiungibile. Parcheggio pubblico a breve distanza, a pagamento ma credo siano condizioni usuali per questa parte di Liguria, appartamento semplice, in ordine, dotato di quanto serve. Proprietari accoglienti e disponibili.
