This well-presented detached cottage Is Y Deri is less than two miles from Harlech in Snowdonia National Park,
The property sleeps ten people in four bedrooms. Two doubles, one twin and a family room with two singles and 2'6" bunks. Two bathrooms and ground floor shower room. Kitchen with elec oven/hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher plus dining area. Utility room has family size fridge/ freezer and washer/dryer. Sitting room with woodburner leading to dining room. TV with freeview, CD player and DAB radio, Internet radio and Bluetooth speaker. Travel cot, highchair, booster seat and stairgate. Enclosed front lawn garden with benches and BBQ. Lovely wildlife in area, near the property are cows in a field and wild sheep in the woods at the back, plus seasonal pheasants. Much of Harlech beach is dog friendly. One well behaved dog welcome. Off road parking for 3 cars. Podpoint EV charger. 2 miles from railway station. Landline for incoming calls and emergency out-going calls only. Note; very limited mobile signal and this is a roadside property, please supervise children in the car park area.

Walking/hiking/cycling etc guests welcome. One well behaved dog welcome. Harlech beach is on the Wales Coastal Path and much of it is dog friendly. The National Nature Reserve is also only 2 miles away. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Oil central heating with woodburner. Wifi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner included in rent. Note; There is a landline for incoming calls and emergency out-going calls only. Very limited mobile signal. Note: This is a roadside property, children to be supervised when in the car parking area.
