Family Friendly South Anchorage Home, Centrally Located For Your Ak Adventure.

This spacious, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with 2,380 sq. Ft. Of living space comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your alaskan adventure. The leander house is located in a well kept neighborhood that is just 10 to 15 minutes away from all the activities anchorage has to offer. The main floor has wood laminate floors throughout, formal and informal living rooms, kitchen and dining areas. There is a fenced, south facing rear yard, with extra large deck.
Enjoy the family room with it's floor to ceiling windows, spectacular river rock fireplace, 18 ft. Vaulted ceilings, leather sofa and recliners and a 50" flat screen tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has ample counter space, breakfast bar, and bay window. Located just off the dining room is a large deck, complete with grill.
Upstairs the spacious master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom. With large jetted tub, separate shower and double vanities it is a great place to relax after a full day. Separating the master bedroom from bedroom 2 and 3 is a bridge. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with a full bed below and a twin bed on top. A full bath is located just outside bedroom 2 and 3. Amenities include wifi, back deck with gas grill and a full supply of linens.

Great stay in Anchorage

Great place for our stay in Anchorage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Owner was very communicative and responsive - a pleasure to work with. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood about 10-15 minutes from downtown. The backyard garden is absolutely stunning and if it had not rained every day we would have definitely spent more time just sitting in the backyard. Highly recommend this place!

Great start to our family vacation!

The house was clean and had all the little extras that make a house a home. Some of the most comfortable beds ever with extra pillows available. The house worked great for the first week of our family vacation based out of Anchorage. Great communication and a wonderful home base. Thank you.

Fantastic!!

We were in Anchorage for a week so we knew we didn't want a hotel room that whole time. This house was perfect! Beautiful area, quiet and away from the airport and was much bigger than we thought. Keith is the owner and he is awesome as well. This place was so comfy and within a 10-15 minute drive of everything we wanted to do in Anchorage. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone!!

Great House in Anchorage

This was a great house for a home base for our Alaska adventure. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was close to the airport and downtown. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the essentials. The house was clean and the host was always responsive.

Lovely Alaska Home Base

Our week long stay in this lovely house made Alaska feel like a second home as we ventured out each day. Returning “home” each evening to relax and recount our adventures was a joy in this spacious, comfortable house. Stayed three nights. My husband and I, our two school age children, and grandparents shared the home. The house is well equipped and well stocked. The layout was perfect for our family. Location was no more than 15 minutes to most things. Quiet, nice neighborhood (with moose!). Host was super responsive. Check out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

My son and his family and my brother and his wife stayed at the property. The property was convenient seeing we live in the same neighborhood so everyone was close. Did want Keith to know that the Master Shower had an issue with it dripping. Overall everyone was very happy.

Phenomenal experience

Keith was the most amazing host - as soon as I booked his rental vacation home he contacted me. He gave me advice (which I took almost all of them) on rental vehicles, excursions and restaurants- I never got a chance to meet him in person but felt I knew him my entire life. Definitely a five star ⭐️

Everything was great! Keith was a great host. The communication was awesome. He was attentive to any questions I had. In addition, the house was in order and was neat and organized. Great comfortable stay!

The neighborhood was perfect and quiet and we enjoyed coming back to a nice comfortable house at the end of our busy days exploring. Lots of space to spread out and relax and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get around in the mornings.
