By car: 4 golf courses, hiking in the Llevant Natural Park, wonderful virgin beaches, cultural visits (Talayotic village, Artá caves, medieval Capdepera castle, Sant Salvador Monastery), markets, nightlife, ...
It consists of ground floor with kitchen, fully equipped, dining room, living room with 48 '' SAT TV and 160cm sofa bed, toilet, cozy interior patio and garage for one vehicle. On the first floor is the bedroom with double bed and 37 '' SAT TV, a spectacular bathroom en suite and terrace-solarium with JACUZZI.

Fabulous Duplex in a beautiful town

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic Easter week in this lovely home. It is so well equipped and exactly as it looks from the photos. The upstairs terrace gets the sun all afternoon and is lovely to sit out on with a glass of Cava! The parking is a real bonus too. It is right in the centre of town. Artà is beautiful and full of lovely shops and restaurants. It is also very close to some beautiful beaches and fabulous scenery. We hired bikes in the town and cycled the Via Verde from Arta to Manacor. We highly recommend this property and thanks to Esperanca for being so kind and helpful.

Perfektes Haus in Arta

Wir suchten ein Häuschen direkt in Arta und fanden es. Für uns perfekt! Wir waren 10 Tage dort und haben nichts vermisst. In Arta selbst, gibt es viele Restaurants, die auch im Winter geöffnet haben. Und das Häuschen ist für zwei Personen mit Auto einfach perfekt! Die Kommunikation mit Esperança war super, sie war immer zu erreichen. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Lovely Stay in Artà

The apartment was perfect for us as a couple; the kitchen has every utensil you may wish for in a holiday accommodation, and the bathroom and toilet are modern with an abundance of towels. It was good to have private parking, although parking on the street is easy. The decoration of the apartment has been done with good taste and was very clean. Although close to the restaurants and shops, it was quiet at night and we slept very well.

bien placé avec beaucoup de charme

Beaucoup de charme pour ce logement pour 1 couple ; très tranquille et à deux pas de la place principale avec ses restaurants et sa rue principale de boutiques de déco et vêtements. A 15 mn des 1ères plages. Nous y reviendrons très certainement. Et merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux.

Tolles, modernes Appartement

Bereits beim Betreten des Hauses war uns klar alles richtig gemacht zu haben. Sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Das einzige was wir bei der Beschreibung „französisches Bett“ nicht bedacht haben ist, das es nur eine Breite von 1,40cm hat. Für eine Woche Urlaub war das für uns aber ok. Ansonsten alles top

Stadthaus zum Wohlfühlen für ein Pärchen, super zentral gelegen

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr zentral gelegen und sehr, sehr nette Vermieterin. Für Familien mit Kindern eher nicht geeignet, alles offen mit Wendeltreppe nach oben ins Schlafzimmer.

Beautiful place to stay in Artà

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is situated near the centre of Artà so all the interesting spots are located within walking distance. The apartment is really modern looking and stylishly furnished, just like the pictures show. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, we didn't miss anything. Esperança gave us helpful information on restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the garage came in very handy. We felt really comfortable staying there!

Wir waren vom Inserat beeindruckt, vor Ort wurde es noch übertroffen. Wunderschönes Apartment in optimaler Lage in Artá, perfekt zum Entspannen. Esperança ist uns mit der Check-In-Zeit sehr entgegengekommen und war während der Tage immer ansprechbar. Ein perfektes Gesamtpaket.

Erholsamer, ruhiger Urlaub in toller Ferienwohnung

In dieser Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts. Vom Geschirrspüler( mit Tabs) bis zu den weichen Handtücher… alles super klasse. In der Küche fehlt nichts. Selbst Gewürze, Mülltüten, Kaffeemaschinen, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw. Das Bett ist ein französisches Bett und für uns sehr ungewohnt. Aber sehr weich und tolle Bettwäsche. Das Bad oben ist ungewöhnlich und alles ist sehr sehr sauber. Es gibt 2 Fernseher, viel Lektüre, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, Staubsauger … einfach perfekt! Auch die Vermieterin war super nett und immer hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr weiterempfehlen und haben uns dort sehr Wohlgefühl. Arta ist eine tolle, kleine Stadt.

Rundum glücklich!

Die Lage, Einrichtung, Ausstattung und Vermieter sind hervorragend. Lage: zu Fuß sind alle Geschäfte, Bäcker, Restaurants, die Markthalle, der wöchentliche Markt in 2 Minuten erreichbar, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Einrichtung: hochwertig, neu, sauber, ordentlich, geschmackvoll: entspricht 1:1 den Bildern. Der Mix aus alt und modern gefällt uns sehr gut! Ausstattung: vom Badetuch, Sonnenschirm, Föhn, Decken, Wäsche, diverses Geschirr, alle Kochutensilien bis zur Waschmaschine alles vorhanden. Vermieterin: hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar, bei Nachfragen wird sofort eine Lösung angeboten, Willkommens-Obst-Korb und Getränke, vertrauenswürdig, sehr angenehm, nicht aufdringlich, aber zuvorkommend! Artà: tolle Stadt mit spanischem Flair abseits des großen Massentourismus. Klein, aber sehr fein! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Artá . Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und top ausgestattet. Der Empfang war sehr liebevoll und die beiden geben sich sehr viel Mühe. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und können es jedem nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich bin kein Freund der vielen Worte, also kurz und pregnant: Das Apartment ist zu 100% wie auf den Bildern, sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem perfekten Zustand! Einfach gigantisch :)

Der Aufenthalt bei Toni und Esperança war einfach himmlisch:) wir waren noch nie in einer saubereren, besser ausgestatteten und stylischeren Unterkunft! Die Einrichtung ist super schön, alles ist sauber, es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden und die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns noch nie so wohl gefühlt! Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für diesen wundervolle Woche im kleinen Städtchen Artà in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft!

Ein sehr schönes Stadthaus mit allem was man braucht

In diesem sehr schön eingerichtetem Haus fanden wir alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Auch die Lage direkt in Arta mit eigenem Parkplatz ist perfekt.
