Cozy and newly refurnished house with wooden floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room and the Kitchen. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with king size bed and the main bathroom. On 2nd floor 1 more bedroom with small bathroom and a big terrace. 1700 meters from famous beach YABANAKI-VARKIZA ! In 5 minutes driving you can enjoy another beach at Vouliagmeni or visit Glyfada, which is plenty of restaurants and bars. Ideal for windsurfers and sea athletes! (i am a windsurfer). Ideal for families!

This was a great rental. It’s not the most modern or up to date, some songs and bruises, but location and a fantastic owner brings it up to 5 stars. His dinning and visit suggestions really made lasting memories for us and kids.

Great place near everything

Let’s start with the bad: there is no bad! Place was roomy and clean in a nice neighborhood close to everything. You can walk to many places about a mile away(including Varkiza Beach) but we didn’t because it was HOT! Host and his parents were wonderful. We are a family of five adults and had plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen, nice towels and bedding. Our month there felt like home. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

Wow! Great location and very friendly hosts. Apartment is located approx. 1 km from the center of Vari. With taxi the end point of the red metro line can be reached within 10 minutes (10 Euro), the Akropolis within 30 minutes (25 Euro). Excellent communication and the perfect place to stay. We will for sure come again.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren im Juni/Juli in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Es liegt optimal. In ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man die Metro, um nach Athen hineinzufahren. Athen ist wundervoll und unbedingt eine Reise wert. Im Haus konnten wir gut relaxen und haben schöne Strände gefunden, die überhaupt nicht überfüllt waren. Die Vermieter sind immer für einen da aber nie aufdringlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Noch einmal vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und ein sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter. Bei unserer nächtlichen Anreise, die für den Vermieter kein Problem war, hat er uns noch kurzer Hand eine späte Mahlzeit organisiert. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

beautiful propety with basement room for all our kids to den.

property walking distance to vari and resort of varkitsa. we found a few shortcuts which helped. Nicos and his dad in adjoining property were helpful and genial hosts providing us with all the information we needed to get around etc. the resort area of varkitsa was ideal for all our needs with a good serviced beach resort compound plus a nice harbour area with restaurants in the evening. we found the food in the restaurants excellent with good prices/value to be had. we did a day trip to Athens which is a must see plus a trip to the temple of Poseidon. The Greek people were very nice to us in all respects and we have no complaints about our experiences there and will definitely be going back again to see and experience more of this beautiful country. John

Great location!

Beautiul home! Great location, walking distance to downtown and beaches. Owner very nice. Was next door to his parents though who complained when we left lights on overnight and AC running when we weren’t at home. Understand they were concerned parents, but those things should be considered in the pricing. Despite this, would still stay there again!

Super klasse .....mit allem zufrieden gewesen wir kommen wieder

Wir hatten einen super schönen 6 tägigen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war für uns 8 gross genug (mit Keller) das Meer und die Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuss ca 20 min zu erreichen die Vermieter super freundlich lieb und hilfsbereit . Aufjedenfall immer wieder gerne dort hin reisen

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questa villetta,eravamo in 9 e ci siamo trovati benissimo.la casa e molto bella, pulita e moderna e ha tutte le comodità compresa la biancheria di casa.. E come da fotografia.i prorietari sono delle persone eccezionali sempre disponibili.E consigliabile fittare macchina per muoversi.la casa sta comunque in un punto strategico per visitare Atene e d intorni.ottimo il mare in zona.ancora grazie per questa vacanza.

Amazing home!!!!!!!

This home was just perfect, everything was included and our stay was perfect, Niko was on hand to help us and show everything, the property is close to markets and restaurants, very Quiet area with parking, rooms were nice with Air conditioning, the area was very safe I will stay there again if you are looking to stay in this area this is the place.

AWESOME!!!

We stayed only for 2 nights but we really enjoyed our stay, the house is really beautiful, clean, confortable, not so far from the seaside, the owner and his parents were very kind with us. i absolutely recommend this house for a holiday with your friends or family So awesome P.S The bathroom on the 2nd floor is GREEN!
