Wunderbare Finca im Herzen der Insel

Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles gepasst. Hervorragende Kommunikation, realistische Bilder des Hauses auf der Homepage, problemlose An- und Abreise, WLAN und Klimaanlage einwandfrei. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus mit dem Rundumsorglospaket. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Finca für Familien oder Freunde mit grandiosem Pool

Eine tolle Finace mit sehr netten und schnellen Service bei Fragen oder Problemen. 5 Räume bieten genügend Platz. 3 davon verfügen über ein angeschlossenes Bad mit Dusche, die zwei oberen Zimmer besitzen ein Bad mit WC aber ohne Dusche. Klimaanlagen im ganzen Haus vorhanden. Der Pool und die Aussenanlage sind die Kirsche auf der Torte bei der Finca, sehr gross und auch nicht zu tief. Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden, aber nach Alcudia fährt man nur etwa 25 Minuten und zum Einkaufen 15 Minuten. Wir werden wiederkommen. Einzig die Liegen im Aussenbereich sind durchgelegen und sollten erneuert werden.

Ein grandioser Pool!

Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Waren sehr bemüht und immer hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist grandios - insbesondere Nachts mit Beleuchtung. Unsere Kinder waren fast immer im Wasser.

Klasse Finca, jederzeit wieder, sehr empfehlenswert!

Very relaxing

We had a lovely time at the villa it is quite close to a small town which had everything. The Pool was great and the outside area had everything you needed. Ideal for our to families to relax and have fun. Kitchen was well equipped and inside was very clean.

Sehr schönes Landhaus für Gruppen und Familien perfekt

Der Pool ist sensationell. Der Außen Bereich toll. Küche prima. Man sollte im Master Schlafzimmer das Bett tauschen. Es riecht nach Schimmel. Aber wir haben gut gelüftet. Der nächste Gast könnte aber Probleme machen.

Sehr schönes Anwesen, liebevolle Details.

Pool, super Außenküche, Ausstattung, Viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, Matratzen waren sehr gut, viele Badehandtücher, tolles Poolhaus, prompter schneller/freundlicher Service, das Willkommenspaket war sehr üppig! Danke! Kühlschrank roch stark nach Fisch, Mülleimer war schimmelig. Mag sein, dass dies an der langen Pause lag? keine Türen in den Bädern gewöhnungsbedürftig (oder sind nur die Deutschen so prüde?) aber auch Verriegelungen für Gemeinschaftstoiletten wären toll.

Ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern in dieser wunderschönen Finca und haben jeden Augenblick dort sehr genossen. Es war alles perfekt, die Lage, die Ausstattung, der Empfang, die Umgebung. Wir wollen alle wiederkommen!!!

Superbe maison très tranquille avec son meilleur atout : la piscine !!!

La maison est parfaite et en total adéquation avec le descriptif et les photos. Tout y est agréable, la grandeur des pièces, la clim, la cuisine intérieure et celle extérieure très pratique. Il y a des canapés partout pour se reposer, intérieur et extérieur. Le calme du a sa localité permet de profiter de sa grande et belle piscine à débordement. Allez-y sans douter, tous les services et conforts sont présents. Le plus de cette maison est la gestion par 5starshome qui est présent sans être étouffant. On peut leur faire confiance et l'accueil qu'il vous réserve est juste parfait, le monsieur qui nous a accueillit (même s'il était tard 22h) était très sympathique, souriant, agréable à discuter, simple et arrangeant (on ne parlait pas espagnole et moyennement anglais). Cette agence est très bien et mérite un 5/5 autant pour son accueil physique, que pour son accueil téléphonique ou échange par mail.

Die Finca Sa Xabola ist ein Traum. Sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt. Der schöne große Pool war das Highlight , besonders für die Kids. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieter, danke für das Begrüßungspaket (riesiger Obstkorb und Wein).

Brilliant Pool, lovely villa

After some difficulty finding the property, we settled in to Campanet. Days were mainly spent by the pool and the accommodation provided great flexibility. It was very hot. For it to be a 5 Star property, it needed Air Conditioning and a bit more introductory information on the house and things to do in the area. Small things.

Schönes, sauberes und großzügiges Anwesen zum Wohlfühlen.

