Sehr schöne Lage und schönes Appartement

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sie liegt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone mit wunderschönem Blick vom Balkon auf die Festung. Im November haben wir immer einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden, ansonsten gibt es aber auch einen größeren Parkplatz in 5 Minuten Fußweg. Wie schon mehrfach beschrieben hört man die Anlieferung vom unten liegenden Supermarkt morgens um 6:30/7 Uhr, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat. Es ist allerdings tatsächlich recht laut. Der Kontakt zu Joan erfolgte per Whatsapp und war war sehr freundlich. Er hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt und unsere Fragen beantwortet.

Tolles Domizil für Individualreisende im Naturpark Llevant

Artà ist ein freundliches, lebendiges Städtchen mit Burgberg, schönen Altstadtgassen, netten Läden und angenehmer Gastronomie, super geeignet als Stützpunkt für Wander- und Radelurlaub im Naturpark Llevant. Die großzügige und komfortable Wohnung von Joan liegt direkt in der sympathischen Fußgängerzone mit Blick vom Balkon auf den Burgberg. Sie ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet, mit Spülmaschine und Waschtrockner ausgestattet. Direkt unten drunter ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, das ist praktisch, verursacht aber auch auch ein bisschen Lärm, was uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Der Kontakt mit Joan war unkompliziert und nett, bei Ankunft findet man kleine Dinge des Bedarfs wie Kaffeekapseln, Wasser und Spülmaschinentabs und sogar eine Schokoüberraschung vor. Sehr praktisch war auch, dass genügend Handtücher bereit liegen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Gemütliche Wohnung und Balkon mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Burg vom Sonnenbalkon. Gemütliche Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung und aufmerksame freundliche Betreuung durch Joan den Gastgeber. Wir waren in 3 Generationen da, was gut passte. Aufgrund der Lage, Nähe zu Supermarkt und Fussgängerzone, ist es zeitweise etwas lebhaft. Eine tolle Wohnung und ein toller Gastgeber. Sehr empfehlenswert.

El apartamento es inmejorable, supera las expectativas del viajero más exigente. Está muy limpio, cuidado y perfectamente equipado. Su ubicación es perfecta, céntrico y con todo tipo de servicios a su alrededor. Hemos pasado una estancia muy muy cómoda.

Arta mitten drin

Sehr saubere, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Geschirr und Besteck sauber. Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion. Defekt an der Spülmaschine wurde sofort repariert. Balkon mit Blick auf die Burg und das Geschehen in der Stadt. Vermieter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Müll muss mit dem Auto weggebracht werden (1,6 km von der Wohnung entfernt). Vor Ort musste noch eine Touristensteuer bezahlt werden.

Soy del pueblo de Artà, pero ahora vivo en Noruega. Me encanta poder alquilar esta estancia en mis vacaciones porque es perfecto en muchos aspectos.

Stadtwohnung im Zentrum von Arta (Fußgängerzone)

Moderne zeitgemäße Wohnung in der ersten Etage mit drei Schlafräumen aber nur einem Bad mit Wc. Die Küche sowie der Ess-Wohnbereich haben eine angenehme Größe auch für sechs Personen. Der Balkon bietet Platz für vier Personen um einen Tisch. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt über dem gut sortierten Supermarkt, die Warenanlieferung erfolgt täglich ab ca. sieben Uhr, leider nicht geräuschlos. In der Wohnung befanden sich neuwertige Elektrogeräte, wie Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühl-Gefriersckrank und Pads-Kaffeemaschine. Der Zustand der Wohnung war sehr gepflegt. Als Anregung wäre ein großer Spiegel und mehrere Ablageflächen sowie Handtuchhalter wünschenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful apartment - at home feeling

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days in February.It is located in the nice town of Arta where we enjoyed Spanish everyday life from a nice balcony right in the middle of it all, just above a little supermarket, next to a few nice restaurants. The apartment itself is quite big - three bedrooms, everything is nicely furnished. We loved the living room with a comfy couch, a TV and a great dining-table next to the kitchen corner and we used the balcony every day - it is almost always sunny. The beds are very comfortable, too. The air-conditioning quickly heated the apartment whenever we found it necessary (which wasn't too often actually). Everything was wonderfully clean, there even was a starter of food (nice chocolate), drinks and some coffee capsules . Joan is a great host who made us feel welcome and took care of all our questions, supplied us with information on what was going on in Arta that could be interesting for us.When I had forgotten my earrings on the bedside table, Joan immediately took care of the "problem" - thanks again, Joan! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Beautiful apartment. Over looking a pesdestrian street. Owner very helpful.

We had a great stay. Beaches about 15 mins away. Lovely town. Great market on Tuesday morning. Would certainly visit again.
