VILLA near Aix-en-Provence, QUIET AREA !

Provençal house, located about 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence Center, in a residential quiet and neat area

Traditional house built in the 70s, it has the drawbacks of a house of its age, not everything is modern or automatic !
however, it has got charm and character :)

Quiet house well suited for Home-working !!

Meticulous cleaning between each reservation, the house is closed for 24 hours before and after your stay

You'll find 3 bedrooms upstairs + 1 bathroom & toilet.

At ground floor a great living- & dining-room of 38sqm², kitchen, terrace, pool,
and also 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom & separate toilet

The POOL water temperature is heated by the sun, and therefore depends on the weather !!!
THE POOL IS OPEN from JUNE 1st to SEPTEMBER 6th, 2020
outside this period the swimming pool is CLOSED or is too cold to swim
THE RATES offered are already calculated accordingly

We are in the forest of oak and pine, which gives a nice freshness without air conditioning. The peace invites to rest, relaxation....

BARBECUES are prohibited !!

Private parking on large ground closed which allows children to play, to run safely.

The house is a real family home and is fully equipped !!

For those who like jogging, walking in the forest or bike, you can easily start directly from the house.

Tennis courts are available in the residence.

In Peak Season the price of the rental includes all linens; for beds, towels and bathroom. Beds are ready on arrival :)
Complete equipment for small children available free of charge on site.

For information, depending on the weather I come back about 1/2 day per week at home for general maintenance and pool.

To save you from big traffic jams Saturday of summer; possibility to rent a staggered manner; Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday depending on availability ....

Outside the high season, I adapt to your schedule holidays and I gladly accept long weekends - Easter, Ascension, etc ... ... -

Ruhige Tage im Herbst

Das sehr ruhig gelegene Haus entsprach der Annonce. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig zwischen den Reisezielen Aix-en-Provence und Cassis/ La Ciotat. In der Umgebung finden sich für Wanderer unendliche Möglichkeiten im Massiv der Ste. Victoire und der Ste. Baume. Die Vermieterin empfing uns sehr herzlich, erklärte alle technischen Einzelheiten und stand jederzeit für Nachfragen zur Verfügung. Die Gasheizung arbeitete sehr gut und hielt das Haus warm. Wie vorhergesagt, war es zu kalt, um im Oktober noch im Pool zu baden. Das Grundstück liegt allerdings auch die meiste Zeit des Tages im Schatten - wegen der hohen und vielen Bäume . Deshalb gibt es für den Wohlfühlfaktor nur 4 Punkte.

Erholung pur

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem toll eingerichteten Haus, großes Grundstück und ein sehr schöner Pool (auch wenn das Wasser Mitte/Ende September etwas kalt war - aber darauf hat uns Carole vorher schon hingewiesen). Sehr schöne, ruhige Gegend in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben! Carole war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ihre Tipps für Ausflugsziele, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr hilfreich! Carole, nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub in toller Umgebung!

Traumferien

Das Ferienhaus hatte alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Riesig viel Platz, tolle Zimmer für die Kinder, die lebendig eingerichtet sind als wären die Bewohner nur kurz weg. :-) Eine tolle Küche mit jedem Gerät oder Werkzeug, das man brauchen könnte und sogar Gewürzen, die wir benutzen durften. Der Pool ist perfekt sauber, anfangs noch etwas kühl, aber im Lauf der Woche wunderbar. Jede Menge Handtücher für Strand, Pool und Küche. Der Kontakt mit Carole war so sympathisch, dass wir das Gefühl hatten, bei einer guten Freundin Urlaub zu machen. Unsere Kinder durften die Blumen gießen und am Abend die Katze Zimt füttern. Ausflugsziele in der Region sind gut erreichbar mit dem Auto und auch zum Meer in Cassis oder La Ciotat war es nur eine gute halbe Stunde. Carole hat tolle Tips für Ausflüge und es gibt im Haus jede Menge Infomaterial! Vielen Dank für diese wunderbaren Ferien! Lisa, Frank, Leon und Luca

Séjour en juillet / août 2012

Une belle maison avec un grand jardin dans une localité paisible. Carole est une hôtesse attentif et merveilleux, qui s'occupe personnellement de leurs visiteurs. Les chambres sont établies affectueux et tout est préparer pour l'arrivée. Arrive et être bien ! On peut fait des randonnées confortable aux alentours et à la côte. La maison est approprié non seulement à d'adultes, mais encore à des familles avec des enfants. La grande piscine invite toute personne à nager et patauger. Ce sûrement n'était pas la dernière fois pour nous. Un cordial « merci » à Carole pour les vacances formidables. Ein schönes Haus mit großem Garten in ruhiger Lage. Carole ist eine aufmerksame und wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sich persönlich um die Besucher kümmert. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und alles ist vorbereitet bei der Ankunft. Ankommen und wohlfühlen! Man kann bequem Ausflüge in die Umgebung und ans Meer machen. Das Haus ist sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Familien mit Kindern geeingnet. Der große Pool lädt zum Schwimmen und Planschen ein. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da. Ein herzliche "Danke schön" an Carole für die schöne Zeit.

Maison sereine, calme et raffinée

Nous vous remercions pour notre très agréable séjour. Nous nous sommes vraiment reposés au milieu de la forêt de chêne et de pins, bercés par les cigales .. ce fut un régal ! Nous avons apprécié votre charmante présence et votre discrétion les quelques moments où vous étiez sur place. Bravo pour l'ambiance et votre décoration, tout à la fois raffinée et simplement juste; nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dès la première minute!! le calme aux portes d'Aix

très bon séjour. un hameau calme et verdoyant avec la Sainte-Victoire en paysage. La magnifique ville d'Aix en Provence est à une quart d'heure. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. La présence de la propiétaire sur place deux jours durant notre séjour ne nous a posé aucun souci. Dommage qu'à Pâques la piscine était encore un peu fraiche. Adresse à recommander sans soucis.
