Amazing location and home on AMI

Feb family vacation

The house and location are beautiful and were perfect for a family vacation with our grown children. Unfortunately for us the weather made it difficult to take advantage of all the house had to offer in terms of bicycles and kayaks or being out on the beach when it was too windy. Incredible views from the main living area and deck with lots of opportunities to watch the pelicans diving in to catch their dinner. had fun using the out door pingpong table and big open kitchen/living room/dining area.

Fabulous Waterfront Getaway

The home was everything you’d want in a beachfront getaway! Stunning views of the bay from your first sip of coffee(or tea) until you put your head on your pillow! The bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom were stunning. The kitchen was well appointed and made cooking on vacation actually enjoyable. The pool was large and the perfect temperature. The ability to walk out to your own beach was amazing. We have stayed on AMI for years and have been all over the island. This property was by far the best home and location. The owner was easy to work with and the property manager was highly responsive. Overall an 11/10!

Wonderful stay!

House is beautiful, super clean and spacious. Very nice quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants and shops. House is on the bay and had a lovely view. You could sit on the private beach and not see another soul all day. Peaceful quiet and tranquil. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Week!!!

This was easily one of the most fun weeks of vacation our family has had to date! The home was immaculate and came with more than we could have imagined. Paddle boards, bikes, kayaks, you name it. Although close to Pine Ave where there are shops, restaurants and a lot of activity, you are tucked away with amazing views of the bay and a private beach. We will for sure be returning and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable family getaway!

Thanksgiving getaway

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was large and well equipped, the views were just beautiful. We rode bikes, went to the beach, cooked some meals, walked to the ice cream store… perfect!!

This place has it all!

What an incredible view from inside and outside this home. Dolphins swam by daily which was fun viewing from the balcony and living room. Beach access was perfect for paddle board and skim boarding. Pool and back area was very nice. Home was incredible, from plenty of space to comfort to decor. Thank you Chris for being such an accommodating host!

Spectacular Beachfront property

We thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous house, pool/hot tub, beach, bikes & location! This was probably the best vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. The view was amazing to wake up to & the beds were all very comfortable. Location ideal and Chris always responded quickly to any emails. One small thing is they start you off with 1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel & while the amenity list says shampoo/soap there was only some hand soaps so bring your own. We hope we can stay here again in the future!!

Beautiful and spacious home

The house is beautiful and perfect for a group of 7. The house is on the bay and perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. Thank you for providing these! The gulf beach is a 20 min walk but easy and gets in the steps! Restaurants were extremely crowded so I recommend cooking in the nice kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider making this a yearly event!

Weekend to celebrate my 70th Birthday Jan 8-12/ 2021

I couldn’t ask more! This home is absolutely fabulous. I went with my family for the weekend to celebrate my 70th Birthday. Everything you need is there from basic utensils to different toys for you to enjoy your stay. The beach is steps from the house and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this rental property to everyone. Love it!

GREAT HOUSE

This property is very nice. I liked that there were some bikes that were better than what we rented available. Had to work with the pool and spa to get it to warm up because it was way unseasonably cold, but the equipment was good enough to get it done if you knew a few tricks. Every pool on the island struggled but we got it to 85 still. Debbie was great at response day and night if needed...property manager. Owner was great to deal with as well. Would rent this property any time of the year. Love how it is away from the noise.

Amazing property

We can’t say enough about this property...simply stunning. This is probably our 10th or 11th time in Anna Maria and this home was definitely a favorite. We’ve never been during this time of year and although it was a little chilly the kids never complained and loved the heated pool and hot tub. We are a “new” family of 6 (youngest is 4 months) and the house was seriously perfect for our needs. Finishings were great, appliances are all upgraded and the kitchen is well stocked with lots of serving ware, tools and gadgets. We loved the private beach area and the convenience of having the house within a stones throw to grab snacks, bathroom breaks and to rinse off. We will definitely be back!
