This semi-detached house is very functional and the view is great whatever the weather!
At equal distance from the islands of Batz and Bréhat it is a privileged place to visit the region of the Pink Granite Coast. 5 minutes walk from the door, the customs officers' path passes by. You are parked on the pavement in front of the house.

Simple et sympa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est à la fois simple et confortable: literie de qualité, un bon canapé, une cuisine bien équipée, et une cassette, bien utile en ce début mars, avec une abondante réserve de bois sec. Tout aussi appréciable, la salle de bain avec baignoire, plus la douche dans la buanderie. Le contact avec le propriétaire fut également simple et chaleureux. Très belles promenades aux alentours, et, depuis le salon et le balcon, une vue superbe sur la plage et les récifs. Hors saison, les commerces du village se réduisent à une boulangerie-épicerie, un bar-restaurant, et un magasin d'antiquités aux allures de caverne d'Ali Baba, mais dans un rayon de dix kilomètres, on pourra se ravitailler de manière très complète.

Parfait !

Environnement super, beau petit village, calme, plage et randonnée autour. La maison avec la vue sur la mer est super, la maison est très bien équipé. Parfait pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Très bon échange avec le propriétaire. Je recommande, et on hâte de revenir !

Vue imprenable

Notre séjour a été idéal. Le temps a été magnifique et nous avons pu profiter de longues balades en bord de mer. Le port de Locquemeau est idéal pour pêcher. De nombreux pêcheur s’y retrouvent. La vue de notre maison était incroyable, on ne se lassait pas de regarder lrs marées

Il serait cependant correct de signaler sur l’annonce que la chambre sous comble au 2ème est pour des ados ; totalement inaccessible pour des seniors, il a fallu partager une chambre au deuxième, pas agréable du tout. Pour le reste, bon séjour, évidemment vue merveilleuse.

Bretonischer Spätsommer

Das Haus hat eine einmalige Lage: vom Balkon aus schaut man direkt auf's Meer. Es liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist auch von daher sehr ruhig. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Leider ist die einzige Einkaufsmöglichkeit an einem anderen Ort - bis auf einen Baguette-Automaten, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist. In Bezug auf Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ist die Lage gut. Der Besitzer ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus selbst befindet sich in unterschiedlichen Renovierungständen. Es ist schwer, ein Pauschalurteil abzugeben. Die Dusche steht in einem Abstellraum im Parterre (das Badezimmer weist eine Badewanne mit Handbrause aus, im Schlafbereich, 1. Etage). Die Küche war aus unserer Sicht nicht in Ordnung. Der Kühlschrank war unangenehm vereist und an den Nahtstellen bereits rostig. Der Backofen war schmutzig. Die Küchenschränke waren von innen unterschiedlich sauber, einige Küchenutensilien waren nicht mehr brauchbar, da abgenutzt und weit hinter ihrem Verfallsdatum. Trotz funktionaler Einschränkungen haben wir uns gut erholt, weil Wetter, Ausflüge und Balkon prächtig zusammenspielten.

Einfach wunderschön

Wir hatten 2 traumhafte Wochen in der Bretagne. Schönes Haus mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Dank des tollen Wetter konnten wir immer auf dem Balken essen, mit 180 Grad Blick auf ein tiefblaues Meer. Der Gastgeber ist total nett und wir wurden mit Cookies und Cidre begrüßt. Immer wieder gerne. Annette

Magnifique vue sur mer. Maison agréable et spacieuse dans un quartier trés calme. Beaucoup de randonnées possibles sur le litoral ou dans les terres. Bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est trés à l'écoute. On recommande.

Kurzurlaub!

Wir fahren schon zum 2. mal in dieses gemütliche Haus. (Oktober2019/März2023). Da waren wir schon begeistert. Am Morgen mit einem Kaffee aufs Meer zu schauen ist unbezahlbar! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Antwortet sehr schnell auf Nachrichten.Der kurze Weg runter zum Strand unproblematisch. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem! Wenn man mag ist Holz und Anzünder für den Kamin vorhanden. Leider ist die kleine Bäckerei mittlerweile geschlossen. Ein kurzer Fußweg führt zu einem. Baguette Automaten. Ich denke hier wollen wir bald wieder hin. 😊Stephanie Libuda

Maison très agréable, il ne manque rien ! Et cette vue calme et reposante sur la mer ! Un endroit très calme avec beaucoup de balades près de la maison . Je ne connaissais pas les côtes d Armor et bien j adore ! . Le propriétaire est sympathique et accueillant 😀

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem kleinen Häuschen. Der Empfang des Vermieter war sehr gut und es gab Hinweise und Tipps. Die Gegend in der das Haus liegt ist einfach nur schön und man kann jeden Tag etwas anderes erleben. Wir buchen bestimmt mal wieder

Vue sur la mer!!🤩🤩

Le gîte est idéalement placé face à la mer, quel bonheur!! Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques. Juste un petit coup de rafraîchissement dans les lieux aurait été super...la literie est sans souci on y dort vraiment bien. Bref nous avons bien profité lors de notre séjour. Et les moules de Locquemeau sont excellentes.

Traumhafter Meeresblick in einem stylischen Haus

Wir waren begeistert von dem traumhaften Meeresblick und dem stylischen Interieur des Hauses wie z.B. Kamin und Accessoires. Die Umgebung durch den Zöllnerpfad um die Eckezu erkunden ist grandios. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die tolle Umgebung der rosa Granitküste. Vielen Dank auch an Jean-Francois für die Unterstützung und die Tipps, auch deutschsprachige Fernsehsender waren ganz angenehm für uns.

Super Urlaub!

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Herbsturlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung sehr genossen! Der atemberaubende Blick aus den Fenstern direkt auf das Meer hat uns jeden Tag in seinen Bann gezogen. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und es ist ein sehr kurzer Weg an den Strand! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, mit kleinem Willkommensgeschenk und vielen nützlichen Tips! Vielen Dank!

wunderschöne Bretagne

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Haus mit Meerblick und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Wer die Ruhe liebt, den Meerblick geniessen will, bei Wellenrauschen einschlafen möchte, herrliche Sonnenuntergänge inklusive der ist hier richtig. Ein sehr netter tierlieber Vermieter, denn wir waren mit unseren beiden Katzen unterwegs. Eine herzliche Begrüßung mit Gastgeschenk, es ist fast als wenn man zu guten Freunden kommt. Dankeschön für einen tollen Urlaub und bis zum nächsten Mal :)
