About this property

A place to relax

In a two-story house, the one on the ground floor is rented. There are 90 meters plus terraces, on a large plot of 1,000 meters. Quiet area with stunning views 2 km from Moraira. Your private pool, several terraces, BBQ, different areas to relax, have a drink will make you enjoy the holidays. Look at the photos and you will get an exact idea of its two rooms, large dining room, living room (DVD, music, international TV), a large bathroom, table tennis, WIFI, large and comfortable parking. A kitchen with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, small oven ...) the main room with a reclining bed of 1.80 x 1.60 and the second room with a bed of 1.80 x 80 and another folding that opens only if necessary 1.80x80, both with built-in wardrobe, mosquito nets, fan. The shared bathroom for the two rooms expanded with shower and dressing area. In addition a bar area for a drink and lounge area expands with two comfortable sofas. We leave towels, beach bag, chair, umbrella ... Everything you need to enjoy the beach. Important: the owners sometimes go to the first floor to spend the weekend but they are two independent houses and the outdoor areas including the pool are exclusively for guests. Check the dates if you want to know if they will coincide one day during your stay

Everything okay 100%

A phantastic view to the sea and Ifach (mountain of calpe). 3 big terrasses with sun and shadow. A quiet place 5 minutes by car to Moraira and shops. In the house was everything we need. All in all: we have booked for the next year!

Fantastische Villa

Wir waren vom 03.09.-17.09.2023 Gäste von Mariola und Jose Luis, und waren überwältigt von der Villa , den schönen Terassen, dem Pool Der Ruhe und Privatsphäre.Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leicht mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei , und das Grundstück ist ideal dafür geeignet, da eingezäunt und weitläufig. Im Haus hat es an nichts gemangelt, und es war alles zu benutzen . Exzellenter Empfang aller deutschen Sender über Satellit. Muchas Gracias Senora Mariola.

Overall good but a few small improvements

We enjoyed our stay but felt that some information beforehand would have been good to know when choosing this place. Good things Outside space is beautiful pool area especially Neighbourhood very peaceful on a cul de sac Ceiling fan in sitting room very good Large comfortable bed in main room Covered car port excellent Lots of parasols for shaded and sunny areas Lovely South facing aspect 5 min drive down to El Portet beach Not so good There are large steps to each level of the property, kitchen, dining, bathroom are all on different levels and there are 3 steps on either side of the bed which is on a raised platform within the room. This did cause a few issues when getting up to use the loo as negotiating steps as soon as you're out of bed was unfamiliar to us. Mobility around the property should be considered as there are loads of steps on the outside areas too. We stayed when the weather was particularly hot 32-35 and found the lack of air con a bit uncomfortable. We didn't expect such temps in early June but for August travellers beware, the garden areas are full of (tiger) mosquitos and keeping windows closed was difficult. Being outside early and late meant we couldn't avoid them. We visited several friends in the area who spray their gardens and this was extremely effective, this did spoil our overall enjoyment of the outside areas. Some mosquito guards on the windows had gaps and there was no netting or other protection on the kitchen door which is close to a lot of foliage. The lovely view, is lovely, but only accessed from a small area of terrace in the corner of the pool which we were a little disappointed by. General We did enjoy out stay, the owner was really helpful and let us arrive an hour earlier at late notice. She walked us around the property and was available on what's app. Communication with her was excellent and in general we had a good stay. The property is a very quirky typically spanish second home.

Villa with views and trees and many different outside spaces

Our 4 night stay was all that we hoped it would be, with views and outdoor spaces to relax in and enjoy; with everything and more than one might need and want to cook and feel at home. Communication was welcoming and easy via WhatsApp.

Vacaciones de ensueño

Villa en las alturas de Moraira con una vistas maravillosas del mar y el peñón de Ifach, Alejada del centro por lo cual es necesario el coche para todo. La casa perfecta para una pareja o familias con niños pequeños, la planta de arriba estaba ocupada por los dueños en fin de semana pero son súper discretos. Los exteriores son maravillosos, poder comer en la terraza con vistas al peñón no tiene precio, piscina fantástica con mucha profundidad y con puerta para evitar accidentes con los más pequeños. Total tranquilidad, solo oirás los sonidos de los pájaros, vecindario muy tranquilo , Ya estamos deseando volver, gracias Mariola!!!

