House with many sea views. Private access to the beach

From all the rooms of the house, we have full sea view !!

Standing on a rocky promontory surrounded on all sides by the beach and the sea, the house enjoys an exceptional panorama of the ocean. Built around 1875, it was the first Pouldu house by the sea. Some paintings call it 'the house of the Pen du', others 'The isolated house'. It was painted by many painters from the Pont-Aven School: Gauguin, Filiger, O'Connor ...
The house is surrounded by walls protected by a discreet fence, the land overlooks the rocks by several meters. It has direct access to the beach, the descent is made by a very steep small staircase, which can be dangerous for children (and even adults). Another beach is accessible by a path fifty meters away.

The location of the house is magnificent. We loved our stay here - the house was perfect for us. We walked much of the Coastal Path within 25 miles, relaxed in front of the fire and enjoyed many meals both at the house and - although many were shut out of season - at restaurants at Quimperlé, Port Aven, and Carnac. We would return without hesitation.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique maison. La vue de chaque fenêtre était un tableau de maître, la maison était propre et tout était parfait. Nous nous sommes sentis comme dans un rêve. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, qui se sont montrés arrangeants suite à une panne de notre véhicule.

Das Haus hat eine unglaublich schöne Lage & ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, im Atlantik gebadet & die Zeit genossen! Das Haus ist quasi selber ein kleines Kunstwerk - wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir gerne wieder :)

Wir hatten leider nur eine Woche in diesem malerischen Haus. Ein besonders charmanter Platz auf dieser Welt. Herrliche Terrassen mit Sonne Schatten zu jeder Tageszeit, sehr stilvolle Möblierung und alles, wirklich alles, was ein Ferienhaus als Ausstattung braucht. Der Blick über die Bucht und die ständige Präsenz des Atlantik sind einzigartig machen eine ganz besondere Erholung möglich.

Nous avons passé 1 très belle semaine en famille dans cette très belle maison, avec une vue exceptionnelle à 360 degré sur la mer et la plage au pied de la maison littéralement. Maison avec une histoire qui apporte ce supplément d’âme et un regard qui s’évade à l’horizon avec vue mer de toutes les pièces de la maison. Prenez bien soin de ce joyaux et encore merci à Annie et François pour nous avoir permis de vivre cette expérience.

La maison sublime face aux coups de vent
Heureux de se retrouver dans ce lieu magique et confortable avec un feu de cheminée alors que les vents mugissent dehors (Cette année les kayaks sont restés sagement à l'abri .) Randonnées très agréables en bord de mer et exploration des brocantes alentour . Une semaine ne suffit pas...

J’ajoute aux éloges bien mérités de cette incroyable petite maison que même quand le temps est maussade on ne s‘y ennuie pas: il suffit de regarder par une de ses nombreuses fenêtres pour rêver, enveloppé dans la douce chaleur du feu de cheminée.
