Very bright penthouse, recently renovated, on the fourth floor and on the beachfront in the pedestrian promenade of Puerto de Pollença. It consists of large semi-covered terrace, with wooden parquet floor and outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy the unbeatable views offered by the bay. The modern design apartment and wooden floors consist of an open, fully equipped kitchen, a room with a built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom with a large shower space. It has very modern furniture with hot / cold air conditioning, satellite TV and Wifi. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops. In the center of the Port of Pollença. Ideal for couples. Dont have a lift. No parking

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohng!Wir können uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen uneingeschränkt anschließen. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts! Sehr gepflegt, moderne Einrichtung. Ein großes Badezimmer mit einer tollen Dusche. Bequeme Betten und natürlich ein unbezahlbarer Blick auf die Bucht von Pollenca. Der etwas beschwerliche „Aufstieg“ in den 4. Stock (66 Treppenstufen) lohnt sich allemal!

El mejor sitio en que me he alojado.

Este alojamiento es insuperable, y lo digo literalmente. Viajo mucho y he estado en muchísimos alojamientos y este supera a todos de lejos. Todo estuvo perfecto. La terraza y la vista que tiene es magnífica e increíble. La localización es excelente y el apartamento esta hecho con muy buen gusto y tiene todo lo necesario. La atención de Maria fue excelente. El único problemita que tiene , es que no tiene ascensor y es un cuarto piso. Pero el apartamento bien vale la pena subir los 4 pisos a pie. Sin ninguna duda, me volvería alojar aquí.

Lovely stay great view nice apartment

My wife and I spent a week relaxing in pt Pollenca using this apartment as a base place to relax. This is a very nice apartment well furnished in a great location. The view of the bay especially the sunrise is amazing from the balcony. Nice hosts welcoming helping with luggage and giving local information. Will use this property again. Thanks

Fabulous Balcony!

We loved our stay here & especially loved the friendly hosts. Meeting them & all of their help was much appreciated. The air conditioner in the living room was not working correctly & they addressed it right away. The balcony was wonderful to enjoy in the mornings & late afternoons/evenings. Very nice to have a washing machine as well. Beautiful design details. Everything was very clean. Made several day trips around the area. The only thing we would change was the memory foam topper bed, but that is personal preference. We were sad to leave. Thank you to the gracious & warm hosts! Hope to return again.

Fantastic apartment

A first class apartment in a great location which truly lived up to expectations. As the previous reviews outline the space, quality and facilities are excellent. The apartment is very well equipped and the outdoor living space is brilliant. Maria thoughtfully ensured there were drinks waiting for us on arrival (much appreciated) and she was excellent at communicating and checking in throughout the holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this apartment in the future.

Fabulous Apartment

Maria is a wonderful host and we found her to be a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the process. She even followed up after check in and during our stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and provided everything required for a relaxing stay. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony, such a great space to switch off! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing apartment

Had a great fortnight’s holiday - the apartment is lovely - everything you could want is there. The bed is really comfortable. Loads of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. Spacious bathroom and shower area.. The balcony is fantastic and the view is breathtaking. Looking forward to our next stay.

Best location

This was our second visit and won’t be our last. We love the location and the outside terrace with stunning views across the bay. We also love the privacy and tranquil time we spent on the terrace/balcony. We have been to the location many times over the years this is our favourite.

Exceptional!

The perfect apartment in the perfect location does exist and this is it! Despite being on the pine walk it’s so peaceful. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment but it’s worth every single step for that incredible view. We had no need to contact Maria, the host, during our stay because everything was perfect but communication with her was easy in the lead up to our stay. I just can’t wait to return to this amazing apartment.

Lovely stay, quiet apartment, with stunning views

We had a great 7 night stay. Perfect couples' apartment. Enjoyed walking to the many bars and restaurants . Good sized shower room. Comfy bed. Parking in town was okay and free - sometimes a bit busy to find a parking space but always did. Several small supermarkets within walking distance. Recommend.

Hinweis zur Optimierung 😍

Wir waren rundum begeistert 👍😍 einziger Kritikpunkt wäre das Bett, respektive die Decke. Obwohl wir immer noch verliebt sind, hätten wir es begrüsst, dass jeder von uns eine Decke zur Verfügung gehabt hätte.😉 Zu zweit nur eine, zwar grosse Decke, war etwas schwierig. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal?

Zu kurz weil zu schön

Zugegeben, der Aufstieg in den 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl war mit Gepäck schon etwas mühselig. Was wir jedoch dann vorfanden übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Alleine diese mega Dachterasse mit diesem atemberaubenden Blick entschädigt alleine für alles. Aber der Rest der Wohnung kann ebenfalls mithalten. Eine schöne Küche mit allen was man braucht, ein Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Wasser, O-Saft und Wein, ein super Badezimmer mit riesen Dusche. Alles ist sehr sauber. Maria ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin die uns auch spontan bei einem Problem mit einem Mietwagen geholfen hat. Gerne wieder.

Beautiful apartment

Maria and her husband met us there, and he very kindly carried our luggage up to the apartment, and then down again when we left. Stunning view, great location in terms of shops, restaurants and bars. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, and everything you could need. There was a problem with heating unit in living area, but Maria provided heaters which worked fine. No lift, as stated and 64 stairs, but that was really ok. Maria organised housekeeping for us as we were staying 18 nights, and the lovely Pilar, did a lovely clean of the whole apartment. The balcony area is beautiful and in the sun till about 4 this time of year. Lots of windows make a light and airy space. Spacious bathroom with big shower and plenty of towels provided. Thank you Maria and Miguel for a wonderful stay.

Rundum perfekt! Es ist fast nicht zu glauben, aber die Fotos spiegeln exakt das supertolle Appartment wider. Unglaublicher Blick auf die Bucht. Geniale Dachterrasse, chice, hochwertige Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung, Klimaanlage funktioniert auch prima als Heizung (im Dezember wirds nachts bisschen kühl). Maria hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Gute, schnelle, problemlose Kommunikation. Port de Pollenca ist ein toller Ort und auch im Winter hat eine ausreichende Anzahl an Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkten geöffnet. Wir haben uns in das Appartment und den Ort verliebt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pre Christmas Break

Well equipped, contemporary and very comfortable apartment. The views were amazing from dawn to dusk. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will be planning a return visit.
