We offer hospitality with the formula of leasing for tourist use in a particular housing unit inside the estate the barrel of Diogenes recently renovated the banner of the efficiency energy.
The real "furnished and equipped units for lease offeree holiday consists of a bedroom (15 sqm), a living room with kitchenette to use to view (15 sqm), a bathroom (about 6 sqm) and a loft (about 16 square meters) for a total of approx 52 sq m leased and is also equipped with furniture and equipment.
The availability period of the lease from 01 April to 31 December and continues the following year for the period from 1 January until 07 January of each year.
MINIMUM OF LEASES: TWO NIGHTS. A information only and unless otherwise agreed and promotions the price is agreed on average and depending on the period in Euro 130,00 for the first two days (equal to two bed nights) duration of the lease period and EUR 65.00 per each additional day (night stay) of the lease.
The Lessor agrees to deliver the accommodation starting at 14 the start of the rental period day while the driver must leave the apartment by 10 am on the last day of the lease period.
The necessary additional information on pricing, contract terms and regulations for the signing of the lease for tourism, concluded in writing before the housing delivery, will be provided by us by telephone or e-mail if required.
