This quaint farmhouse is located in Houffalize, in the Belgian Ardennes region. Ideal for family or group of friends, it can accommodate 7 guests in its 3 bedrooms. There is a roofed terrace for you to relax and linger until the late hours.

The forest lies 200 m from the farmhouse. Agrogolf Montleban golf course is 500 m from the home to spend a day out with your dear ones. Houffalize town centre and restaurants are 7 km away.

An open kitchen with cooker, hood, coffee machine and washing machine are in place for you to prepare meals of your choice. A children’s bed is provided to the little ones. Wood stove and heating are provided to keep you cozy while holidaying. You can park your vehicle in the parking available. You can access the garden for some outdoor times.

Guests can check-in timings begin from 4-6 PM and check-out from 9-10 AM.

Das Haus ist groß, sauber und verfügt neben den aufgeführten Geräten auch über eine Waschmaschine, einen Haartrockner, ein Bügeleisen, einen Wäscheständer usw. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern sind mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet. Die Veranda ist wirklich schön und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht. Der Garten ist groß und eingezäunt (hoch genug für einen mittelgroßen Hund). Manchmal kommt das Pferd vorbei, um ihm ins Gesicht zu streicheln. Im Haus und an den Außentreppen sind Tore angebracht. Im und um das Haus herum gibt es genügend Platz zum entspannten Liegen und Sitzen. Eine Lärmbelästigung durch die Straße in der Nähe des Hauses haben wir nicht festgestellt. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Vom Haus aus können Sie sofort Spaziergänge mit Kindern und Hund unternehmen. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett und geben Ihnen Privatsphäre. Wir durften sogar die Kuh melken, bekamen Eier von den Hühnern und auf der Außentreppe stand jeden Tag eine Flasche frische Milch bereit. Der erste Supermarkt in der Umgebung befindet sich im 8 km entfernten Houffelize. In 18 Minuten mit dem Auto sind Sie bereits in einem großen Einkaufszentrum in Luxemburg. Ein Besuch der Höhlen von Remouchamps ist sehr zu empfehlen. Von der Zitadelle in Dinant aus haben Sie einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Maas. Vielen Dank an Michel und Marieve für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Place for relax and enjoy

We really enjoyed our stay as it is a very cosy place to make yourself comfortable. We went for a walk through the forest and enjoyed nature and animals. Very friendly and uncomplicated owner. We will definitely come back!

Une excellente base pour de nombreuses balades notamment à Houffalize, dans le Parc Naturel des Deux Ourthes...mais aussi dans l'Eifel et les Cantons de l'Est. Heel fijne locatie, mooie en rustige omgeving, ideaal om te wandelen en fietsen (mtb)(vanuit de Gîte of in de nabije buurt) . Heel rustig en toch op amper 10' van Houffalize. De gîte is ruim en alle comfort (alle keukentoestellen, vaatwasser, was/droogkast,..) is aanwezig. De eigenaar is een super sympathieke man. Kinderen kunnen zelf mee helpen op met de koeien en de paarden !! Dat de gîte op dezelfde plaats is waar ook de eigenaar woont geeft nooit een vervelend gevoel, in tegendeel. Vriendelijke service, proper gebouw, gezellige ruimte, toffe living (zeker voor jongeren, studenten en gezinnen met kinderen als je houdt van een ruim huisje naast een boerderij) Voldoende materiaal in de keuken, heel ruime badkamer, keuken, slaapruimten, living, etc. Ligt wel wat afgelegen van de bewoonde wereld, maar met een auto sta je snel in Houffalize en andere dorpjes.