A fantastic property in a lovely location

We had a fantastic time in this villa. The villa was clean and it had everything you need and more. We had the outside areas to ourselves all week. The outside areas are exceptional with many different seating areas offering lovely views. The pool was very nice. We found the location very good, it was lovely and peaceful but close enough to Moraira and El portet. We would not hesitate to go back to this villa. The host was very helpful and easy to contact.

Séjour que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Mariola ne néglige rien et nous envoie tous les détails nécessaires pour une bonne installation et une arrivée sans problème. Moraira est une station magnifique qui a su préserver son authenticité. La maison est confortable,chaleureuse et décorée avec goût. Les extérieurs sont immenses parsemés de coins détentes et la vue juste exceptionnelle. Il règne un climat de bien-être et de repos....nous avons passé un séjour bercé par le chant des oiseaux et les pirouettes des écureuils au grand bonheur de mes filles. Bonne continuation Mariola...

gute Lage, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen

Wir verbrachten zwei herrliche, sonnige Wochen. Der große Pool war angenehm warm (24-26°C). Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr großzügig ausgelegt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Er genoss das große, abgeschlossene Grundstück. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. WLAN sehr stabil. SAT-TV mit vielen deutschen Sendern. Insgesamt ein toller Ort zum entspannen.

Fijn verblijf en mooie ligging

We hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt. Aantal min punten zoals het koken op een 2 pits stelletje waar amper 2 pannen naast elkaar kunnen. Dat was erg onhandig. We hebben ook een kleine vergoeding moeten bijleggen omdat wij door een stoel zijn gezakt na pure slijtage (scheur in de naad) Het zwembad is gigantisch heerlijk, ook heel diep voor de duik-liefhebbers! Uitzicht is over de zee van Calp. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar maar erg mooi om gedaan te hebben!!

Une parenthèse dans un cadre de rêve.

La réalité est mieux que le descriptif et les photos. La maison est confortable, très fonctionnelle et il ne manque rien . Mariola pense à tous les détails pour que tout soit comme chez soi . L'extérieur est magnifique, grand, très bien équipé (barbecue, cuisine extérieure, transats, fauteuils, parasols, lit...). Il y a un endroit différent et approprié pour chaque moment de la journée. La piscine est au top : grande, chaude et profonde, l'endroit préféré et fortement utilisé par notre fils.. Les vues sur la mer depuis les différents extérieurs sont magnifiques , on peut rester les contempler des heures dans un cadre calme , juste bercé par le chant des oiseaux et des cigales. Le point négatif est que tout est tellement beau, on est tellement bien qu'on ne veut plus sortir ! ((la voiture est nécessaire et la ville de Moraira très fréquentée) Mariola est une hôte avenante, pleine de bons conseils et qui maîtrise parfaitement le français. Une adresse remarquable dans une belle station balnéaire haut de gamme, nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

A beautiful quiet place to relax!

The house is situated in a nice area and more than fine. It’s clean, the bed is very good and you will find everything you need. The outside space is enormous. There are lots of terraces (sun or shadow) where you can sit or lie. The pool is beautiful. It’s a very quiet place with lots of privacy. We have spent some enjoyable days there. Mariola is very helpful and an excellent host!

Fantastic location with a view that willl wow you and with every amenity you could think of!

When booking this villa, we knew that we loved the El Portet location but we also knew that some villas seemed lost in the valley and with no view. We didn't think that we had booked such a villa but weren't quite sure. There was no need to worry. As soon as we stepped out of the car (having located the villa via a very innovative video from the owner) we were totally blown away by the view over Moraira to Calpe and Ifach. The owner showed us around the sizeable apartment and pointed out each amenity but we were mesmerised by the many antiques and curios to listen too closely. Don't think that the antiques and curios spell lack of comfort as they do not. Although we dined outside for every breakfast and evening meal, inside was spacious and comfortable and we retired to the comfortable sofas and rocking chair in the late evening to avoid the mosquitos. Even then the view was spectacular. The bathroom and kitchen were already stocked with essentials and there was plenty of fresh supplies of towels etc even equipment for the beach. The hot water was plentiful and the shower was powerful. The welcome note, wine and chocolates plus fresh oranges (the electric orange squeezer worked a treat) were very much appreciated. We sat by and swam in the pool for much longer than we normally do on holiday enjoying the differing views and wonderful sun sets. Even then, you could take your choice of seating areas including a hammock! The outdoor shower was powerful and great to wash off sun cream before each dip. We felt at home and are already planning our next stay.
