You will enjoy the laid back ambience in our spacious 1 bedroom condo facing beautiful Perdido Pass with gorgeous direct beachfront views. You will have everything you need and more in our newly renovated 'Rest Nest'. If new and updated matters to you, you will love our Rest Nest. If beautiful beach views and balcony privacy matters to you, you will love our Rest Nest. If you are a "comparative shopper", you will love our Rest Nest. Our rates are great - often offering deals. We want your return rentals and your good word of mouth advertisement. If you are picky about cleanliness and small details, you will love our Rest Nest. We maintain and update regularly. Since obtaining the condo, we have put in new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new stainless appliances, new marble shower and vanity, new furniture. We have replaced nasty carpet with tile, Our new queen size sofa bed is complete with a comfy memory foam mattress. In addition we painted throughout and replaced bedding, towels, linens, décor and more. We also just replaced the AC unit (Mar. '24). The position of our condo offers more balcony privacy than most other 1 bedrooms in the building. Our condo is comfortable for 4 people. We are located in Central Orange Beach which is the best part of Orange Beach. Restaurants, shopping and Zeke's Landing Marina are all within walking distance. Diagonally behind us is Zeke's Landing where you can set up fishing trips, parasailing, paddleboard rental, dolphin cruises and more. Phoenix 7 is known for the many amenities such as tennis, pickleball, racquetball, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness room, sauna, grilling areas. You will be impressed with how well maintained Phoenix 7 is compared to other complexes. Another big plus about Phoenix 7 is we have a low density beach on our end of shoreline. This means more beach space during those most popular times of the year. This end of the beach widens since it is close to Perdido Pass. Watching the boats go in and out of the pass is another pleasure enjoyed by all ages. The dolphin cruise boats are often in front of our beach because even the dolphins love it! We realize the value of vacation time. Why pay more for a rundown condo when you can enjoy newly redecorated for less than the big realtors charge? You will not be disappointed as you relax in our 'Rest Nest'. Don't forget your binoculars, the dolphins are out there!

Perfect one bedroom condo

We stayed here for a long weekend while in town for wedding festivities. The unit was spotless clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and for a one bedroom it had plenty of space. The view was also amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to book again.

Long Weekend Trip

My best friend and I stayed here for a girls trip getaway. This room was just the right size for the two of us who have been best friends for over 30 years. The room was clean, the view of the beach was great, and access to the beach was easy. Our passcode to the door we were given didn’t work but was immediately resolved. The only negative is the parking pass is not included in the charge of the room. That’s an extra $55!

This was our first family vacation to the beach and it was wonderful! The condo is in a perfect spot; close to the beach, restaurants, fishing, pool, and more. The bed was extremely comfortable and it had all the amenities a family of 4 needed. We were beyond pleased and will be coming back to this condo again.

Everything about our stay was comfortable, easy and convenient. Location was excellent for proximity to beach and great dining. Very clean, including the Phoenix VII facility as a whole. Amenities provided were very sufficient for our needs. Owner provided all information needed (do note parking fee). We rented beach chairs and umbrella which could not have been easier.

Great Condo!

Great little condo. Kids slept on couch bed and didn't complain at all. Our only downfalls were there was no extra toilet paper (only the one on the dispenser) and no extra towels (only 4 bath towels/washrags for 4 people) so you have to wash laundry each day if everyone showers daily. Maybe could have gotten more from desk but wasn't sure what the actual facility provided and what condo owner provided.... Other than those 2 minor things everything was amazing. There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot (if you use off brand pods in Keurig side you will get grounds in your cup).

Great place for families and couples. The condo was really pretty, very clean, well stocked. We felt safe and secure. Beach access easy, multiple pools. Facility was very clean. I am a CPA living in Birmingham Alabama. I have always made time to enjoy the beautiful beaches along the gulf. The past few years I have grown to appreciate the quaintness and atmosphere of Orange Beach. I'm really proud Alabama has such a great beach town.

Why they chose this property

I have grown to appreciate the location and the convenience of Orange Beach and specifically Phoenix 7 since my sister purchased a condo there in 2013. It made sense to have another vacation place in the family. After all, beach time is a great family time.

What makes this property unique

Phoenix 7 has a great location in Central Orange Beach. The complex offers numerous amenities and is extremely well kept. Our newly renovated 1 BR is very spacious yet cozy. The view of Perdido Pass and the huge beach make the 'Rest Nest' something special. I make every attempt to keep the Rest Nest maintained and updated. It is more than just an investment to me.
