Complete new bathroom to stretch.
Kitchen equipped with everything you need for a good lunch, appliances and crockery for an impeccable dinner.

Air conditioning last generation, silent.
Comfortable balcony that awakens with the soft sun of dawn, until 2 pm, then an unblemished shade to enjoy a siesta in a comfortable environment, taste a magnificent aperitif accompanied by the gentle breeze that comes from the sea in a climate of absolute silence and relax !!!
Everything you need to spend an unforgettable season at sea!
The apartment is ideal for two people very comfortable!
It has a divan bed for two in the living room.
Apartment suitable for two people comfortable and third could only use the couch and with an additional € 10 per day.

Pequeño pero acogedor apartamento!

A 2 minutos de la playa caminando...bastantes restaurantes cercanos para comer y cenar a diario! El único pero q la terraza es acristalada y hace mucho calor y la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Apartamento en la playa de La Mata

El apartamento esta muy bien y cumple con las expectativas previstas, lastima que sea un bajo y no se pueda aprovechar la terraza (por lo menos en verano) es una auténtica sauna. Aire acondicionado hay sólo en el salón y se hace difícil refrescar el dormitorio, gracias al ventilador que hay a la entrada se puede derivar un poco de aire fresco hacia el mismo. El apartamento está bien equipado, lástima que no tengan un horno microondas que facilitaría calentar algunos precocinados de forma rápida. La ubicación está muy bien a sólo unos 5 minutos andado de la playa. La zona es muy tranquila y permite descansar perfectamente, aunque no tiene parking, no hay problema para aparcar en la zona incluso en la propia puerta del edificio. En resumen la estancia ha sido agradable y placentera.

Vacaciones tranquilas

Hemos disfrutado mucho esos días en la casa de Miriam. La verdad que es muy acogedora y tal cual se muestra en las imagenes. Una zona muy tranquila para descansar y desconectar del estrés diario. Miriam muy atenta en todo momento, manteniendo comunicación fluida con ella y respondiendo al instante. Lo recomendamos mucho.

l'appartement est bien pour 2 personnes mais pas plus. Dommage que le balcon soit fermé car la chaleur de la chambre ne par pas et dans la pièce de vie on doit mettre la clim très souvent si on veut être bien. les alentours très sympas.

El apartamento está estupendo, con todo lo necesario, muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto, con detalles que crean un ambiente muy acogedor. Su propietaria estuvo todo el rato pendiente de nosotros para asegurar que nuestra estancia fuera agradable, poniéndose a nuestra disposición para solventar cualquier duda y ofreciéndonos información detallada sobre los alrededores, lugares para visitar o alternativas de ocio. Estuvo pendiente también de que la devollución de la fianza se hiciera lo más rápido posible. Quedamos muy contentos.

O local é bastante agradável, ótimo para quem gosta de praia, fazer caminhadas e descansar. O apartamento é ideal para 2 pessoas. Está muito bem situado e tem o essencial. Está bem cuidado e limpo. A proprietária é muito prestável.

Apartamento tranquilo y bien situado

Hemos pasado 5 dias muy tranquilos, el apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario y esta reformado y limpio. La playa a 3 min andando. Aunque era Agosto pudimos aparcar bien por la zona, muchos restaurantes, tiendas, farmacia cerca. Perfecto para pasar unos días.
