About this property

3,000 Sq / Ft Crystal Mountain Resort Home

Enjoy the many year round activities of Crystal Mountain from your spacious rental home. A quick 10 minute walk, bike ride or shuttle will bring you to the heart of this premier northern Michigan resort. This home has it all. 3 stories of fully finished and well appointed living space, comfortable sleeping for up to 12, and great recreational space where everyone in your group can spread out and relax. The main floor master has a king bed and attached full master bathroom. The main floor has a wonderful open concept kitchen, dining table and large living space for all to gather.

A walk out deck can be used in the summer for outdoor lounging or dining. Also a large mud room and laundry room come in very handy for your stay. The lower level has a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, futon couch and full bathroom. In addition, this level has a 60 inch flat screen TV, wet bar/small kitchen, fooseball, air-hockey, and walk out covered porch. The upper level loft consists of a third bedroom with queen bed. A large bunk room loft also houses 2 twin over twin bunk beds and futon couch for the kids. The upper level bathroom has double sinks and large walk in shower. The home also offers landscaped outdoor space including a stone firepit, seating and dining areas for your entire group.


Often we are asked if the amenities of Crystal Mountain are included when booking through us. While you are not considered a "house guest" unless you book directly through Crystal Mountain, you will still have access to all amenities that the "house guests" are entitled to. When you book through Crystal Mountain directly, you are charged an "additional fee" which is used to cover your admission to the Pool/fitness center. When you book though us, you would purchase a day pass through the resort for the days you wanted to use the indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center.

Crystal Mountain Stay

Great property w lots of room for all. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Just wish the driveway would have been shoveled/plowed. It snowed quite a bit and made it tricky to get up the driveway.

Family Fourth of July!

We had a great time at Mountain View. It was furnished well and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. It was easy to access and there were many activities for us close by.

The perfect place for us! We had ample room for everyone to sleep comfortably the place is a nice walk to all relevant areas on crystals grounds. For those that don’t like walking there is a shuttle you can call to bring you anywhere on crystal that arrives within a few minutes! Highly recommend

Christmas in Summer

Centrally located to do many things in Northern Michigan. Crystal Mountain resort is somewhat walkable with access to a lot of activities (that you pay for by the head). Not a far drive to Traverse City or Crystal Lake. Highly recommend hiking trails at Arcadia Dunes. The accommodation itself was a bit misleading to say there are 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms (the bunk room and the queen) overlook the kitchen/family room. There is no privacy to block out the light or control noise. Also, was decorated for Christmas in June. Overall house could use a bit of updating and TLC (I’ve never seen so much lint in vents). Mattresses were hard as rocks.

Good location for a family ski weekend at Crystal Mtn. Good communication with owner. Pictures of inside of home are exact. Lots of rooms for the five grandkids and each family had their own floor. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Home

Kipp was quick in answering any questions we had while staying there. The home had plenty of space was greeted by a thoughtful welcoming package. Very close to Crystal Mountain. Good but..............

Overall it was a good stay. The upstairs "bedrooms" are both open to the downstairs, so don't put your light sleepers there. We had to keep quiet in the evening and morning as not to disturb our family. This should be somewhere on the listing. I was a little disappointed to see stains in the carpet and some sort of glue around the door hinges in the sunroom.

Crystal Mountain Resort has always been near and dear to our hearts. As children both of our families vacationed and lived in Beulah and Frankfort. We both learned to ski at Crystal and have many fond memories of family times together. In fact we were married here at the mountain! It is now our active children that have learned to ski, snowboard, and golf here and new family memories that we have made and are continuing to make that we delight in. Although we live in Traverse City we found ourselves drawn to the resort and decided that it was time to have a second home in this beautiful location. We are honored to share it and hope that you too can enjoy it as much as we do.
