The house comes with a large pool, it is located on a small and quiet street between Sant Climent and Binixiquer and is in no way affected by the airport. In addition, there is a large terrace with barbecue, a nice view of the countryside, beautiful sunsets and starry sky.

Authentic Menorcan Paradise

Stayed for a week with the mrs and 2 young children. We were mesmerised by the villa and the perfectly manicured gardens. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much

Perfect Family Holiday Villa

This villa suits a family set up - see the layout. Fabulous outside space and a wonderful pool away from the house. The gated patio area meant we did not need to worry about our two year old roaming anywhere near the pool. Kitchen small but does the job. Good bbq area outside. E prepared to buy all the essentials - dishwasher tablets, loo rolls, bin liners, foil, soap, etc. We left loads for future occupants but there was nothing much for us so I’m not sure if goodwill gestures are carried forward. All in all, we highly recommend this villa for a great family holiday.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful house and extensive gardens in quiet location. Clean and well equipped. Large, refreshing pool. Ideal for a young family as the pool is located at the opposite end of the garden to the house and there are gates. The baby and 3 year old loved the tortoises and the pig on the farm next door. Sant Climent is an easy walk away with a great bakery, supermarket and restaurants/cafes. Very laid back and unspoilt. Beautiful beaches within easy reach. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful week at the finca, house was perfect, worked perfectly for two young families. Lovely outdoor space for lunches and late evening dinners. Even used the lawn area for a family lunch. The separation between house and pool was perfect, given that we had 3 and 5 year olds. It’s only a 30 second walk but gives you peace of mind in the event of turning your back for a few seconds. Pool is wonderful, great to find a pool that works for adult swimming and also kids fun, so many are too short. The kids loved the funky pool lights. Close to town for food shopping and easy access to airport. Booked late and had some concerns about location near airport but we shouldn’t have, we barely noticed the planes. Recommended to anyone looking for a great family house who love swimming and lazy lunches on the terrace. The owner and house manager couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted any issues immediately. Would love to return to a beautiful house and wonderful island. Thanks to Johannes and Roger

Lovely house in spacious grounds

Lovely house in spacious grounds; with a fantastic large pool, and lovely terrace with comfortable chill-out area and countryside views; we also particularly appreciated the aircon during a heatwave! We loved the fresh vegetables and fruit from the farmer next door. Host was very responsive and we appreciated his checking in to make sure all was fine. Thank-you Johannes and Roger - and Marc the farmer!

Brilliant!! Beautiful place. I would come again!!

ALL PERFECT!! Highest standard of all places I've been in Spain and Europe. Big own swimming pool with colorful lights (first impression.. wooow). Swimming pool with perfect distance from house, not too close, not too far. Bedrooms better than of pictures (especially on 1st floor). Sonos sound system around the house with full customization of volume for each room/outside separate. You can even play different music in each room. Amazing!! Location.. perfect distance to Mahon and airport. I can highly recommend close beach of Binidali. Thanks a lot for renting.

Typique et parfaite....

Ce qui frappe en arrivant : la maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Nous l'avons adorée ! La maison minorquine typique ! Tous les détails ont été pensés jusqu'a l'extraodinaire sono (SONOS pour les initiés). Le grand confort du mobilier tant intérieur qu'extérieur, des matelas, des oreillers et la machine Nespresso... maison, jardins et piscine sont parfaitement entretenus. Enfin l'espace piscine, magnifique, réserve de belles surprises dont son propre jardin en retrait. La bonne idée : elle n'est pas au bord de la maison. Johannes est très disponible et a une parfaite organisation pour préparer l'arrivée et nous informer sur le tourisme de cette île magnifique. J'ai quitté cette maison à regret. Je la recommande tant elle vaut un 10/10. Je recommande aussi le petit resto sur la place du village de San Climent !!!!!!

A truly wonderful place for a relaxing vacation

From the very first contact Johannes was more than helpful. He was flexible on our dates, arrival and departure times. This made the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodation was great and location beautiful. Close to St Clement, we found great places to eat, within walking distance. Finca Eleonora was a truly wonderful place to spend with our family and friends. My wife awoke to 'happy birthday' booming out from a fantastic sound system that is all around the house...! Taking into account we have spent many happy years holidaying in Minorca, renting various villas across the island, this rates as one of the best. I would definitely like to go back again.
