The apartment is located on the second floor of an historical building, situated on the croosroad of the two ways That leads to the main road of Castelletto di Brenzone. Three-minute walk of the lake.
It consists of an open equipped kitchen (breakfast appliances, d / w, oven) with a bright living and dining area. A double bedroom with a large wardrobe and modern bathroom with a shower. A 45m2 plus indoor area and a balcony overlooking Lake Garda 40m2 terrace (exclusive use). Above of a garden of olive trees. A / C, C / H and a wood stove. I know it can be inhabited all year round.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Tolle Wohnung in der Altstadt

Hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Adriana. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, in der Küche, Bad alles vorhanden. Die Betten (Matratzen) sehr gut, ich habe noch nie so gut geschlafen! Aber das allerbeste ist die Terrasse umgeben mit Olivenbäumen und Blick über die Dächer zum See. Auch hier alles vorhanden: Liegestühle, Tisch/Stühle und Sonnenschirm zum Relaxen... Due Anfahrt war etwas abenteuerlich, wir haben einen Stellplatz oberhalb der Altstadt bekommen und sind nur noch mit Schiff und Bus gefahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastisch!

Wij verbleven bij Adriana de laatste 2 weken van augustus 2023. Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen en Adriana hielp ons de bagage van onze autoparkeerplaats (garage) naar het appartement te brengen. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en kraaknet! Het uitzicht vanaf de tuin is adembenemend! Niets was voor Adriana te veel om ons te helpen. Dit verblijf is een echte aanrader!

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war super! Adriana hat uns herzlich willkommen und immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Kommunikation war wirklich top! Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und man ist in wenigen Minuten am See. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Beste war wirklich die große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den See und Sonnenstunden den ganzen Tag. Wir kommen gerne wieder! The stay was great! Adriana gave us a warm welcome and always answered questions quickly. The communication was really great! The flat is very well equipped and you can reach the lake in a few minutes. Supermarket and restaurants are also close by. The best thing was really the large roof terrace with a view of the lake and sunny hours all day. We would love to come back again! Il soggiorno è stato fantastico! Adriana ci ha dato un caloroso benvenuto e ha sempre risposto rapidamente alle domande. La comunicazione è stata davvero ottima! L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato e si può raggiungere il lago in pochi minuti. Anche il supermercato e i ristoranti sono vicini. La cosa migliore è stata la grande terrazza sul tetto con vista sul lago e ore di sole tutto il giorno. Ci piacerebbe tornare di nuovo!

Urlaub bei Ariana

Von Adriana wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Ihre Wohnung liegt im historischen Zentrum von Castelletto. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und durch die großen Fenster im Wohn- und Schlaf bereich sehr hell und freundlich. Von der geräumigen Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Gardasee. Auch zum Hafen sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Adriana und Massimo sind sehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein toller Urlaub!

Wunderschöne FeWo! Das Appartement ist groß, sehr sauber, in ruhiger Lage mit fantastischem Seeblick von der ebenfalls sehr großen Terrasse. Alles hat funktioniert. Die Gastgeber sind eine super-freundliche Familie. Sie sind zuverlässig, antworten schnell und geben gerne Tips für Ausflüge, Einkäufe etc. Die Lage ist im Zentrum eines sehr kleinen Örtchens direkt am See, fußläufig ist dieser in 3min erreichbar. Die Gässchen sind eng, steil und sehr urig! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert 😊

Superverblijf bij Adriana in Castelletto

We hebben enorm genoten van het appartement, waarin werkelijk alles aanwezig is. Zeker in de warme dagen is het lekker om binnen de airco te hebben. Tot laat in de avond kunnen genieten op het mooie terras. Adriana heeft werkelijk voor alles gezorgd, en wil je iets weten over het appartement of de omgeving dan reageert zij heel snel, echt fantastisch ! In de omgeving kun je aan t strand en in de dorpjes de mensen opzoeken, en eenmaal enkele straten verder dan is er rust en mooie natuur!

Perfekte Unterkunft am See

Eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, in der wir bisher waren. Perfekt eingerichtet, wunderschöne Terasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Ruhige Umgebung, nicht überlaufen, aber Restaurants und Supermärkte wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Parkplatz ist ein paar Minuten entfernt, der Weg dorthin ist steil und schmal, wie meistens in Italien.

