Quick Getaway

Lisa was amazing. Sent us pics and videos before our stay. Kept in communication to ensure everything met our standards. Watched dolphins and sea turtles from the balcony. Would totally recommend this condo.

Lisa reached out to us via phone call on our trip down. Had a 20-minute conversation with her about ALL the things including check-in, things to do, places to eat, etc. After our phone call, she texted videos of how to get to and enter the condo, links to various things, FB pages, and more - SO HELPFUL and MUCH appreciated! The condo was beautiful. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and was supplied with everything we needed and then some! Very spacious place. We loved having access to the balcony from the master room. The views are to die for. I cannot wait to book our vacation here next year!

Beautiful place, great location

My family and I had the best time here. The owner is wonderful at communication! We were able to walk to dinner multiple times and even got some souvenir shopping done without driving anywhere! There was plenty of space and the views were just gorgeous!! We would stay here over and over again!

Clean, spacious & best views!

Property manager was communicative and available, which is a 10/10 in my book. The property itself is well kept, clean, spacious, and had all amenities listed in the details. The views from the balcony and master bedroom are unbeatable! It is in a great location. Everything we were doing was within a 20 minute drive of the condo. Lots to do within walking distance too. My only complaint: when we got there, sand was on the floor and countertops. Just a small inconvenience, but a quick clean up. Overall, 5/5 stars, will stay here again!

We had a wonderful week here! Excellent location, spacious condo and huge balcony! We loved the easy, close access to the beach and the condo has lots of beach chairs, toys, and a beach wagon to use. Highly recommend!

Salt Life Dream

This was our first trip to PCB and it did not disappoint. From beginning to end Lisa, our condo owner was amazing and always just a text away. The condo was very well taken care of. Decorated in beach theme that makes you feel cozy at the same time. The beds were comfy and the master king has an adjustable. The couch was super plush as well. The balcony was AMAZING. We had the absolute best views every single day. We searched and reviewed every condo in PCB and I’m so glad we found this one. It was perfect. At the 16th floor the elevators were very fast. We had one day the middle one didn’t work but maintenance fixed it the very next day. The pools and sauna were cleaned everyday and the surroundings were always clean along with the beach. We loved how many trash cans they had for beach goers to use. If I had to find a downfall, it would only be that I wish there were places to separate the recyclables from the regular trash. You can not go wrong if you choose this Twin Palms Condo. We can’t wait to go back.

Great room arrangement for two single people. Private but more equal than most units. Well appointed. Love the balcony filled with more than enough comfortable furniture Fabulous view! Building centrally located with secure covered parking. We have already booked for next year.

Beach paradise

Great Place

This condo was by far our favorite place to stay. It was the oerfect set up for our family of 4. The balcony is huge, we loved having our breakfast out there. Lisa was wonderful and responded to any questions we had. She even had a chest full of beach toys and and closet full of other beach item's that we could use. We will definitely be back.

October trip

Me and my family stayed here during the first week of October. First off, I thought the listing was just as advertised. You get exactly what you see in the pictures and in the listing. The balcony was our favorite part, it’s very spacious and has a fantastic view. The furniture on the balcony was great as well, plenty of seating/table space and very comfortable. The interior the condo was also great, with comfortable beds/couch etc, stocked with plenty of things that you need or can be useful for your trip down to the beach. The beach wagon was awesome for toting your canopy, chairs, cooler, etc. I also thought Lisa was great. Reserving the condo was quick and simple, and Lisa was very helpful. She sent me plenty of pics, recommendations, and kept in touch to make sure we arrived ok, etc. The condo is in a pretty cool spot too. We walked down to pineapple willys for dinner and drinks, as well as a few gift shops and the daiquiri shack close by. We had a great trip, and whenever we return to Panama City beach I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Fun time in Panama City Beach 2023

We used this beautiful condo as the meeting place for our uncle’s 80th birthday. The condo is well appointed with a breathless view of the Gulf. It’s close to many restaurants and right on the beach. Thank you Lisa for letting us use your wonderful condo!

Absolutely Amazing!!!!

We just finished our stay at the twin palms and it did not disappoint!!! Lisa was amazing, personally called me the day of check in, along with continued communication during our stay. The condo was stunning, very clean and specious. The views were breathtaking and the beach wasn’t over crowded! I would 100% book with Lisa again. I highly recommend this property ❤️

Annual PCB trip was a hit!

We loved our stay this year. I was a tad nervous that the condo was smaller than the ones we normal stay in and didn’t have all the amenities (indoor pool, fitness center, etc) but it was actually wonderful to stay at a smaller place. There wasn’t as many people or crowded- we never had to wait over a minute or two for the elevator. We had wonderful weather despite the double red flag days. My boys loved the PlayStation and it was a nice addition to the condo. The host was very helpful and quick in response to any questions I had. We look forward to staying here again!

Best Condo Experience in PCB

Lisa was quick with to respond to all inquiries. We have been to PCB several times over the years and everyone agreed this was by far our best experience. 1. Easy to get in and out of parking garage. Ample space to park larger vehicles. Never had difficulty finding a parking spot. Parking is under the condos so no long distance walking or crossing streets. 2. Never had to wait on an elevator. That was a concern knowing we would be on the 16th floor. 3. Condo - LOVED there were no bunk beds in the spare bedroom. Plenty of room for my 3 kids to sleep in the extra bedroom. New appliances and they worked seamlessly. It was missing a couple of things in the kitchen I would have liked to have had but we were able to work around it (ex: baking sheet, measuring cups, towels to dry dishes). However, it was nice that we didn't have to buy a lot of the extras for our stay - dishwashing pods, dishwashing soap, etc. The master bedroom has a large bed that is adjustable. Two tvs with access to a lot of options - movies, shows, etc. Xbox with a couple of games had my son very happy. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. We could easily see the flag color and know before we headed to the beach. Both bathrooms were bigger than any place we stayed before. We will definitely be reaching out to stay at this condo for all future stays in PCB.

After renting plenty of condos on PCB I decided to buy my own in 2014! After looking at every condo on PCB I chose Twin Palms because of the oversized, private balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf. I feel like this is the most important square footage of any condo and where we all spend most of our time.

I am a local and always available to take a phone call, answer any questions you may have, suggest local favorite spots or trouble shoot any
problem that may occur.

Once you have booked your reservation I can also send plenty of property videos and pictures for a much better look at this beautiful place!

I have stocked the Condo with everything my family uses while there so you have minimal packing needed.

Why they chose this property

The oversized, private balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf from almost every room!

Twin Palms has only 22 floors with 5 condos on each floor. A more low key, relaxing place that attracts more of a middle age crowd instead of over crowded, loud spring breakers.

I am a local and will personally book your reservation. I am always available for any information you may need, suggestions for local spots instead of the tourist traps, and trouble shooting for any problems that may occur.

No Check In or walking across the street hauling a bunch of luggage!! I will give you the door code for easy check in with no keys needed.

Parking is in the garage on the first four floors of the Condo. Park in the garage, grab a luggage cart and go straight to your condo!
Enter the combination on Condo door pad to enter and your all set for your vacation!

WIFI in each unit and POOLSIDE as well!

Location, Location, Location!!!

I can give you great coordinates for fishing if you have the boat to get there or set you up with the best charter captain in town!

I have stocked this condo with everything my own family uses so that you only need to bring your personal belongings.

I am friends with both condo neighbors and we are all willing to rent together to accommodate larger parties depending on availability.
