I very much enjoy welcoming guests at my Their arrival.
I walk them through my place and Provide them with information on activities they might enjoy.

- Kitchenette with refrigerator, oven, induction stove, dishes and everything you need to cook.

Toiletry items can be provided on request: cotton balls, q-tips, dental floss, toothbrush and toothpaste, mosquitoes repellent, sunblock cream, shampoo and conditioner.
Beach accessories can be provided on request: beach bag, beach towels, cooler bag snacks.
All utilities included: Water, AC, Electricity.

The area is quiet and residential yet entertainment is only a few meters away.
It offers plenty of not expensive entertain, for families, friends, couples and singles.

Parking is easy and FREE.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ
- There are garbage bins just few meters from the building; please make sure you throw out your garbage bags as you check out. The rest of the cleaning we can handle.
- DO NOT use the towels or sheets to clean the floor, spills, or remove makeup.
- NO SMOKING in the studio.
- Make sure you close the refrigerator door.
- Always lock the doors When stepping out.
- No pets allowed.
- MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL: I HOPE MY GUESTS WILL LOVE MY PLACE AS MUCH AS I DO AND TREAT IT WITH THE SAME CARE AS IF IT WAS THEIR OWN.