Im Ort, trotzdem ruhig und mit Aussicht

Ferienwohnung im 2. Stock mit viel Platz und Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Ruhig und trotzdem nah an einem kleinen Platz mit 2 Restaurants und auch nicht weit bis an die Uferpromenade. Die Eigentümer wohnen im Haus und sind sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Appartement in toller Lage. Super nette Vermieter. Die Anreise sollte besser nur mit kleinem Auto erfolgen, da die Parkmöglichkeit eingeschränkt ist.

Super Start unserer Flitterwochen!

Die Ankunft verlief reibungslos. Wir wurden unten abgeholt und zu dem oben im Ort liegenden Parkplatz gelotst. Der Weg dorthin ist ein wenig eng, was in Italien aber zu erwarten ist. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 3 min Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen sehr schönen Gasse. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und bietet aufgrund der Ausrichtung lange Schattenplätze, um einen gemütlichen Vormittag/Mittag darauf zu verbringen. Zum See und den dort liegenden Restaurants ist man innerhalb wenigen Minuten gelaufen. Adriana, die Gastgeberin, ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war Sie immer sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung und in Casteletto und würden sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in der historischen Altstadt

Wir hatten einen wirklich traumhaften Urlaub in der sehr sauberen und schön eingerichteten Wohnung mit bezaubernden Ausblick auf den Gardasee. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß unten am Hafen, dort gibt es einen Spar Supermarkt und eine Auswahl an leckeren Restaurants. Die Vermieter Adriana und Massimo sind aufmerksame Gastgeber, wo wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Einfach toll

Tolle Lage, alles wie beschrieben, super nette Vermieter, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, sehr steile Wege... Man ist mitten im Ort, aber doch für sich, alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar!

Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Lage, es ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und die Gastfamilie sehr herzlich. Es fehlt nichts, einfach zum geniessen. Das Dorf selber hat alles und das Restaurant auf der nahen Piazza sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sicher wieder....

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist zu spüren, dass sie gern Gastgeber sind. Brenzone ist ein schöner, alter Ort mit kleinen, verwinkelten und steilen Straßen. Das hat aber auch den Nachteil, dass es mit einem größerem Fahrzeug schwierig, ist die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Wenn man das geschafft hat, bietet der Vermieter eine gute Unterstellmöglichkeit/Garage für das Fahrzeug.

High standard accommodation with great views over the lake

Accommodation - the apartment is on the top floor of a typical stone house recently refurbished to a very high standard. It is spotlessly clean, very secure, and offers everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one, including a well furnished kitchen (plenty of crockery and cutlery) high quality bedding, plush towels and a powerful shower. It has a splendid roof top garden which overlooks the lake, complete with loungers and garden furniture. Location - charming and quiet village nestled on the slopes bordering the northern half of the lake. Enough bars, cafés, pizzerias and osterias located around the quaint harbour side to keep you entertained during your stay. Lovely promenade alongside the lake. There are a couple of mini marts including a Spar (Despar as is known in Italy) to buy a few necessities otherwise there are bigger supermarkets including Eurospar, Lidl and Aldi in larger towns about 20mn drive away (Garda, Bardolino) Hosts - lovely and warm. Big welcoming smile. Our hosts have thought of the very finest details to make you feel at home away from home. You can tell they take great pride in the service and all the additional touches that they offer. Would happily return!

Sehr schönes Appartement für Paare

Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Gasse und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Bett, Bad und Küche waren super. Die Klimaanlage ist auch nachts sehr leise. Den See erreicht man zu Fuß in 2min. Zwei schöne Restaurants befinden sich in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Abends kann man auf der schönen Terrasse entspannen und hat im Sommer noch lange Sonne. Das Dörfchen ist eher ruhig, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Am kleinen Hafen ist man dennoch unter Leuten. Wer es mag, kann für mehr Tourismus mit dem Bus in 15min nach Malcesine fahren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr lieb und hat uns schon vor der Ankunft freundlich kontaktiert. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und das Appartement auch in der Familie weiterempfehlen.
