Great stay

Lovely, well equipped villa with beautiful pool and garden- just as described in the photographs. Kader and his wife were excellent, friendly hosts who were happy to answer any questions. Gardener and pool cleaner every week was a bonus too. The village is lovely with a boulangerie, two shops and a takeaway pizza restaurant. There is also a hairdressers and beauty salon. On a Saturday there is a small market in the square. Unfortunately the tapas restaurant closes for the winter at the end of August so we didn’t get to try it. 10 minute drive to the nearest beach and restaurants. Plenty of hypermarkets to choose from. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passés de tres bonnes vacances. La villa est vraiment très belle, avec tout le confort possible (clim, equipements electromenager) et très bien entretenue. Un très beau jardin sans vis a vis au calme et une piscine qui a ravis les enfants comme les adultes.

Hervorragende Villa mit allem drum und dran

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Herr Kader ist ein toller Vermieter und Gastgeber. Immer Ansprechbar. Das Haus ist so wie es beschrieben wird. Durch das große und vor allem komplett eingezäunte Grundstück, konnten wir mit unserem Hund viel Freiheit und Spaß. Die Klimaanlage im Haus ist ein echter Luxus. Von uns 10 Sterne.

Vacances de rêve en famille à Saint-Hippolyte

Nous avons passé 14 jours fantastiques en famille avec nos 3 enfants chez Kader à Saint-Hippolyte. La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont en excellent état, il ne nous manquait rien. Tout est vraiment là pour que l’on puisse être heureux en vacances. Notre hôte Kader a été extrêmement attentionné et était disponible à tout moment si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les tomates et les pêches cultivées sur place que nous avons reçues en cadeau. Nous recommandons cette destination sans réserve. Ceux qui auront la chance d’y séjourner peuvent se considérer comme très chanceux, car rien ne manque ici!

Toller Urlaub

Wir durften unseren Sommerurlaub mit der ganzen Familie und unseren beiden Hunden in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Es ist ein tolles Haus, wir kommen nächstes gerne wieder für 3 Wochen! Man fühlt sich vom Vermieter sehr willkommen, er ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Villa !!

Wir durften in dieser wirklich sehr schönen Villa zwei Wochen verbringen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters. Noch einmal vielen Dank Kader. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im Juni 2024 standen uns z.B. drei Kaffeemaschinen zur Verfügung. (U.a. Nespresso und Senseo). Die Klimaanlage sorgte an heißen Tagen für Abkühlung. Das komplett eingezäunte, nicht einsehbare Grundstück war durch den Gärtner super gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. (Beaucoup de salutations á mon nouveau copain José :-)). Der Pool sorge für viel Spaß und Abkühlung. Dieser ist nicht beheizt, wärmt sich an warmen Tagen aber schnell auf. Nochmals vielen Dank Kader :-)

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt.Für unsere Hunde war das schöne umzäunte Grundstück perfekt. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Idealer Ort zum Entspannen mit Teens und Hund

Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche mit unseren Töchtern (14 & 16) und unserem Familienhund. - das Haus ist ein Traum, es bietet viel Platz zum Leben, zum Zurückziehen und zum Verstauen, es ist tiptop durchdacht und ideal geschnitten. Zudem ist alles vorhanden, was zum wohlfühlen notwendig ist! Es ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind bequem. Das Wifi läuft hervorragend! - das Grundstück hat uns täglich begeistert, gepflegt, tolle Pflanzen, sogar der Pool war schon in Betrieb und sauber (März!). Dank der geschützten Terasse konnten wir auch im März schon ab und zu draußen essen - das Wetter war ok. Unser Hund liebte es, um das Haus herum zu laufen und sich auf dem schönen Rasen zu wälzen. Das gesamte Grundstück ist zuverlässig umzäunt. - die Umgebung: das Haus hat eine Randlage und liegt somit sehr ruhig. Wer gerne spazieren geht, kann direkt am Haus starten und auf diversen Wegen durch Weingebiete, Olivenbäume und/oder Obstfelder laufen, bei klarer Sicht mit Blick auf die schneebedeckten Pyrenäen. Der Ort ist klein, lebhaftere Orte sind umliegend rasch zu finden - wir waren aber auch außerhalb der Saison hier. Strände waren ebenfalls leer - lag vermutlich am Wetter, unser Hund war begeistert, wir auch. - die Vermieter wohnen auf dem Grundstück direkt nebenan. Alles nicht einsehbar. Sie sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hatten eine Bitte bei Ankunft, die wurde sofort erfüllt. Danach haben wir sie erst bei der Abfahrt wieder gesehen. Fazit: 100%ige Empfehlung!

