Ocean Front - Pool Access - Tennis Courts This ground floor villa provides easy walkout access to the beach, pool and club amenities. Very nicely appointed with all amenities. Fully equipped pantry if you would like to dine in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Exterior seating area. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. The bedroom has its own private bath. On-site, there are two oceanfront swimming pools as well as a number of tennis courts for your enjoyment. The bedroom features a King size bed and a sleep sofa bed in the living room.

​​​There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

A Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo for a wedding we had to attend in the area. Super close to the beach and a lovely view. We love visiting Amelia Island and hope to come back soon!

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s right beside the pool and you can see the ocean from the unit. Amazing grassy area right outside the patio area. Thank you so much …will be back!! Also amazing guest service

Welcoming stop

My spouse and I were quite pleased with the adorable unit. It was raining the entire time we were there. The entrance into the unit was easy, for a much needed rest.

Leaking bathroom sink, toilet constantly ran, not very well kept up. Miss matched linens/towels. Expensive for the experience.. I do understand it was an in demand weekend. Good access to the beach, and local festivities. Not worth the premium price charged.

Very nice access to pool,tennis courts,and beach.a kuerig might be nice for coffee.No key to courts or gate code initially but management quickly worked it out.Overall a nice place to have a vacation.

Labor Day Weekend 2022

The property is as described on VRBO. It was very nice. Pool just outside door. A quick walk to the beautiful beach. Loved the new frying pan. Hope all future renters will take care of it too. Check in and out very easy. Will definitely be back ( hopefully for a longer stay next time).

Winter Getaway 2024

Property was nice but this 1-bedroom needs some updating. Furniture was a little uncomfortable, dated and aged. The king bed was okay but was starting to show some age. Windows needed replaced because they were foggy and tough to see out of. Owner was very responsive to questions and addressed all of our questions.

My stay on Amelia Island

I had a lovely 1 bedroom first floor condo that the beautiful pool was literally right outside my back door and the ocean just a large sand dune away! The condo had everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Also everything you could possibly need for my week stay...even a full dize washer and dryer! It was quiet and comfortable. Any question I had. The Vrbo manager or property manager responded to me quickly! And the chevk in process was the easiest I have ever experienced! I will definitely stay here again. And will definitely use Vrbo again for all my vacations!!

Surf and Racket Club C102

Property management company was very responsive. Condo complex grounds were clean and well kept, On the negative side it appeared that this condo had not been refurbished in some. The main access door was a special problem. The door frame did not match the door. It was extremely hard to open and required a great deal of effort to push, or pull, open. Toilet was also an issue but property management addresses the problem quickly.

Fancy Girls Trip

Very nice. Only requests would be -- shower bars in the shower and lower chairs on the deck. Also, a light at the door as impossible to see to put the code in at night. Never did get wifi to work all the days we were there. Management tried but they did not have the correct password. Rather nice not to have internet!

Good value but could use a little TLC

Great location and Amelia Island Vacations was very easy to deal with. Easy access and the unit had everything we needed. The price does reflect the condition of the unit which is a little care-worn and needs a little refreshing. Toilet had to be jiggled to stop running. Screen doors to outdoor patio are nearly immobile. Washer, dryer and fridge are rusty, but serviceable. But you could not do laundry and sleep given how noisy they are. Finally - and most importantly to us - if you are touting the view, please clean the windows. They were cloudy and filthy from the salt on the outside - and as a first floor unit, should be easy to better maintain.

Nice location - unit as described

We enjoyed our stay at the Amelia Island Surf & Racquet Club. This first floor unit made it easy to get to the pool and beach. The unit was as described and was clean. The furniture was OK for a 2 week stay -The king size bed was very comfortable. The disappointment was that the Refrigerator and washer/dryer were rusty. It was cosmetic and a result of the Fl sea air - but it visually downgraded the unit. I would not live with such a situation and so found it off putting in a unit I was paying good money for. Also, there was a problem with water leaking and then refilling in the toilet tank and often we would have to remove the back to get the toilet to flush. after calling and texting the management company multiple times over 10 days they never showed up to fix the problem. Said they had to "order" parts - it s the standard flush fixture in a toilet and can be bought off the shelf in any hardware store.

Not again

Pros: Location, very quiet, easy access, communication, size. Cons: Very dated kitchen, Non functioning appliances We arrived a couple hours early and because the room was ready they were accommodating and allowed us access. Unfortunately the key pad was dead so we went to eat while waiting for the batteries to be changed. We were informed that it takes 8 hours for food to "cool" in the fridge. When we placed items in the fridge it was hot and the temp dial was all the way up. It is a very old fridge that is covered in rust. Food will go bad in a lot less time than 8 hours which tells me they knew of the problem before I complained. The kitchen which is already small has full sized washer and dryer which makes it almost impossible to open the fridge or oven without bumping into them. On check out your supposed to run the dishwasher, well we had washed the dishes because the dishwasher was full of water. Oh yeah and the pool outside our door was closed. I have used VRBO for years and never left a bad review but I won't use them again. Next time I'll pay less for a 1 bedroom suite and walk the extra block.
