Pretty recent comfortable villa with private pool located in a private housing estate under the pines, close to all shops and restaurants, the port, the Thursday and Sunday market. Although many dwellings in Sausset les Pins are located on the hill, the villa is located on the ledge at sea level and does not require travel by car during your entire stay. It is a very privileged situation.
The villa consists of several outdoor dining areas: under the arbor of the terrace adjacent to the large living room, under a shaded tree or on the pool side at the bar under another arbor. Many deckchairs around the swimming pool, nap corner and barbecue area. Outer teak shower useful when going up from the beach just below. There are 3 bedrooms with: 1 bed 160 for one 1 bed 140 for the other and for the last 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90 cm in mezzanine. In each bedroom large built-in closet. 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. We leave baby bed and chair.
