Great place to stay-highly recommended

We stayed here for 3 weeks it was wonderful. Exactly as described, very clean, great balcony all round appartment looking on the pool and lake. Close to all amenities and the beach is a few miles away. Owner is very caring. Spacious-in fact there is nothing I can say bad about this appartment

Great Stay, Great Place!

Truly a home away from home. Overlooking the pool Steps to fine dining Short drive to a huge mall Golf, best of the best courses, what more could I say. Very clean, all new and updated. Definitely recommended and looking forward to a revisit!

Outstanding!!!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay at your condo. It was very comfortable, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. A wonderful winter getaway, a great "home away from home" experience. Also, the location was great - right above the pool and the gym. Being right across the street from Downtown and the Gardens Mall was a real plus. The owner was extremely attentive to our needs throughout the month. Although the price was a little over our budget, it was well worth it. The only thing that would have made our stay a bit more convenient would be if we had two fabs for access in and out of all the gates on the property. Having only one fab for the two of us was a bit inconvenient. Without a doubt we would definitely like to come back next year!

Fabulous! Our new hotspot!

This place is total comfort and convenience; from literally overlooking the pool to walking to Five Guys for a burger. The condo was just redone as I understand we where one of the first renters to enjoy this amazing unit. The unit is well equipped with beach towels, bath towels and pool towels. The linens are clean and newer. The appliances are less than a year old and are very clean. The floors are bright and clean. As for the bedrooms, new furniture and the mattresses look to be new. The unit fills bright with sun first thing in the morning. During the week the pool is hardly used but on weekends the pool can be a popular hangout. Juno beach is about a 10 minute drive, public parking and washrooms are available. The unit also had a cooler available to be taken to the beach. The beach itself was very quiet and the water was amazing, fishing was only $2 per person. My only negative though would be the security key required to enter and exit the pool, it could sometimes be a pain to always have to remember to bring it. With confidence I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Very Clean, Quiet and Relaxing

Our stay here was very relaxing. This was not a typical vacation property, this was like a home. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house with all the amenities one could want within steps of your front door; Grocery, arts and crafts stores, fast food or fine dining, breakfast cafes, clothing stores....all within walking distance of this unit at the shops of Legacy Place adjacent to the property. The Gardens Mall (expensive and high end) was a short 5 minute drive across the street. The best part is the dining at Downtown at the Gardens; we found it very warm and inviting. As for the actual unit....it is in the main building of the complex...no walking to the pool or gym...it’s all directly beneath you and you are literally “overlooking the pool” while eating breakfast on your very own private balcony! My husband and I can’t wait to go back...I miss this place just writing this! Highly recommended and great people to deal with.

Excellent stay and a great environment

Literally overlooking the pool! I loved the fact that the gym is just below the unit so I didn’t interrupt my morning workout. The unit itself is great and as described, clean and bright from the Florida morning sun and very spacious. The bedroom pictures are dated because the rooms have hardwood flooring not carpet. There were no issues while there, the people are great and the environment was quiet not a party place to be. The beach is about 8 miles down the road, not to long a drive. My wife loved the day spa while I was out golfing. The Gardens Mall is huge and we enjoyed Downtown at the Gardens too. A car is definitely recommended. I wish the stay could have been longer, I would much consider staying here again. Doug & Kathy
