We offer this beautiful villa outside the village of Gennadi ,this beach front property offers you a private access to the sandy - pebbled and secluded beach and if you are looking for a tranquil and relaxed holiday's on Rhodes Island.
The villa consist 3 floors and the accommodation is the upper 2 floors with veranda for 6 person ( the down stairs will be closed and not rented to somebody else,unless the amount of person is above 6 for the same travel company).
The accommodation offers 3 bedroom,2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) kitchen,lounge and WC.Air condition keeps all rooms cool and is throughout.New build 2016 it offers all facilities like dish washer and washing machine,TV,Wi-fi.

For an occupation above 6 person the down stairs house will be adjusted -which is accessible by wheelchair and children (2 to be accommodate in the lounge) are welcome.An addtional kitchen ,washing machine and 2 bathrooms on this floor!The villa offers an open lounge with all necessary kitchen ware,washing machine and dishwasher.For entertainment TV & DVD,SAT , free wireless internet are provided.A private parking space is located at the property area.
I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.

The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 15 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.

Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.
