HOUSE and GARDEN STUDIO with 900M BEACHES OF THE GULF OF PINARELLO

House and studio with garden away from the road, up to 6 people and a baby. Pets are not allowed.
Large living room with table, chairs and large sofa. American kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, electric hob and 3 gas, oven and microwave, lavaisselle, small household appliances and washing machine.
Two large rooms with closets, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. A cot installed as required.
Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Bathroom with Italian shower and basin, hairdryer, toilet
Linen provided: sheets, towels and tea towels. Bring his beach towels.
Independent studio apartment, sleeps 2, with shower, toilet and kitchenette with refrigerator and necessary for breakfast.
Outside with terraces, barbecue, bread oven, deck and outdoor shower cold hot water water washing line.
Location: 900m from the beaches and the village shops, Porto Vecchio 12km, 20km Lezza Golf and Golf Sperone at 42km.

Fantastic
Wonderful house, better than in the pictures. plenty of space for 5 or 6 adults- two full bathrooms, a large and beautiful garden, nice amenities throughout. Wifi works well. Location is nice and quiet albeit further away from the beach than advertised (1.5km). a car is necessary to get around, but we knew this going in. Would definitely come back!

Merveilleuse semaine
Maison idéalement située, décorée et équipée. Échanges sympathiques avec Claudine la propriétaire qui nous a donné de bons conseils. L'accès à la plage est rapide à pied ou en voiture. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Ein Ferienhaus mit Flair
Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und erholsam. Wenn man morgens auf der Terrasse am Schlafzimmer mit einer Tasse Kaffee in die Berge schauen kann, ist das einfach Urlaub pur. Ein sehr schönes Haus und sehr nette Vermieter!

Die Beschreibung hat zu 100% gepasst. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und zur Agentur war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen und haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen.

Schönes Haus in Strandnöhe
Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Garten. Durch das separate Studio ist genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Wunderschöner Blick in die Berge. Einziger Nachteil im Garten, man wurde von den Tigermücken ganz schön attackiert. In der Nähe (3 min. mit dem PKW) liegt der sehr schöne Pinarello Strand mit feinem weissen Sand und guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Zum Laufen ist es dann doch zu weit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Platz für 5 Erwachsene ist ausreichend da, sowohl innen als auch im Garten, der liebevoll angelegt ist. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, und die Kommunikation mit Mme. Rebours sowie Caroline vor Ort hat super geklappt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Ausgesprochen schönes Haus mit Garten.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet, der Garten groß mit sehr vielen Sitzgruppen. Wir haben uns fast immer im Garten aufgehalten. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin und ihren Partner war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Problem könnte sein: der Weg zum Strand ist nicht wie angegeben 0,1 km, sondern 1,5 km. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, daher kein Punktabzug. Wer täglich zum Strand will, sollte aber aufpassen.

Cette maison est un petit bijou et dégage une vraie âme... on a l'impression de se sentir chez soi... Belle maison au calme
Tres Jolie location à proximité de la plage de Pinarellu... Spacieuse, décoration soignée, propre, très bien équipée. Jardin très agréable avec de nombreux petits coins où s’isoler si besoin et bien entretenu avec vue sur les aiguilles de Bavella. Aucun point négatif. Propriétaire adorable communication facile et chaleureuse. Une bouteille de Muscat Noir vous met la Corse à la bouche dès votre arrivée. Merci pour tout Claudine! Et à très vite !

Maison agreable.
Maison et studio agreables et climatisés, vue sur les aiguilles de Bavella, propriétaire réactive et sympathique. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour en Corse. La plage est plus loin qu’annoncée sur abritel mais pas loin quand même avec une voiture.

