A newly renovated house in a rural setting in lush countryside. A double a bed in the master bedroom, two beds in the sleeping loft. Dining area with seating for 6 people. Dishwasher, gas stove and fireplace. The house in equipped with AC and washing machine. Bathroom with shower Large and lovely paved patio overlooking our olive grove. 2,5 kilometers to the village with shops, restaurants, bank etc. Located 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beach by the Ionian Sea. The town of Pisticci is 15 minutes away.

Super accueil

Nous voulions etre à Marina di Pisticci pour visiter les Pouilles et la Calabrese. Le logement est super, grand, climatisé et à la campagne. Dans cette région il faut forcément faire de la route donc ce logement est un bon point de chute. Gros point fort: l accueil et la disponibilité de Mariagrazia et Antonio, on ne pouvait espérer mieux. Petit bémol; les aboiements des chiens la nuit qui chassent les sangliers et le nid d oiseau dans la toiture. Je recommande vivement.

Schönes Haus in mitten von Nichts.

Wir haben nach so etwas gesucht. Alleinstehendes Haus umzäunter Garten. Trotz der Hitze war es auch Dank der Klimaanlage immer angenehm im Haus. Das Meer war in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht um einen Ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr nette Leute die uns auch mal zwischendurch immer nach unser Wohlbefinden gefragt haben. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen zusätzlich war in dem kleinen Dorf, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, alles was man im Alltag gebraucht wurde. Eine Großartige Bäckerei und Metzger... Keine Geschäfte für den Einkauf. Nicht zu vergessen die Pizzeria Romeo...einfach wunderbar. Vielen Dank für alles wir würden wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes Landhaus

Wunderschönes, kleines, uriges Landhaus in der Natur. Das Haus ist urig mit Steinen, so dass man sich fast vier in einem Trulli fühlt. Kinder haben einen Schlafboden. Wundervollen Blick auf der Terrasse. Man ist für sich und die Nachbarn haben Hunde, die leider nachts bellen, dafür aber Sicherheit bieten. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner, traumhafter Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Un superbe séjour

Location indépendante très propre et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Seul bémol, les aboiements des chiens des voisins la nuit qui empêchent de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Location à recommander vivement. Ciao.

Recente vacanza a casa Muneca

La nostra vacanza è stata piacevolissima. Casa mto caratteristica, con tutti i comfort, recintata e in posizione panoramica sulla campagna circostante. A 10 minuti in auto dal mare. Gentilissimi il proprietario, signor Morrone, e la signora Maria Grazia, che accoglie gli ospiti. La consigliamo vivamente a chi ama la tranquillità e va in vacanza con i propri animali. Ci rimarrà nel cuore.

Entre mer et campagne

La maison est idéalement située proche de la mer et le village de Marconia où il y a tous les commerces pour passer un agréable séjour. Seul petit bémol le bruit la nuit avec les chiens qui aboient et autres animaux insectes en tout genre qui viennent perturber votre sommeil. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et MariaGrazia qui facilitent le séjour

Noisy stay

The property was well-equipped and in an appropriately rural setting. Unfortunately, we had sparrows resident in the roof which the owners have since sorted. The dogs in the next door farm were also very noisy especially at night. So sleep was a real problem for us. Internet didn’t work either, but we had roaming. Otherwise a nice place and helpful owners.

Senza tempo

Posizione strategica per visitare le Bellezze lucane. Marconia è molto vicina e pratica, ci sono tutti i servizi. La casa è carinissima, molto accogliente e piacevole. La tettoia regala tramonti bellissimi e serate in pace, immersi nella tipica campagna lucana. I paesaggi sono senza tempo… vacanza rigenerante, anche grazie a questa bellissima casa.

Una casa tra mare e collina

Ottimo soggiorno in una casa ben equipaggiata, comoda alle spiagge (bellissimo il vicino lido San Basilio) e buon punto di partenza per escursioni alla scoperta delle bellezze naturalistiche ed archeologiche Lucane. Ci ha cullato il vento e la vista del mare all'orizzonte.

Soggiorno incantevole

Casa Muneca è un piccolo bijou immerso in una splendida campagna di uliveti e alberi da frutta, luogo ideale per rilassarsi. Dotata di tutti i confort e arredata con gusto, accogliente dentro e fuori (splendida la veranda). Mariagrazia accoglie gli ospiti con una squisitezza e disponibilità unica. Casa immersa nella campagna, completa di ogni confort. Zona tranquilla e isolata ma a pochi minuti di macchina si può trovare ogni cosa. Punto strategico per visitare la costa jonica e i principali paesini caratteristici della basilicata. A circa un'ora dalla splendida Matera. Gentili e premurosi i proprietari della casa.

Pace e armonia

Casa meravigliosa restaurata rispettando la natura immersa tra centinaia di ulivi a 10 minuti dal mare di San basilio. I vicini sono straordinari e accoglienti facendoci sentire a casa. Per chi ama la pace la storia la cultura la tradizione il buon cibo e la socialità è il posto ideale,,, da provare la focaccia al pomodoro panificio spiga d'oro marconia. Posizione ideale per andare nelle spiagge di Basilicata Puglia Calabria

Charmantes Landhaus in den Hügeln

Immersi nella natura

Splendido soggiorno; l'appartamento è veramente carino e curato. Siamo stati veramente bene, immersi nella campagna tra fichi d'india, ulivi e frutteti. authentiek huisje in mooie omgeving

Wij hebben ruim twee weken met veel genoegen gewoond in dit lieve, kleine huisje in Basilicata, op de grens van Apulia. Het is eenvoudig, straalt een authentieke sfeer uit en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De buurman Pietro is ontzettend aardig (hij heeft veel dieren, waaronder honden en poezen die graag even goedendag komen zeggen). De plek is heel geschikt om zowel in Basilicata (natuur, wandelen, stadjes op heuvels) als in Apulia (de trulli, witte stadjes) activiteiten te ondernemen. Wel moet er altijd voor gereden worden en wie verder Apulia in wil, kan beter in deze regio zelf een huisje zoeken. Dit geldt ook wanneer je dieper Basilicata in wilt om te wandelen (bv. het Pollinogebergte). Wij vonden het een echte aanrader! De zee is vlakbij en in september hadden we het strand voor onszelf. Mooie plek voor een weekje zon en rust

We hebben in juli 2017 een week in dit huis doorgebracht. Het is fraai gerenoveerd, en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht is prachtig, in de verte zie je zelfs de zee. Het huis blijft lekker koel, zelfs tijdens de zeer warme periode dat wij er waren, we hebben de airco maar weinig gebruikt. Buurman Pietro kwam elke dag verse groenten en fruit brengen, waaronder heerlijke verse vijgen en peren. Diverse bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, met Matera als hoogtepunt. Enige kleine nadeel is het ontbreken van wat comfortabele stoelen binnen, en ook buiten zijn er maar twee.
