Lovely cottage, well located

It is obvious that the cottage is well taken care of by the owners. The beds are good and the bathroom is modern and clean. We liked the seagull sounds and the view on the harbour, the houses of Whitby and the steam locomotives a lot. If you leave the cottage via The Ropery it is just a short stroll to Whitby Abbey. I liked to watch "All creatures great and small" from the collection of DVD's. It brought me back to my childhood. The patio offers a quiet place to read a book or to have dinner. On our last evening we joined the sunset cruise and saw a little dolphin.
