Giorgio was so kind to greet us when we arrived and showed us around the property to make sure we have everything we needed. It was a clean and beautiful location and place to stay for my family. Excellent Venice apartment

Apartment is in a great, easily accessible area and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay! The host was accessible and helpful with local information. He met us at the transport area and walked us to the apartment!

Fantastic location!

You could not ask for a better location to walk to the main sights. - and the view of the canal with a constant stream of gondolas passing by was fantastic! The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book here again!

Awesome Stay

A great space!

Easy access to key sites in San Marco, Rialto and all other areas. Host met us at the earlier time we requested. Explained everything. WiFi worked well. One bathroom is small but space efficiently designed. One more comfortable chair would be great. One double and two twin beds. Lots of restaurants in neighborhood. A great place to stay and we will be back.

This was a great place right in the heart of Venice. Easy walk to the Grand Canal and St. Marks square. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Giorgio was excellent in meeting us at the Vaporetto "exit" and walking us to the apartment. Clean, easy, good A/C and perfect location!

Beautiful Apartment

Great location on a heart of the city, near to everything, easy access to everything, walking distance to everything. Also, our hostess wait for us at the boat taxi station to take us to the apartment, that was a big bigness help.

A Venice rental small but a gem

Ideal location between San Marco Square and Rialto boat taxi stop, The unit is ideal for a small family. If you have heavy luggage, ask Georgio to arrange a porter service.

Wonderful Venice Apartment!

My family of 5 adults had a fantastic stay in this Venetian apartment. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and convenient accomodations. Giorgio met us upon our arrival and was very helpful with recomendations. Only a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco! Could not have been in a better location. Loved it all!

Great place, Great Host!

Great location, best VRBO we stayed in for our 3 weeks of traveling. Paolo, Giovanni's father met us at the water taxi, showed us where to go and helped with our luggage! Would love to stay there again! The view of the canal from the bedroom balcony is better than the pictures, the place has a ton of space, modern but rustic look too. The only thing I'd say was the mattresses could be better, but nothing that would stop me from staying there again. Thank you for ending our trip on a high note!

Highly recommend a stay here

The apartment is actually even better than the photos. Check in was seem easy, the owner came and met us when we arrived as planned. Showed us around the apartment, explained everything, gave us recommendations, and directions. The location is great, easily walk to every thing you need. The master bedroom has a little balcony overlooking a canal which is on the main route for the gondola rides, we would watch the people go by, and also get serenaded by some! We didn’t cook because there are so many restaurants to eat at, but the kitchen was nice and seemed well equipped.

Amazing!

This was my first time visiting Venice. Giorgio met us at the Rialto to ensure we were able to find the apartment through the beautiful walkways of Venice. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with the beautiful, spacious apartment that awaited us on the water's edge. This place is in the heart of Venice, steps from St. Mark's with restaurants, shopping, and cafes within a very short walking distance. I would seek to stay at Giorgio's place when I visit Venice next time. Wonderful!

Venice Gem

We had an incredible stay and our host Giorgio and his apartment were outstanding! Located in the heart of it all just steps to San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was even nicer and larger than what the photos portray with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths a full size eat in kitchen with everything you need plus a large beautiful living room that includes a large dining room table and a pull out couch to provide extra sleeping space. It worked out well for our family of five and would not hesitate recommending Giorgio and his apartment. Absolutely loved it!

Great Location - Great Host - Great Apartment

The location of this apartment is great (between San Marco and Rialto). The apartment itself was very clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. Giorgio made the check-in process super easy. Our plans changed at the last minute due to a flight cancelation and he was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. He ended up meeting us at the Rialto water taxi stop and walking us to the apartment, which helped us get our bearings straight, because it was fairly late. We highly recommend! Thank you Giorgio

Excellent Apartment

First of all Georgio is an excellent host. He met us at Rialto and guided us to the apartment maybe a 5 minutes walk. He also really helped us when we needed assistance with older relatives and special transportation needs. The location is excellent location being approximately 5 minutes walk to Rialto transport stop and St, Marks Square. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, 2 beautiful bathrooms, roomy living room/ dining area, all the basic needs in the kitchen, and two bonuses on top. Quiet location and a small balcony and another window overlooking a canal with boats and gondolas passing by. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Georgio!

Great location and renovated apartment. We had a blast in Venice!

The rental is a 5-minute walk from St. Mark Square which facilitated our 2-day stay in Venice since we had booked tours for the St. Mark Basilica and the Secret Itinerary at the Dodge Palace. All the beds are comfortable, including the sofa bed. Our family of 6 enjoyed the renovated, modern, and beautiful apartment. There are great places to eat just around the corner. We ordered pizzas to eat at the rental and have a break from the crowds. The host, Giorgio, is accessible and met us at the Rialto water taxi so we could easily find the apartment. The check-in was quick. Thanks for hosting us! PS: There is a small balcony at the suite where we could appreciate the gondolas and take Instagram photos! Super cute!

Spacious apartment in great neighborhood

Apartment was a short walk to St. Mark's Square and Riato - fabulous location. Giorgio met us right on time; was helpful in communications about transportation options. Allowed us to drop off luggage early which was very helpful. It was extremely hot in late July, so although AC worked, it seemed that only 2 of the 3 could be on at the same time. That was a little difficult as we had people sleeping in each of the three rooms. But overall, it was fine. Beds were comfortable. We went to a great pizza place called Gallo D'oro - very fair price and good food. We went twice. Be aware that many restaurants were closed either Monday or Wednesday or both. We would absolutely stay here again if/when we return to Venice!

Perfectly located for visiting Venice center! 3-4 minute walk to San Marco plaza, yet very quiet and spacious and near great restaurants. There’s a small balcony that overlooks a small where you can watch as gondolas pass below. Bathrooms and kitchen are modern, and having AC and washer/dryer were great since we are traveling light and needed to do Laundry! Recommend eating at the restaurant next door for dinner maybe on your last night as it gets dark. Tasty Italian fare, gondolas passing, open air… perfect. Giorgio met us at the apartment which was great. It was our first trip to Venice, so finding the apartment was a fun first experience in getting turned around a few times. No big deal if you are pulling some small suitcases, but I don’t recommend lugging a huge suitcase around! This Apartment is great. You will really like it.

Great Location

Giorgio met us at our water taxi and walked us to the apartment. He recommended some restaurants and markets nearby. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and is in a great location between Rialto and St marks square.
