Nice property from the 12th to the 17th century, renovated in the tradition, partially enclosed by brick walls sandstone and flint, slate roofing tiles and Varengeville. Ideal location, quiet with beautiful views of cliffs, sea, garden and countryside. Wood decor warm beams timbered stone walls throughout the house.
Booking deposit 50% of the holiday package. Deposit of 500 €. Bed linen rental: € 15 per bed and towel kit € 10 per person. cleaning fee at the end of the stay 70 €


The large living room and the dining room are opened on the garden by bay windows. A spacious and comfortable dining room follows the well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor 1 shower room / wc with washing machine and dryer, and 1 bedroom with a 160/200 bed giving access to the garden. Upstairs 2 bright rooms with exceptional views of the sea (5 minutes walk), and gardens, each with double bed, single bed, bathroom and toilet.
SAINT-AUBIN-SUR-MER won the prestigious BLUE FLAG by the quality of its bathing water and its environment.
WEEKEND IN VERY HIGH SEASON ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Belle propriété close et joliment entretenue proche de la mer

Longere confortable et dans le style du pays. Les pièces sont agréables à vivre. Les équipements de cuisine pourraient être améliorés. Rideau plastique au dessus des baignoires pour les douches pas agréable du tout.

très agréable séjour de 3 jours en famille nombreuse

magnifique propriété ancienne et très bien retapée, pratique et bien située, au calme et proche de la mer, ayant permis un séjour familial sur 2 des 3 bâtiments. Très bon accueil et arrangements possibles avec la personne gérante, qui est toujours disponible pour nous renseigner et qui a confiance en nous. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Bonne rénovation mais décor vieillot

Il es non précisé dans l'annonce que le lit de la chambre de plein pied est un canape lit et qu'il faut traverse la salle de séjour pour accéder au toilettes. D'autre part pour le prix du ménage et des draps le geste de faire les lits pour l'arrivée serait très agreable

Très belle longère spacieuse, parfaitement rénovée et bien située dans un beau jardin entretenu par un paysagiste, les autres gîtes, pourtant proches, sont indépendants et ne posent pas de problèmes voisinage. Attention cependant aux chambres à l'étage, plutôt réservées aux personnes de petite taille, la charpente est basse! La région est authentique et la vue magnifique sur les falaises, excellent séjour à renouveler à l'occasion. Merci à Mme la gérante pour son accueil et sa disponibilité jl david

Magnifique gîte

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille. Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 enfants. Le gîte est conforme aux photos, très belles pièces et environnement immédiat à tomber : très beau jardin du prieuré (à partager avec les 2 autres locations mitoyennes) et prairie peuplée de vaches et de veaux donnant sur la mer (le bonheur des enfants). La plage est à 5' à pied. La gérante, Mme Michel est très sympathique et attentionnée. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Quelques petits bémols (rien de grave) : Pas de fond d'épicerie ni de produits ménagers (un peu gênant quand on arrive samedi soir) Isolation phonique défaillante pour une des chambres qui se trouve au-dessus de la cuisine de l'autre gîte Forfait ménage, draps et linge de toilette non inclus (pour se genre de prestations, on s'attendrait au contraire).

Très bonne

Nous avons passé un super week end en famille dans ce gîte. Nous etions 11 adultes, 2 enfants, 1 bébé et personne ne s'est gêné le gîte est spacieux, bien entretenu avec tout le confort ( literie impeccable). La propriété a garder le charme d'une demeure normande avec d'un côté la mer et de l'autre la campagne et les vaches. En plus nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir prendre nos chiens qui eux aussi ont trouvé leur place. Merci au propriétaire de les accepter. Et merci pour l'accueil. C'est sans soucis que nous recommanderions cette adresse à d'autres personnes. Un seul tout petit bémol : l'heure d'arrivée et de départ.

Très belle location, bien située à la campagne et mer à proximité, tout est conforme à la description, beaucoup d'espace intérieur et extérieur, bien propre et bien équipée. Un très bon accueil, vraiment je recommande à tous cette maison très agréable.

Séjour tonique dans un beau coin de Normandie

Le descriptif de ce magnifique ancien prieuré correspond parfaitement à la réalité. Il associe le charme de l'ancien et le confort moderne pour un séjour au calme et de détente.Les enfants seront particulièrement heureux de profiter du grand espace vert clos de murs et puis la mer n'est pas très loin pour profiter de ses plaisirs!
