Sleeping accommodations:
Please note: there is no separate bedroom, it's all an open-floor space with an open mezzanine. The main sleeping quarters are located on the mezzanine and consist of a queen bed and a small desk and chairs. On the main (lower) floor there are two couches and a queen sleeper sofa.
Full bathroom with a shower. Hair-dryer included. Compact kitchen equipped w/electric stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & electric kettle. There are also: crock pot, electric grill & panini maker available for your cooking needs. Utensils & dishes provided, as well as towels, linens & blankets/ comforters.
Although the minimal stay is 2 nights in some cases we accept a single-night stay. The base price for a single night is $150.00 plus the regular fees (cleaning and, etc.). The maximum of 4 guests can in some cases be adjusted but it is a small place and not really roomy enough for more than that.
Please review all the sleeping & bathroom details in our listing with all folks in your party to make sure you that all will feel comfortable with such accommodations.
Comfort is a subjective term and while we try to provide our guests with the amount of space & privacy the way we perceive it, we understand that some people not only don't mind but actually feel better in more 'densely populated' scenarios.
Parking: free on-street parking next to our building in a quiet but very well exposed space. There is one dedicated space with the unit and additional free off street parking in and adjacent lot.

We would be happy to try to accommodate your particular needs and we'd like to get to know you a bit prior to your arrival to ensure a happy, creative relationship.

Great space close to the Strip District

I stayed here with my fiance to visit my parents in Pittsburgh. There was plenty of room for us to all watch movies in the living area and play cards together. The space was stocked with fresh milk, juice, sparkling water, fresh bagels, and Ben greeted us with a loaf of fresh bread from a local bakery. We had all we needed for a great birthday weekend and we would definitely book here again. Thanks Ben!

This place was super cute. The neighborhood was nice with a nice little coffee shop walking distance. Bernard was super helpful with check in and letting us know about the area. Well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to a good amount of stuff. Would definitely rent again if in the area!

A great loft apartment

Very well set up, maintained and stocked loft studio apartment. Everything was super easy and convenient, and it was just a few minute drive from all the places we needed to go in Pittsburgh.

Super location and great host!

My husband, my son and I really enjoyed being able to walk to Acrisiure stadium for the Steelers game, we could walk across the bridge to the strip district and nearby places for coffee in the morning. Couldn't beat the location. Host was wonderful providing the kitchen essentials and then some. Very hospitible and communicative. We will stay here again.

AMAZING!!!

The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was even better! It was very clean and fully stocked with all of the necessities! Bernard even went as far as providing us with some snacks which was truly the cherry on top. If we ever head to Pittsburgh again this is where we will stay!

Eclectic Fun

This is a eclectic, fun place to stay on the PNC side of the city. Ben is amazing and had all kinds of food and candy waiting for us. Lots of towels, blankets and sheets…if they don’t have it, you don’t need it! Thanks, Ben, for being such a great guy and letting us stay in your funky property.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

I will start with the thing that impressed me the most; the host was waiting to greet us with fresh artesian bread. The place is convenient to walk across the bridge and go to the strip in 10-15 minutes. It's a 5 minute walk to one of the local and well known breweries. It has a designated parking space. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. The place is well equipped and overstocked with everything you can think of from towels to snacks and coffee.

Great location and great host

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend for a volleyball tournament. This place was just a 5 minute drive to the Convention Center. Our host, Ben was just exceptional! Excellent communication and very detailed. Met us in person to show us around, even though we didn’t arrive until nearly 9 PM. We were very happy to have some breakfast items, snacks and even frozen pizza as we were tired after long volleyball days and didn’t feel much like driving around for food. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome little apartment

This place was perfect for my week long stay. The location was perfect, it was a few miles to the downtown area to get great food and find things to do. One problem I had, which is specific to me, was the bed was not comfortable for a person with a history of back surgery. But then again that's a risk you take anywhere you go. Also, the vertical blinds in the sleeping loft only kept out so much light and the Beirgarten that is next door keeps their spot lights on all night. Other than that it was spectacular and Ben was a super cool dude, I wish I had had more time to talk to him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The hostess with the mostest

A very unique place that used to be a delivery truck garage. It was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the Steelers game and to a downtown area. Best of all was the owner, Ben. He met us there and showed us around and gave us suggestions of what to do in the area and how to get around. He provided snacks and food items, which were very appreciated. He was very easy to stay in contact with and responded quickly.

Property is just like the pictures. Eclectic style with super responsive owner. Ben came by to tell us about everything around and more. When we return we will be staying here again. Great Place For A Getaway

I was impressed from the moment I arrived. My host was awesome, friendly, informative and easy to communicate with. The place was better than expected. I enjoyed the space with its quirky and eclectic style. Everything was in good condition. The bed in the loft was comfortable. The office desk/computer was also in the loft and helpful. Everything you need is provided, as well as cold water, snacks and more. One note, on Fridays during the summer, the German Social Club which is next door has live music, which was really good, lasted until 10pm. This was the last Friday for the year. Otherwise, the place is very very very quiet. This is now my go-to place when I go to Pittsburgh.

Thanks Ben - we enjoyed our stay and your hospitality. The property was walking distance to the strip. Lots to do in the area. We were also excited that it was Oktoberfest at the adjacent German House. The Manager and the people at the German House were very welcoming and pleasant!! We had a great time! Great hospitality, wonderful location, amazing atmosphere!

The host was the best I’ve ever booked with on Vrbo. they was very kindhearted and thoughtful. The location of this short term rental is great! We ended up walking everywhere; used the car only once to go get groceries. Overall an amazing stay, was very comfortable and clean. My favorite part of this place was the location for sure. You have a beautiful view of downtown Pittsburgh and the bridges. I felt very safe, as this was in a nice location. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, comfortable place in Pittsburgh. This is it! This has an excellent host and 100% would stay here again.

My mom and I came into town for Picklesburgh and the host was there to greet us for an easy check-in/walk through with bread from a local bakery. Everything about our stay was perfect - walking distance to the city and the place had everything you could possibly need.
