Completely renovated and fully furnished one bedroom apartment near Rochusplatz in Vienna's 3rd district, ideally located near bus and subway as well as CAT (city airport train). Shops, markets and restaurants in walking distance, lively but relaxing atmosphere all around.

Comprises one living room with kitchenette and sleeping sofa for two, bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with electric shower and washing machine, separate toilet, small storage room and entrance area.

Fridge, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, iron, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner provided, as well as all linen and towels.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guterLage
Optimal. Wir waren 1 Woche in Wien, hatten überwiegend gutes Wetter und haben alle Dinge die wir uns vorgenommen hatten geschafft. Als Berliner haben wir es sehr genossen, dass die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel in hoher Frequenz alle immer pünktlich kamen.

Wiener Wohlfühloase
Durch die präzise Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Christop haben wir uns gleich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vertraut gemacht und es war einfach, die Wohnung zu erreichen. Seine Frau Tanja hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, uns alles umfassend erklärt und in die super ausgestattete Wohnung eingeführt. Der Tipp mit dem Fischrestaurant Lubin in der Nachbarschaft war genial. Wir haben dort unseren ersten Abend verbracht uns vorzüglich gespeist. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt!

Pleasant Oasis Gem close to City Centre
We were overwhelmed with the extensive city public transit system without much German, but got help right away from Tanya and Christoph. When we got to the apartment, Tanya was waiting (accommodating our arrival and departure times), and gave us a full orientation of the apartment. Our questions during our stay were addressed in a timely fashion. Thank you, Tanya and Christoph, for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this Apartment while in Vienna!

Nice stay.
Very clean. Owner explained well and was there to open the door. Kitchen well equiped. Next to 3 groceries( Spar, Billa et Aldi, many restos. Metro stop and bus. Very easy to walk to center. Woukd go back.

Städtereise Wien
War das eine schöne, erlebnisreiche Städtreise in Wien. Bei Ankunft wurden wir von Tanja herzlich begrüßt und bekamen viele wichtige Informationen rund um Wien. Eine so nette , umfangreiche Einweisung haben wir in allen Jahren unseren Reisen noch nie bekommen!!! Die Wohnung war blitzeblank sauber und mit allen ( und noch mehr ) Utensilien ausgestattet, man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Beschreibung und Bilder im Inserat entsprechen zu 100% !!!! Die Lage ist top zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man auch fußläufig in 30 min. erreicht. U Bahn Stadio in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca . 400m Eine preiswerte Tiefgarage in 700 m , für 5 Tage haben wir 30 Euro bezahlt. Vielen lieben Dank , Tanja und Christopher. Man kann die Wohnung und euch nur empfehlen Klaus und Annett

Charmantes Altbauflair
Die Wohnung ist charmant. Sie liegt ruhig im lebhaften 3. Bezirk unweit des ÖPNV. An heißen Sommertagen bleibt sie angenehm kühl. Tanja ist ein sehr engagierter Host. Dankeschön! Wir würden sie sicherlich ein zweites Mal buchen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage
Diese Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für die Erkundung von Wien geeignet, sie ist super ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Es gibt eine Vielzahl an Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, außerdem Bus- und U-Bahnstationen, womit man superschnell in der Innenstadt und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und angenehm und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und zuverlässig, der CheckIn hat super geklappt und wir bekamen noch viele wertvolle Tipps für die Stadtbesichtigung. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Very nice apartment nearby the old centre of Vienna. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement was that the parking place in the street costed 2,50 an hour. So we parked the car on half an hour walking distance. But overall it was fantastic

Gute Unterkunft in Wien
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit genügend Einkaufsmöglickeiten und Restaurants. Die Innenstadt ist in ca 30 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuverlässig.

Wonderful hosts and great location
We could not have been more pleased with our experience in this lovely property, which had all the modern amenities in a historic environment. The neighborhood is very charming and quiet, but just a few steps away from public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We we had no problem getting everywhere in the city from the apartment. Both Christoph and Tanya were excellent hosts. Christoph was easy to reach and very flexible when our arrival time was significantly delayed. Tanya met us at the apartment and provided a delightful introduction to Vienna and made us feel very welcome in our temporary home. I hope we will return to Vienna one day, and when we do we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much for your generosity and hospitality, Christoph and Tanya!

Die Wohnung ist den Bildern entsprechend sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sie ist sehr gut gepflegt und es gibt nichts auszusetzen! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr angenehm. Sehr nette Kleinigkeit: Sehr leckerer kostenloser Kaffee steht zur Verfügung. In direkter Umgebung finden sich etliche Lokale und sehr angenehme Möglichkeiten um Essen zu gehen, einzukaufen oder Wiener Torte zu genießen. Wir haben mit dem Rad die Stadt erkundet und dies ging von der Ferienwohnung aus sehr gut! Gerne kommen wir auf diese Möglichkeit wieder zurück, wenn es wieder nach Wien geht! Herzlichen Dank!

Die FeWo war geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch Programme in Wien empfohlen, die ÖPNV Linien erklärt, den Kühlschrank sogar etwas gefüllt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wenn wir wieder in Wien sind, werden es versuchen, die FeWo zu buchen

Charmante, kleine Wohnung in angenehmer Lage
Ich hatte eine sehr angenehme und erholsame Zeit in dieser charmanten Altbauwohnung im 3. Wiener Bezirk. Obwohl die Wohnung im Hochparterre liegt, war der Aufenthalt ruhig, denn die Straße ist keine Durchgangsstraße und hat nicht viel Autoverkehr. Die Übergabe der Wohnung mit der Einweisung in alle Gerätschaften und Einrichtungen hat keine Fragen offen gelassen. Ohnehin war die gesamte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Badezimmer und WC sind sehr neu und haben einen gehobenen Standard und das Bett empfand ich sehr bequem (was nicht immer der Fall ist). In meinen Augen ist die Wohnung perfekt für einen kurzen bis mittleren Aufenthalt für Alleinreisende oder Paare geeignet. Für eine Familie wäre es vielleicht zu eng und für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde man sich vielleicht eine separate Küche und größere Küche wünschen. Die Bilder geben die Wohnung perfekt wieder.
