Calabria apartment on the second floor in Gabella fraction of Lamezia Terme, panoramic area just 3 km from the center of Lamezia (Sambiase). In five minutes by car you can reach the Baths of Charon, the airport and the railway station of Lamezia Terme (S. Euphemia). The house can comfortably accommodate 4/5 persons. The house consists of kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, hallway and outside terrace. The location of the house is strategic because from the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Gulf of St. Euphemia and the mountains opposite. The setting is quiet and very relaxing, ideal for those who want a relaxing holiday, away from city noise.

Near the tourist resort of Tropea (about 40 minutes), Falerna and Nocera Terinese (about 15 minutes). It is accessible from the other towns of Paola and the Sila (approx 1 hour).
Also nearby are the other tourist towns of Pizzo Calabro and Vibo Valentia (Valentia) in just over 15 minutes away by car.
