spacious and very fresh just finished restructuring on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the area "Airfield". Is therefore in the south of Viareggio crow flies with the dockyard beach (beautiful beach resorts), and with the onset of long natural public beach that leads from Viareggio to Torre del Lago Puccini (part of the Nature Park Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli).
Consists of 2 large bedrooms and a small bedroom, a bathroom and a small bathroom, kitchen, large lounge, terrace on three sides. Just finished renovating and tastefully decorated. Residential area with all services available, slightly offset from the center but easy to reach. interesting detail: parking available and free.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung in lauter, zentraler Lage

Sehr geräumiges Apartment in einem lauten Wohnviertel gelegen (Straße und Nachbarn). Das Bad war etwas schimmelig, der Balkon zwar endlos lang aber recht schmal um darauf zu sitzen, für 4 Personen aber ok. Es störten etwas die defekten Sitzmöbel draußen. Zum kostenlosen Strand Richtung Torre sind es ca 35min zu Fuß, teilweise durch den schönen Pinienwald; zur Promenade von Viareggio dauert es etwa genauso lange, also optimal gelegen für alle, die gerne spazieren gehen. Supermarkt und Bäcker und Bar und Pizzeria im Umkreis von Max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Der Geschirrspüler war bei uns defekt und auch nicht in der Beschreibung angegeben, also nicht auf die Evaluation von anderen verlassen, die die Spülmaschine positiv erwähnen, wenn nicht in der Beschreibung angegeben, dann funktioniert sie vermutlich auch nicht…

Perfetta, zero problemi

È andato benissimo, host disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, non potevamo trovare di meglio. Ci ha persino consentito di lasciare i nostri bagagli fino a sera il giorno del check-out e fare il check out la sera permettendoci così di vivere a pieno anche l'ultimo giorno di vacanza e rientrare senza problemi a notte fonda a casa nostra.

Schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Stadt

Sehr einfacher Check-in Prozess & unruhiger Austausch mit dem Vermieter. Schöne Wöhnung in einer leider etwas unruhigen Lage. Die Stadt ist aber sehr schön und breite Strände in der Nähe. Eine Toilette leider nicht funktionsfähig.

Casa grande e comoda

La casa è comoda e spaziosa. Il sig. Giuseppe molto cordiale e disponibile. Unica pecca i lavori nel cortile condominiale durante le 'ore del silenzio' che oltretutto hanno impedito l'utilizzo del parcheggio interno.

Breve vacanza

Ho passato 5 giorni nell’appartamento del sig Giuseppe a Viareggio insieme alle mie due amiche di sempre. Casa fresca e in un condominio in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere sia il mare che l’autostrada per poter visitare le belle località della ns Toscana . Ci siamo trovate molto bene.

Un po' lontano se non si ha la macchina ma per il resto perfetto!

Io ed i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato in questa abitazione e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è molto bella, grande, pulita ed i proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. L'unica pecca è che bisogna aver la macchina per raggiungere il mare in dieci - quindici minuti altrimenti a piedi ce ne vogliono molti di più dato che bisogna girare intorno alla Pineta. E' stata una vacanza di qualche giorno ma niente da ridire, grazie! Laura ed amici.

Spacious apartment with local flare

Our stay at Giuseppe's and Roberta's place was very pleasant. Their apartment is very spacious and a great deal for the price! As owners, Giuseppe and Roberta have gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is very clean and we soon managed to feel ourselves at home. It is a comfortable distance away from the touristic crowd, which gives visitors a chance to enjoy the real Viareggio like a local. We have comfortably reached the beach and peer - with all the restaurants and nightlife - by car in about 10 minutes, and felt safe to know that we could park our car inside a gated area of the property. We also enjoyed the large balcony and the well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to enjoy a few meals at home in a relaxing setting. Giuseppe's and Roberta's apartment is a great option at a great price for anyone who plans to visit the region.

Große Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend. Netter Gastgeber!

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, zwei Bädern und einem großen Balkon sehr geräumig. Für diese Größe ist der Preis sehr günstig gewesen! Außerdem ist sie nett eingerichtet und ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche ist auch ganz gut ausgestattet (es gibt eine Spülmaschine!). Unser Auto konnten wir im zum Haus gehörenden Hof parken. Das Apartment liegt in einer wenig touristischen Gegend, sodass echtes Italienfeeling aufkommt. Zum sehr schönen kostenlosen Sandstrand kommt man zu Fuß in 30 Minuten, mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Der Gastgeber Giuseppe und seine Frau (die ausgezeichnet englisch spricht) sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns zum Beispiel gezeigt, wo wir am besten parken, uns gute Restaurants in der Umgebung empfohlen und uns sehenswerte Städte ans Herz gelegt. Dafür haben sie extra eine Landkarte vorbeigebracht. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen!