liebevoll gestaltetes und geschmackvolles Haus
Für uns war der Urlaub perfekt. Das Haupthaus hat unsere Tochter mit Mann und den zwei Kindern (3 und 6 Jahre) belegt. Wir, Oma und Opa, waren im Nebenhaus bestens untergebracht. Leider war unsere Ankunft durch ungünstige Flugzeiten nachts um 2 h sehr spät und wurden von Claudine dennoch liebevoll noch so spät empfangen. Wir bedanken uns für die fürsorgliche Befüllung des Kühlschranks für den ersten Tag. Es war für uns alle ein perfekter Urlaub. Die unterschiedlichen Sitzplätze auf den zwei Terrassen, am Nebenhaus, an weiteren Plätzen im Garten sowie die Liegen im Garten haben es leicht gemacht, sich optimal zu entspannen. Der nahe Pinarellu-Strand (3 Minuten mit dem Auto, aber auch zu Fuß zu erreichen) und auch andere Strände in der Umgebung , sind leicht zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und hoffen, wieder mal hierher zu kommen. Liebe Grüße an Claudine

Très belle maison idéalement placée
Accueillis très chaleureusement par notre hôte, une bouteille de Muscat au frais, maison très propre et climatisée. Parfait! Les plages sont à proximité, la terrasse donne sur les aiguilles de Bavella, Porto-Vecchio n'est pas loin... Rien à redire. Le prix est justifié. Continuez comme ça !

Wohlfühl-Feriendomizil mit schönem Garten
Wir haben zu fünft zwei wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht, das sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet ist. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die überdachte, große Terrasse. Hier konnten wir die Mahlzeiten im Freien so richtig genießen! Ein Highlight für uns war die Abendstimmung beim Aperitif auf der kleinen West-Terrasse mit einem phantastischen Blick auf die Bavella-Gipfel in der Ferne. Der schön angelegte Garten bietet viele Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten, z.B. im Schatten einer Korkeiche. Claudine hat uns herzlich empfangen und war auch sehr um uns bemüht. Wir haben Sie ins Herz geschlossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause, ganz toll!
Im "Haupthaus" gibt es ein grosses Wohn-Ess-Zimmer mit offener Küche, direkt angeschlossen eine überdachte Terrasse mit großem Esstisch, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eines mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein Bad mit Dusche. Im schönen Garten der sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten bietet, gibt es dann noch das Studio, ein freistehendes kleines Häuschen mit Doppelbett, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Bad. Für unsere Tochter (12 Monate alt) gab es ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ausserdem gibt es Kinderspielzeug, auch für den Strand, und Sonnenschirme. Betreut wurden wir vom netten Nachbarn Jean-Francois, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos per email. Die einzigen Nachteile waren der doch etwas weitere Weg zum Strand, wir sind dann doch immer mit dem Auto gefahren und Mückennetze vor den Fenstern wären gut gewesen, so konnten wir nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen.

Excellent séjour à Pinarello, la maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour une famille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et recommandons cette location idéale pour découvrir la Corse du Sud, aussi bien proche des plages que des ballades faciles à faire en montagne. Merci !!!

Tolles Haus mit idyllischem Garten
Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Pinarello gemacht. Das Haus ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, und der Garten bietet immer irgendwo ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Lesen und Ausruhen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das kleine Studio mit dem großzügigen Badezimmer. Claudine war immer sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so nett wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Paradiesische Ferien
Dieser Urlaub ließ absolut nichts zu wünschen übrig! Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet (für die „Siesta“ empfiehlt sich der traumhafte Garten rund ums Haus!) und mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand, beim Bäcker oder in dem gut sortierten Supermarkt. Auch für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, nach Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio oder in die Berge ist das Quartier sehr günstig gelegen. Der Strand zu beiden Seiten des Ortes ist ist sehr gut für Kinder geeignet: es geht flach ins Wasser und der feine, lange Sandstrand bietet reichlich Möglichkeiten sich auszutoben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und stets darum bemüht, ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur irgend möglich zu gestalten – sie ist jederzeit erreichbar und trotzdem "unsichtbar". Wir haben unsere – viel zu kurze – Woche sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Excellent sėjour!
La maison est splendide, superbement equipée, il ne manquait rien, ni dans la maison, ni dans le studio. Très propre, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, calme, agréable, terrasse pour diner et prendre un petit déjeuné al fresco, le jardin et ses nombreuses chaises longues pour lézarder... Quant à Claudine, quelle hôtesse charmante, accueillante, dévouée, d'une gentillesse incomparable! A louer les yeux fermés!
