We purchased 301 Vista Drive in September 2015 because our family—four children and seven grandchildren—absolutely loves visiting Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, and Busch Gardens. Since then, we have fully renovated and modernized the home with fast 500/500mB WiFi, Smart TVs in every room, and all the latest comforts. Whether you’re visiting with a large group or just a few guests, our home is designed for relaxation, entertainment, and making the most of your Orlando vacation.

From the moment we saw this property, we knew it was something special. The spacious layout, oversized pool, and private bathrooms for every bedroom make it truly unique—especially for large groups traveling together.
When we purchased the home in 2015, we saw its incredible potential and committed to modernizing and upgrading every detail. This led to:

✔ Full interior refurbishment for a fresh, contemporary feel
✔ Kitchen transformation with granite countertops, new tiling, and all-new stainless steel appliances
But we didn’t stop there!
✔ December 2021: We replaced all ground-floor tiles with stunning wood laminate flooring for a warm, elegant touch.
✔ January 2022: We gave the entire interior a brand-new look, including fresh paint, new bedding, and stylish new furniture.
With the help of two incredible interior designers, this home is now a superior executive villa—one of the finest you’ll find in Florida. We’re thrilled to share it with you and hope you love it as much as we do!
