Lovely Place in an Excellent Location

The apartment had a lovely feel to it and we felt at home there and it was in an excellent position as it was only a few minutes walk to the estuary with lovely walks and restaurants.

Old and very unclean

The house is well located, but is not clean and there is not maintenance at all. If the flat above is rented the noise is really huge. Marta, the owner, attend us well but the house is very far away from the announcement and our expectations.

Too many small problems

2 missing light bulbs, extension power cords needed for occasional lighting, no coffee table,damp bedding which we had to hang outside to dry. Stained blankets, TV that took 4 people to understand how to turn on. Floor still with a residue of sand. No heater.

Excelente estadia

A casa é perto de tudo e a apenas 5min a pé da praia. As camas eram super confortáveis e o terraço era incrível para fazer as refeições! A Marta foi sempre super responsiva e o check in e check out foram super simples. Apenas algumas considerações mas nada de mais: A casa não tem maquina da loiça (está descrito no anúncio, de qualquer dos modos e um pouco chato) O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido quando chegamos e tivemos que tirar os cabelos dos hóspedes anteriores A casa não tem tomadas ao lado das camas e por isso e um pouco chato carregar o telemóvel durante a noite De qualquer dos modos recomendamos imenso a casa para uma família pequena ou um grupo de amigos de 4 pessoas 😊

Alles wunderbar

Wir waren Pfingsten 2024 in Vila Nova de Milfontes bei Marta Sobral und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossenl. Nicht nur die Stadt, die Nähe zu Stränden, die Unterkunft alles war hervorragend. Die Vermieterin Marta Sobral war für uns immer ansprechbar und hat uns wertvolle Tipp's und Empfehlungen gegeben. Der Ort eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge. Je ca. 1,5 h mit dem Auto zur Algarve sowie nach Lissabon. Und für Wanderungen gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe schöne Orte. Das Hundegebell, wie in anderen Rezessionen beschrieben haben wir auch leicht mitbekommen. Man muss aber mal sehen, dass der Hund 24/7 in einem Zwinger ist. Niemand geht mit ihm Gassi, noch hat der Hund eine Ansprache. Also, das kann man dann verstehen und überhören :-)

Compleet en zelfvoorziend

Alle voorzieningen aanwezig in ruime vakantiewoning. Snelle en duidelijke antwoorden (en tips) van zeer behulpzame gastvrouw. Op loopafstand van zowel strand, bars, mercados en markt. Rustig gelegen met voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

Il y a du potentiel mais pourrais mieux faire

L'endroit est charmant et l'appartement dans une maison est typique du Portugal. Par contre la maison est sombre et la salle de bains trop petite. Il y a peu de rangement. Mais le pire , c'est les chiens des voisins qui aboient toute la nuit...! La propriétaire devrait intervenir pour faire cesser cette nuisance.

Adorámos tudo!! Uma casa muito agradável e cómoda. Com um pequeno terraço com barbeque e espaço de refeição, otimos para convivio, e relax ao som do mar 😌 casa muito bem localizada, a 2 mn da praia e 5mn da baixa, numa zona super tranquila. Excelente propriedade

Casa perfeita para umas férias em grupo de amigos e para este novo contexto Covid-19. Casa espaçosa com todas as comodidades necessárias. O terraço acrescenta imenso à propriedade, excelente espaço para relaxar e apanhar um pouco de sol. Zona muito calma, com estacionamento e, muito perto da praia.

Nette Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse, mit eigenem Zugang. Terasse im Hofbereich angenehm mit Sonnenschirm und Liegestühlen, nur die Hunde des Nachbarn nervten manchmal, aber das ist im Alentejo ja nichts Ungewöhnliches. Die Wohnung ist mit allen erforderlichen Utensilien ausgestattet, das Bett hat eine gute, feste Matratze. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war gut. Wir haben uns hier 14 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt.

Férias são para descansar, e aqui tem todo o sossego que procura

A dona demonstrou logo uma simpatia e disponibilidade muito agradável. Uma casa fantástica localizada numa zona fantástica para quem gosta de sossego e quem procura realmente descansar nas férias, 3 minutos a pé da praia/rio e aproximadamente 7/8 minutos também a pé do centro de Vila Nova, passei um semana fantástica sem ter que me deslocar de carro uma única vez, comércio e restauração com preços muito acessíveis tendo em conta o mês do ano ( Agosto)... para repetir sem dúvida

Schöne Wohnung für 3 Personen

Vila Nova ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort. Die Wohnung ist schön und generell sehr gut ausgestattet - lediglich die Küche könnte ein paar Kleinigkeiten mehr vertragen. Toll war, dass die zahlreich vorhandenen Strandutensilien (Sonnenschirm, WIndschutz, Bodyboard) verwendet werden konnten - so etwas bringt man ja nicht im Flieger mit. Die Terrasse mit Grill ist gemütlich und lädt zum Essen, Trinken und Faulenzen ein. Marta hat auch ein Blatt mit vierlen guten Tipps parat, von denen wir einige ausprobiert haben.

Pleasant stay in nice apartment

We enjoyed very much our holidays in the apartment of Marta. It is located very close to the centre of VNDM and just 5 minutes to the beach. We didn’t miss anything and enjoyed in particular the barbecue on the terrace . Whenever there was a question we received answers quickly. Thanks Marta.

Alles da was man im Urlaub braucht!Bei der Meldung die Warmwasserversorgung klappt nicht noch am gleichen Abend die Gasflasche ausgetauscht, Super Dankeschön! Am Abreisetag durften wir die Wohnung bis zur Abholung bis 15 Uhr nutzen.Es hat alles gepasst.Wir hatten schöne Ferien. Swap to German Everything there what you need on vacation! When reporting the hot water supply does not work the same evening, the gas bottle exchanged, super thank you! On the day of departure we were allowed to use the apartment until the collection until 15 o'clock. Everything was fine. We had a nice holiday.
