Hillside villa with about 1000 meters of well-kept garden. Just 5 minutes from the sea with beautiful views of the Costa dei Trabocchi and the Sangro Valley. A few hundred meters from the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere. It has over 15 rooms tastefully furnished including 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, lounge, indoor and outdoor barbeque, hobby room with ping-pong and foosball. The beaches are both sandy and with pebbles. There are also beautiful bays with unspoilt views. The sea of Fossacesia, in 2016 also took the Blue Flag.

Perfect!

This is a beautiful home. The home and gardens are breathtaking. We found it to be very clean and well maintained. We would recommend it to anyone.

Wunderbar

Wir (sieben Erwachsene) haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Italien verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und auf die Berge, welche sich ins Landesinnere erstrecken. Trotz aller löblichen Worte wäre eine bessere Wlan Verbindung wünschenswert. Das Wlan, welches uns bereitgestellt wurde war begrenzt, weshalb wir ab dem zweiten Tag dieses nicht mehr nutzen konnten. Das Domizil bietet sehr viel Platz, weshalb ein Jacuzzi erfreulich wäre. Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.
