The residence is made up of fifteen villas of 2 apartments.
Very raised and flowery with supervised swimming pool.
A pedestrian path takes you to the main beach of Pinarello about 500m
On the beach: diving center, sailing school, boat rental, water skiing and jet skiing, bar and beach restaurant.
In the marine village you will find lively bars and numerous restaurants

Our apartment is located upstairs with double exposure terrace with sea view.
It consists of a living room with open kitchen (microwave, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher ...), a sitting area with corner sofa, a double bedroom with shower wc, a bedroom with 4 beds, a bathroom with shower and double sinks and wc, a room with washing machine, storage on the ground floor.

Séjour aux Hameaux de Pinarello

Comme en 2021, séjour très agréable (malgré les orages) aux Hameaux de Pinarello. L’appartement est confortable et l’accès aux plages à pied est très appréciable.

Très bien

cet appartement a coché beaucoup de nos exigences ! (Residence Tranquille , Très bonne situation, grande piscine , accès mer à pied, bel appartement tout équipé) Et bonus, gardien très disponible et très sympathique. Aucun soucis d organisation au moment acceuil et départ... Nous recommendons , mais pas en juillet car nous comptons bien y retourner...

un très bel appartement

Un appartement très agréable à vivre, décoré avec goût, pièces spacieuses et bien agencées. Dans les points forts à noter : une superbe terrasse, la mer à 10-15min à pied au bout d'un petit sentier ! Tous les ingrédients sont là pour passer un excellent séjour.

Een heerlijke plek

Het appartement was aangenaam en huiselijk. Goede bedden, airco, ruimte en goed ingerichte keuken. Een pad loopt naar een prachtig strand. De bakker is op loopafstand. Piranello is vlakbij (loopafstand) en heeft een paar mooie restaurants. Supermarkt 15 minuten met de auto. Wij hebben genoten!

Beautiful location, sunshine on the terrace in the morning. Perfect location for many beaches. Pool on site was a bonus

Excellent !!!! Superbe appartement, très bien décoré. On se sent comme à la maison ! Piscine, plage de sable blanc tout prêt. Séjour de rêve. Nous avons hâte d’y retourner !!!!

Magnifique

Très belle location tout proche d'une belle plage de sable fin. location climatisée dans toute les pièces. Environnement très calme. De la terrasse, une vue sur les belles collines avoisinantes. Activités à faire : baignade dans les piscines naturelles du cavu, visites des plages paradisiaques de sainte Giulia, palombaggia et possibilité de faire de la plongée sous-marine. Nous y reviendrons très certainement avec nos deux enfants.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Pinarello. La résidence, très récente, est bien située, à quelques minutes de la plage. Elle est bien tenue et nous étions au calme à cette période. L'appartement est très agréable, il est bien agencé avec une décoration actuelle ponctuée de touches de couleurs gaies. On sent que les propriétaires viennent profiter de leur appartement. On entre directement dans la grande pièce de vie qui est très accueillante. La cuisine est bien pensée, toute équipée. La table centrale, placée au cœur de la pièce, nous sert tout au long la journée. Le coin salon est très confortable, sans aucun vis à vis. La climatisation partout, réglable, est appréciable. Les chambres sont calmes, les lits confortables, et il y a suffisamment de rangement. L'appartement est bien orienté, soleil le matin dans les chambres avec vue sur la mer et la tour génoise, soleil en fin de journée dans le salon. Nous avons apprécié prendre nos repas avec les oiseaux sur la terrasse (quelques moustiques le soir bien sûr), son mobilier est de qualité. En L, elle offre une belle vue sur la mer et les collines pleines d'oliviers. La piscine sécurisée est grande, bien entretenue, nous pouvons apporter des transats de la terrasse lorsque nous nous y rendons mais on peut allonger sa serviette sans problème, c'est très propre. Les enfants n'ont jamais pied, hauteur égale dans toute la piscine. Tout est bien pensé pour passer de bonnes vacances dans cette location. Prévoir juste éléments dépannage dans votre valise si vous arrivez le soir le 1er jour (ex. savon). On peut commander des viennoiseries, du pain, auprès du gardien avant 22h pour le lendemain, sinon allez prendre un agréable petit-déjeuner sous des tonnelles au bord de la plage à Pinarello (boulangerie-brasserie). La plage est très bien, sable agréable (pas trop de pommes de pins), et les enfants ont pied longtemps. Les plages de Saint Cyprien et Cala Rossa sont a moins de 15 min. A Sainte Lucie de porto Vecchio : boulangerie, pharmacie, et Spar notamment ouvert le dimanche matin. Il existe également un magasin très bien de fruits&légumes (+ épicerie), entre la station de Pinarello et la résidence, qui propose également du très bon pain avec du choix. C'est une location que nous apprécions et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir. M. et Mme Front sont disponibles et agréables. Nous les remercions pour ce séjour ainsi que le gardien de la résidence et sa compagne qui s'occupe de nous accueillir.

Idéalement situé

Nous avons passés 2 semaines en famille dans cet appartement ,idéalement situé ,à quelques minutes a pied de l'une des plus belle plage de pinarrello . Parfaitement équipé ,décoration soignée,bonne literie,calme ,livraison chaque matin de pain et croissant chaud,sans oublier la piscine .École de voile et restaurant sur la marina avec vue paradisiaque à quelques minutes de la résidence. Nous étions tellement ravis ,que nous revenons pour l'été 2012 dans cet appartement .avec tous nos remerciements aux propriètaires pour leurs disponibilitées et aux gerants de la residence pour leurs accueil . Je recommande cette location entre amis, aux couples avec petits et grands enfants ,aux séniors. Famille L