Finca Sa Xabola ist ein schönes, sauberes und großzügiges Haus mit vielen Angeboten zum verweilen und entspannen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben uns mit einem Willkommenspaket (Obst und Wein) empfangen. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (8-11 Jahre) für 1 Woche dort. Der (abends beleuchtete) Pool war für die Kinder die Attraktion. Da die Finca mitten im Land liegt, zwischen Selva und Canpanet, ist ein Auto obligatorisch. Die Entfernungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden sind nie mehr als 25 km. Fazit: Empfehlenswert.

Glorious outdoor living

We really loved the outdoor space, even if the pool was a bit cold. Two bedroom are small, really for children. The house is well equipped, spotless, great outdoor kitchen and BBQ and outdoor fridge! The owners are friendly and helpful. It is tricky to find the first time so make sure your phone has enough juice for google maps, and doesn't die like mine did! Campanet just up the road has a great and amazing value restaurant in the square. Perfect for a group to have fun!

Herrliche, grosszügige Finca ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.

Sa Xabola ist eine wunderschöne, sehr großzügig angelegte Finca ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen super schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Pool (welcher inmitten eines typisch mallorquinischen Gartens steht) ist richtig groß, kann mit verschiedenen Farben beleuchtet werden und ist durch ein spezielles Ablauf-/Frischwasserzuführungssystem immer sauber. Superklasse! Sehr praktisch war auch das Extragebäude mit Dusche und Toilette neben dem Pool. Die meiste Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes verbrachten wir auf der Terrasse. Entweder im Chill- Out Bereich oder am großen Esstisch bei der Außenküche. Die drei großen Industriekühlschränke waren einfach genial, um die vielen Getränke für uns (10 Personen) zu kühlen. Das Spülbecken und den Grill haben wir ebenfalls zur Genüge benutzt. Aber auch die Innenküche war klasse. Sehr modern, mit neuen Geräten ausgestattet. Besteck, Teller, Gläser, Tassen usw. waren sehr zahlreich vorhanden, sodass man nicht ständig neu spülen musste. Pro Person lagen ein Badetuch für den Pool, zwei Duschtücher und ein kleineres Handtuch bereit. Super! Bei Ankunft fanden wir zur Begrüßung gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank, Melonen und einen typischen mallorquinischen Kuchen auf dem Tisch vor. Vielen Dank dafür, Micaela! Die Zimmer/Bäder waren genau wie beschrieben. Sehr bequeme Betten, Platz für Kleider und Koffer, modern eingerichtete Badezimmer mit sehr gut funktionierenden Duschen/Spülungen/Abläufen usw.. Unsere drei Mietwägen konnten wir alle auf dem Gelände der Finca auf einem überdachten Abstellplatz parken. Praktisch war auch, dass es drei Wohnungsschlüssel und drei Fernbedienungen zum Öffnen des Eingangstores gab, da wir nicht immer alle Ausflüge zusammen gemacht haben. Die Vermieterin kam jeden Tag kurz vorbei und erkundigte sich, ob alles i.O. wäre. Zusätzlich gab sie uns noch div. Handy-Nrn. von Personen, an die wir uns bei akuten Fragen wenden könnten, falls sie nicht erreichbar wäre. Minimal negativ war eigentlich nur, dass die Finca so abgelegen ist, dass man sie selbst mit Navi und Beschreibung bei der ersten Anfahrt kaum findet, dass man selbst zum nächsten Bäcker mit dem Auto fahren muss und dass der zur Finca gehörende Wachhund, Oohna, manchmal nachts oder früh morgens laut heult oder bellt, sodass man aufwacht. Check-Out war genauso unkompliziert wie alles. Zeit egal, was wir nicht mehr benötigten, aber nicht wegwerfen wollten, konnten wir einfach da lassen. Fazit: Finca genial, jederzeit wieder!!! Prachtige woning met een heerlijk zwembad en een mooi veranda. Enige minpuntjes waren: 1] Keukengerei was niet helemaal schoon. 2] Geen airco in de slaapkamers en woonkamer. De beheerders waren super vriendelijk. Wij hebben allemaal enorm van dit huis genoten. Familie Balvers

Tolle Außenanlagen mit viel Erholung!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit der tollen Außenanlage und dem Pool in vollen Zügen genossen! Jederzeit wieder. Kleines Manko ist der Wachhund, der bei regen ziemlich aufgeregt war.
