Séjour familial en août 2023

L'emplacement est idéal et près de la plage. La terrasse est agréable et donne une extension à la cuisine. La location est très bien équipée. En revanche, l'escalier en colimaçon est à utiliser avec beaucoup de précaution (les WC sont à l'étage) et est dangereux. A savoir que la température reste élevée dans la chambre du dernier étage. Le rapport qualité/prix reste élevé par rapport aux points cités.

super sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le cottage est tout petit mais très bien organisé et équipé. La terrasse est comme une extension de la pièce principale quand il fait beau, elle relativement bien cachée de la rue ce qui permet d'avoir de l'intimité. L'escalier en colimaçon était un peu sport avec de jeunes enfants mais faisable sur quelques jours. Merci pour votre accueil!

Des vacances réussies

Ce cottage est très bien équipé, proximité plage, commerce et place de parking réservée. Même en période estivale avec beaucoup de passage dans la ville, on y est au calme et peu de vis-à-vis. Les seuls hics sont l'escalier en colimaçon et les velux dur à fermer. A part ça, c'est une adresse à retenir.

Location à l'image de la Normandie : un vrai petit bonheur

Tout s'est déroulé à la perfection, de la réservation à un accueil extraordinaire qui fait un bien fou dans ce monde. De la simplicité et du naturel comme ma famille l'aime. La location est top (bon ok le colimaçon c'est sport mais ça fait les cuisses !). Ma fille et mon épouse ont été ravies de ce weekend grâce entre autre à cette petite maison, ses voisins, les plages, les environs ... Nous recommandons évidemment sans retenue.

Kleines Häuschen mit 38 qm über 3 Etagen

Der Ort Villers sur Mer ist sehr hübsch und gepflegt und hat einen schönen Sandstrand. Von dort aus ist die Küste der Normandie in Tagestouren gut zu erkunden. Das kleine Häuschen von 38 qm über 3 Etagen ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die sehr steilen Treppen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Kontakt der Nachbarin, die uns die Schlüssel gegeben hat, war sehr herzlich.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Villers sur Mer. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement. Beaucoup de points positifs : - Terrasse bien aménagée à l'abri du vent. - Cuisine très bien équipée. - Literie très confortable. - Salle de bain superbe avec un très bon débit d'eau. - Situation irréprochable (proche des petits commerces, de la mer et du marais). - Emplacement pour la voiture. - Accueil très agréable par Madame Avisse. Petits points négatifs: - L'escalier en colimaçon est à déconseiller aux très jeunes enfants ou aux personnes âgées. - La réception des chaînes de télévision est un peu capricieuse.

Jolie petit maison non loin de la plage. Très bien équipée. Très bien située non loin de la plage et de petits commerces. Quartier très calme. Seuls bémols sont l'escalier et le confort du divan. Sinon rien à redire

Un week-end très sympa

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end d'autant plus que le soleil était de la partie ! Idéalement situé par rapport à la plage qui est à 600m. Sinon 2 points à signaler l'étroitesse, voire l'exiguïté de l'escalier qui mène aux 2 chambres et les 2 vélos qui étaient un "plus" par rapport à d'autres locations mais qui n'étaient pas en état de marche.

Appartement conforme aux photos à quelques pas de la plage. L’appartement est super bien équipé donc très plaisant. Ménage impeccable en arrivant Un seul bémol : l’escalier est affreux avec des enfants et grands parents... :(

Un excellent week-end à villers sur mer

Très contents de notre choix, nous etions 100 fois mieux que dans un appartement. Tres joli cottage excessivement bien équipé ( meme des velos à disposition) à deux pas de la mer et des commerces. Remise des cles par une personne charmante et disponible. Nous recommandons cette location. Très cordialement M&A
