Treetops is a fabulous, elevated property, on the edge of Govilon, close to Abergavenny, and can sleep 17 people. Set over three floors, there is a first floor family room with a double and a single bed with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a ground floor family room with a king-size bed (zip-link, can be 26 twin on request) and a single bed, a ground floor family room with a king-size double bed (zip-link, can be 26 twin on request) and a single bed, a ground floor twin bedroom, a lower ground floor double bedroom, a lower ground floor twin bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a lower ground floor bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and an additional dining area connected through the open archway. There is also a utility room with a basin and WC, a sitting room with a large wrap around balcony with furniture, a snug with woodburner, a conservatory and a lower ground floor conservatory with an additional snug area. Outside there is off road parking for eight cars, access on request to a secure double garage for bike storage, a large enclosed lawned garden with different levels and patios with furniture and a charcoal barbecue, a garden room on the lower lawn, a hot tub and a fully undercover swimming pool. Treetops is a wonderful base for your relaxing holiday.
