After being in the parks all day, convenience is what it is all about. We also have taken great care to make your stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible.

The south facing private extra large pool and deck backs onto lush green landscaping, lined with palm trees, citrus trees, flowering plants and upscale fencing. The property has been meticulously maintained and newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The generous master suite is furnished with designer furnishings and custom window covers. The second master bedroom has an extra large walk in shower and is also impeccably furnished. The front two Jack and Jill bedrooms share a bathroom and are perfect accommodations for the kids or other guests. The garage has been converted into a games room with ceramic tile flooring and a variety of professional games tables for an afternoon of family fun. An Xbox One gaming system has also been added with several free games for the kids to enjoy.

Weekend away

My teenage son had some medical treatments, so we invited a few friends to enjoy Florida with us while we were there. The house was spacious, teen friendly and wonderful!

Orlando visit

Spacious villa with all amenities a family might need on a holiday. Very clean. Pool area safely fenced , plenty of sunchairs and shade. Kids and adults all loved the pool. Paid for pool heating which was useful for an April visit. Easy to get to Disney and Universal attractions. Recommend using local roads as highway always busy for these journeys and stop start traffic. Quicker to avoid it. Supermarkets and restraunts nearby. Overall we had a fabulous time and highly recommend the villa and location.

Great Stay

Very clean, good communication with owner, Fantastic pool area, and a lot of seating outside by pool, quiet neighborhood, and comfy beds. Only negative we found was no seasonings, salt pepper etc, make sure you bring everything you need to cook a meal with you for your stay.

Quiet Location

Lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood. About 20 minutes to Disney. Grocery stores close by for anything you need. House was very clean and well kept. Communication with the owner was very good. We would stay again.

What a wonderful home, excellent service and amenities

We loved our 5 week stay at this home. The owners provided us a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood near Disney and lots of restaurants and shopping. The property manager (Global) was very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this home and are disappointed it was already booked for 2025 - as we would have booked it again!!!!

Great experience overall

Our family had a great time at this place and would consider staying again. A few small issues but none a dealbreaker. First; one of the bathroom doors has a malfunctioning knob and over the course of our stay, all 4 of us had got locked in for a few minutes at one point or another, including my young daughter who was the first to encounter this. Wasn’t a crisis so didn't need to involve property management but it should be known to avoid a brief scare. Next, the left kitchen sink was pretty hard to drain once water got in it. No serious enough to complain but worth noting. The TV is a bit small in the Master bedroom. The WiFi coverage is not great in a few areas but was reliable where it did work. The pool area was great and well maintained. House was very clean and had the basics including starter soaps, TP and paper towels. The gaming area is fun and one of the highlights.

Everything we wanted and more

Overall it was great. Pool was awesome. 3 bathrooms were a bonus as we were 6. Quiet area and close to everything we needed. Owner was reachable if we had any concerns . Looking forward to next year.

Great Stay

Overall a great stay. We had a few issues but nothing major. They got handled right away which is what I saw in a lot of the previous reviews. We checked in late due to traffic and had no television which was a big deal for my kids. However I called and they came out the next morning and fixed it. The remotes needed batteries which again is nothing major. Cleanliness was top tier but the little things is something that needs to be checked prior to check in. But overall I would stay here again. Quiet neighborhood and we definitely felt safe.

We loved the property & location. Minor questions were answered very quickly. The house was decorated lovely and the pool was perfect. Everything we needed was available and the house was thoughtfully stocked with little extras. Definitely a great home away from home!

Great location

The Villa has everything you need. We have just got back from a 3 week stay at the Villa. Checking was so easy. It was cosy, clean. It isn’t far from the Disney, universal and shopping outlets. You have a supermarket called Publix across the way that has everything you need for you stay. I would recommend.

Property very comfortable air con temperature just right for comfort. Obviously renter wear and tear has rendered some blinds inoperable one or two had slats missing but no big deal. Tv worked well and great variety of stations smart tv too. Neighbourhood very quiet all the time which suited us. Shops etc within easy driving distance.

Family vacation

Enjoyed our stay at the property. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was wonderful. Had a few issues at the start of our stay and Derrick addressed the quickly. Although the game room is in need of some repairs the kids enjoyed playing pool. Although the house is only a short distance from Disney, plan for at least a half hour. Universal is more luke 45 minutes. Traffic can be brutal. Overall a fun filled vacation

Very Clean, but Game Room needs work

So when I walked in I was so impressed with how clean the home was. I should preface that by saying that I have severe germophobia and this home was clean to the point where even I felt comfortable. That was priceless! Unfortunately the game room is what I was most excited about since we were traveling with kids and it was in bad shape. The air hockey table is broken, the foos ball table only works when plugged and there were no outlets nearby, and the pool table was really old and dingy. Total loss there. The pool was awesome. We paid for the heat which worked for a couple of the warmer days. We had some really cold days in which not even the extra heat helped. Also, with the major temperature changes outside it was unfortunate that we were not allowed to change thermostat settings as per house rules. So at times it became too warm and uncomfortable. Overall, really liked the house but the game room was a major dealbreaker for future stays.
