Creciente SPACIOUS 1BD Beach- front Condo on FMB. Opening after Hurricane Ian!

Please be aware that the Creciente only allows MONTHLY rentals....With that in mind the condo is a convenient and spacious FIRST floor ONE BEDROOM unit facing the Gulf of MEXICO on beautiful Fort Myers Beach known for its white powder sand. Location, location, location! Condo is located directly across the street from the Santini Mall that has everything from restaurants, post office, drug store and shops. Enjoy a sunset cruise at the Fish Tale marina or catch a trolly to Times Square all directly across the street. Pinchers "Tiki bar" with nightly entertainment is less than a beach block walk away.
Condo has been updated with stone flooring, stainless steel appliances and fresh paint. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Full size Maytag washer and dryer. Everything is provided for your comfort including all linens, pillows, beach towels and a comfy King size bed. All closets and dressers are empty so there is plenty of room to put you belongings for your extended stay. Extra large Craftmaster sectional with a high-end with a pull-out queen size air mattress. Cleanliness is a priority. Coolers, beach chairs and umbrella are there to enjoy the beach.

Jan 1st 2025 is the first available date. All electrical and wifi are available. The property will still being going through some concrete restoration with precautions to be aware of.
Construction noise Mon.-Fri. 8-5pm cannot be avoided.
Pool will be open. Access to the beach will have to be right around the outside of the Creciente as a fence surrounds the Condos. The pictures of the unit remain the same, I will be purchasing a new refrigerator. New air-conditioning was installed. I do have a parking space under the unit that will be accessible. Many of the small businesses and restaurants at the Santini Mall will be opening October of 2024.
I did recently lower my prices and offers are considered. Please be aware that the Creciente will only rent with a minimum of 30 days. Small pets are welcome.
