South of Cahors between Montcuq (Lot) and Lauzerte (Tarn and Garonne): old and very beautiful property of regional character. Vast family estate since 1950, spanning 68 hectares including the adjoining Vignet. Unique access to the hilly countryside and to Lauzerte, a superb bastide town from the Middle Ages, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. The Borde-Basse forms two housing units (Borde-Basse South and West with each its private and intimate swimming pool) of 175 m2 each on two levels with mezzanine. The main building is surrounded by varied nature and 10,000 m2 gardens. Large local stone terrace shaded by an old beamed roof. A nice place to relax
The house is wery spacious. The sleeping ooms are very colorful 😊. The kitchen could need a make over and it would be nice if there was a extractor hood. Cleaning out the drawers could also be a good idea Some AC in the sleepingroom would also be nice. The outdoor facilities is exelent. A very lovely pool. The house is uniq located in the landscape. Near to lovely small towns and not far from Cahors

Très reposant
15 jours très agréables, avec une piscine très grande et indispensable pendant la canicule. Une maison très spacieuse et bien equipee, mais un petit bémol : juste deux ventilateurs pour 4 chambres, on reviendra quand même avec plaisir car séjour très reposant en pleine campagne et à proximité de toutes les commodités dans une belle région.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle et confortable maison, bien équipée, située dans un environnement calme, champêtre, très agréable, en pleine nature mais à quelques km de tous les services. La grande piscine présente un agrément supplémentaire. Merci à Cathy Seybold qui nous a accueillis très gentiment.

Very nice countryside house with all amenities.
Very nice house, spacious with very nice views all around. My friends and me just rented one of two neighboring houses. The one contains 5 beds, the two contain 14. Both of them have a very nice pool. My friends and I like to cook, and the kitchen was well equipped. Including washing machines! All in all we had an excellent time!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment! La maison est extrêmement agréable et très bien équipée. La cuisine ouverte et le salons sont parfaits pour des moments de convivialité. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la magnifique piscine étant donné la saison, mais le terrain et la vue nous ont consolé ! Enfin, très bonne communication avec Paul René et Jean qui se sont montrée attentifs et très accommodants. Nous y reviendrons tous avec bcp de plaisir.

Séjour très agréable, à réserver sans hésiter
Une propriété très bien entretenue au milieu des champs du Quercy. Piscine agréable, de bonne taille, très propre. Grande maison, bien agencée, propre. Idéal en famille, très belle terrasse aménagée, cuisine équipée, grand salon, étage spacieux, deux salle de bain à l'étage. Des conseils du propriétaire avec de bonnes adresses, nous avons déjeuné à l'hôtel du Quercy ( lauzerte) un délice. Je recommande la location, avec un clin d œil pour la machine à glaçons... Le plus des vacances !

Quel plaisir!
Une fois de plus, nous avons vécu un séjour de grand plaisir en famille (7 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants), à la Borde Basse. Nous avons pu profiter d'un temps très clément de cette fin d'été/ début d'automne. Tout est parfait au niveau de la literie, du confort général et de l'environnement paradisiaque. C'est avec plaisir que nous y reviendrons, encore et encore...

Tout simplement parfait
J'ai passé un séjour tout simplement parfait à la Borde Basse. Très belle maison tout confort avec énormément de charme. Magnifiques aménagements extérieurs avec une très jolie piscine. Vue imprenable dans un calme idyllique. Superbes alentours avec de nombreuses possibilités de ballades à pied comme à vélo. Proche de grandes surfaces et de jolis petits villages. Je vous conseille vivement cet endroit pour vos prochaines vacances.

Vacances parfaites
Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances fantastiques en famille à la maison Borde Basse Sud. Le propriétaire nous avait informés en détail quant à l'itinéraire, les choses à voir et les restaurants dans les environs. Une très belle maison propre et bien entretenue, très spacieuse, avec une cuisine qui nous offrait tout comfort. Les enfants se sont régalés dans la piscine et au jardin merveilleux. Sur la terrasse on jouit d'un paysage unique. L'endroit est en même temps isolé et calme et situé près de deux beaux villages avec des marchés et magasins. Un endroit excellent aussi pour faire des promenades dans la nature. Une location à recommander!
