This is a very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for two couples to share near the Campo de Fiore. It is within walking distance of all the major sites in Rome. The apartment itself is well equipped and spacious. It was quiet at night. The neighborhood felt very safe as well. Communication with our host was easy. There are good shops and restaurants with a five minute walk of the apartment.
Could not be closer to Campo dei Fiori and a stones throw from Piazza Navona…. Very clean and spacious, check in process was quick and easy….so many great restaurants within a 5 minute walk… Has an elevator, very quiet at night. Close to great gelato and Bar Rossana 1946 which had the best coffee in Rome.
We will stay there again

Great place to stay in the heart of Rome
The location was perfect - a short walk to the Vatican one way, ruins another, and the big sites just north. It was a nice size, but the hot water in half the place did not work for a day until we could figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, they were very friendly when we picked the keys up and showed us around the apartment. Would definitely go back!
Walked to all the major typical attractions. Building very clean. If you are coming from the airport take the transfer service. It’s fantastic well worth the little extra. Would stay again. Only negative is because of the cement walls internet service is spotty in many rooms. It would requires repeaters and increase bandwidth. After walking 15km a day it’s nice to stream a movie in bed :).

Great location !!
Grotta Pinta 6 was a very comfortable apartment. While the layout is a little different it worked easily for two couples. We walked everywhere from the apartment's central location and the choice of restaurants within a few blocks was unbelieveable. Because we hadn't set up an account with HomeAway we didn't get the information regarding the check-in procedure in a timely manner but the HomeAway staff were very helpful in getting the phone number that we needed.

Rome is beautiful but changed
The property was fine being that we had a two-year-old. Unfortunately, the floors had not been cleaned and the two-year-old was filthy after crawling for an hour. At check-in in they would only give us one key for two couples. After a day, I was able to get a second key.

Spacious Unit in a Great Location
Pros:
*Airy unit with lots of light and windows.
*Spacious
*In a great location just steps from the Campo di Fiori
*Very comfortable beds
*Clean
*The everyday sounds of Rome at present-church bells, Vespa motors, people talking, but quiet at night.
Cons:
*Overwhelming fried fish smells in back of unit (kitchen, one bathroom, hallway, laundry room) due to the fried fish restaurant located 2 stories below. Needed to keep area shut off from fron of apartment to keep the smell out of entire unit.

Spacious, quiet apartment in an ideal location. I would recommend it to friends visiting rome and come back here myself. I was nervous about the fish smell one person found offensive but that turned out to be a non-issue and I am sensitive to odors.
Property is in a great location for walking to all the sites. It was a very hot week but the AC worked great and we could cool off nicely when back from our outings. The space is very large. We were a family of 4. Our girls had one room with their own bathroom. Grocery store and markets right around the corner. 10 minute walk over the bridge to Trastevere.
This was our first trip to Italy and really relied on the internet for what a good location would be. Campo de' Fiori was mentioned many times and this is where I ended up. We were within walking distance to anything and everything we could have wanted, and the hostess was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The ONLY negative i could say is that there are about 10 stairs that you will need to walk up before getting to an elevator. It was not an issue for me, but those that are older may have an issue. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and I hope to get the opportunity to do so.
Excellent emplacement, appartement apprécié. Regrets de ne pas disposer d'une cafetière pour 4 personnes, d'une carafe eau et d'éponges pour vaisselle. Équipement cuisine trop succinct .
This was our second time staying at this accommodation and we loved it as it wonderfully located steps away from the Campo di Fiori and only a short distance from the Piazza Navonna and the trendy Trastevere area. Having two bedrooms with two bathrooms is a luxury as well as a functioning laundry room and kitchen. The night noise is minimal with the exception of Saturday night when the restaurant downstairs seems to have patrons outside eating until past midnight. My only suggestion for an upgrade is to have a Nespresso two cup machine in the kitchen or at minimum a true coffee maker as opposed to the small two cup Italian coffee pot. The heated towel racks in both bathrooms are very nice and a good way to quickly dry clothes that you have washed and don't want to wait to dry on the clothes rack. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a great property in the Latin Quarter. We enjoyed this flat so much and it included everything we needed. Will definitely book here when in Paris.

Great Apartment, Great Location
Overall, this was a great apartment for our three night stay in late May. It is in a great location, very close to the Campo de Fiori and also very close to the Piazza Navona, which were both really nice to have close by. All the other sights were walkable, even with our 5 year old. The apartment was very spacious, both bedrooms being very comfortable and the living area, closets, etc. more than adequate. The only negative thing I would have to say, and it is the sole reason that I couldn't give this apartment 5 stars is the fish smell that at least one other reviewer also mentioned from the restaurant below. It was prevalent in the kitchen, back hall, and back bathroom, but affected the apartment generally. Although opening windows helped (the smell did not seem to be coming from the outside), we couldn't keep the windows open at all times, as this let in flies. Ultimately, it wasn't a significant issue for us, but we thought worth noting for others. I would also note that check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient.

Great property with lots of space
Pros: 1) location. location. location. It's just off the Campo di Fiori. A cute square with lots of restaurants. This is the biggest pro in my opinion. I can't stress how great the location is.
2) Space. This is a pretty large apartment. Both bedrooms are ample and so is the living room.
3) Storage/ unpacking space. Again large.
4) Beds are comfortable.
Cons: Not many.
1) Entryway just into the building is dark and tight.
I recommend this property.

Highly recommended!
This was a great space for two couples, very separated areas and lots of room. The lift worked great, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the washer was super convenient. Beautiful view out of the window and a GREAT location near Campo di Fiori, a cute park, bus stops, grocery store, shopping. We would stay here again and are very grateful we were able to book it!
