Comfortable villa for 8 people with secure swimming pool in a very quiet residential area and not overlooked. Calm and serenity guaranteed. Neat decoration. 4 bedroom house, fully equipped, very bright. 1500 m2 of fenced garden facing the Landes forest. Large wooden terrace around the house facing south. 9mx4.5m swimming pool (made in 2010) secure (removable fence) and wooden terrace. Lawn with automatic watering. Barbecue. The swimming pool and the garden are maintained. Household linen (sheets and towels) is provided.
House very suitable for family with children. Dune du Pyla and Arcachon at 18 km.