Villa de Vignes, Saint Hippolyte

In der Villa hat einfach alles gestimmt ! Kompliment an den sehr netten Vermieter ! Sehr liebevolle und hochwertige Einrichtung, in der man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat. Es fehlt an nichts ! Die Umgebung ist super ruhig, der Garten traumhaft und sehr gepflegt. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Gassirunde direkt vor der Haustüre. Besser geht es nicht. Danke an den Vermieter für die schönen Wochen in seinem Haus. Kommen gerne wieder

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in Südfrankreich

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in der Villa verbracht, die keine Ausstattungswünsche offen ließ. Alles war sehr sauber, ein toller Garten und Pool laden dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Strand lässt sich mit dem Auto in längstens 15 Minuten erreichen, ist sehr weitläufig und nicht überfüllt. Wir haben dort zwei Abende in einem einladenden Restaurant mit Live-Musik verbracht. gutes Essen inklusive. Der Vermieter Kader und seine Frau sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Zwei kleinere Fragen zwischendurch wurden innerhalb einer Viertelstunde geklärt bzw. beantwortet. Von uns eine klare Urlaubsempfehlung, jederzeit wieder!

bien bien bien

la maison se situe en bout de village pratiquement directement dans les vignes et vergers. des balades matinales avec les chiens ideales. merci de les accepter, ils n'ont jamais passé de meilleures vacances.a pied également on peut aller chercher les croissants. a l'intérieur, il faut bien y être un peu, il y a ce super frigo qui fait des glaçons (certes relativement bruyant).les chambres sont de taille correcte avec salle d'eau ou bain et dressing ou placards, les literies fermes.la grande pièce de vie est super donnant sur la terrasse pour les diners tous ensemble de la cuisine à la piscine. c'était bien mais c'est fini....

Superbe séjour à St Hippolyte

Très belle villa, bien équipée, spacieuse et possédant un magnifique jardin/piscine. Elle est extrêmement bien située par rapport aux activités que je voulais entreprendre. Great family getaway in a peaceful setting

The villa was clean, well equipped and well located for a warm relaxing family holiday by the pool. Communication with the owner, Kader, was easy and he helped us organise our dogs worming treatment with a local vet for our return to the UK. The village is only a short distance from beaches, the pretty town of Perpignan and the Spanish border, so plenty to do if the sun is not shining. There is a small supermarket and bakery in the village, and a large supermarket and other shops just 5 minutes by car.

Très bon sejour

Villa au calme, bien équipée et proches de toutes commodites. Propriété bien entretenue et joliment aménagée. Propriétaire disponible et soucieux de répondre aux besoins des locataires. Petit bémol pour la literie et la climatisation pas assez puissante dans 1 des chambres. En bref, nous recommandons vivement!

Toller Urlaub in St. Hippolyte

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus. Es fehlte an nichts: Viel Platz, alles klimatisiert, schöner Garten mit tollem Pool. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert und die Vermieter waren äußerst nett. Jederzeit wieder!

Tolles Haus, super Vermieter

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Einrichtung, schöne Zimmer und Bäder, sehr sauberer Pool, sehr ruhige Lage, schöne Strände in 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, alle Fragen wurden sehr schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Wir kommen wieder.

Maison avec piscine privée parfaite pour notre séjour

Villa très propre climatisée une piscine privée très jolie ainsi qu un très joli jardin. Villa très bien équipée. Trois chambres spacieuses avec leur propre salle de bain. Nous étions au calme pas de vis à vis avec les voisins. La zone commerciale est proche donc ideale pour les courses. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Notre séjour s est déroulé en toute tranquillité, c est ce que nous recherchions.
