Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wunderbar eingerichtete Wohnung mit komfortablen Betten und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Grosser Balkon mit Esstisch und Stühlen und Liegestuhl. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Stadtzentrums und des Marktes, aber auch des Meeres. Leider ist die nahegelegene Rue Foch recht laut.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir haben Informationen zur Unterkunft und viele schöne Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung erhalten. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr nah am Meer. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great place to stay!

I love the location, it is 5 mins walk to the beach, and close to a ton of restaurants as well as the train station. The check-in process was easy and the owner was so helpful in getting me transportation to the airport at the end of my trip The apartment has everything you need. I like to stay where I can cook for myself so I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The building is great for solo travelers and for working trips, there is a WeWork just 2 blocks away from the building.

APPARTEMENT PROCHE DE TOUT

L'appartement est conforme à la description, agréable, très propre et bien décoré. Il est situé en centre ville : proximité des commerces, plages, port,, gare... Nous avons apprécié la plage de la gravette (près du port), le traiteur lyonnais situé dans le haut de la rue piétonne, les restaurants suivants : "Le petit restaurant" qui se trouve tout proche de la location ainsi que le restaurant "l'aubergine" se trouvant dans le vieil Antibes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous les remercions entre autres pour être venus nous chercher à la gare le jour de notre arrivée. Merci pour tout.

PROCHE DE TOUT, TRES PROPRE

Très bon accueil (merci de nous avoir attendus à la gare!), appartement parfait au niveau propreté et équipements, spacieux. Localisation parfaite, en hypercentre d'Antibes, tout à pied (plages, commerces, bus, gare, restaurants...). Bruit de la rue, mais c'est normal en centre ville.

Scöne Ferien mit Kind

Wir haben mit unserer kleinen Tochter (1,5 Jahre) 1 Woche lang in der Wohnung gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und entspricht voll der Beschreibung und den Bildern (die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht zum selber kochen, Föhn im Bad, Staubsauger etc.) Schön ist, dass sie sehr zentral gelegen ist, man schnell zu Fuß zu diversen Stränden und zur Altstadt, Geschäften, dem Markt usw. kommt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir für unser Kind einen Hochstuhl, kinderreisebett, wickelunterlage und Stroller bekommen haben, ganz ohne Aufpreis. Und da alle Zimmer Türen haben, kann man auch in Ruhe in der Küche kochen, ohne dass das Kind sämtliche Töpfe aus den Regalen zieht. Es ist nachts ein bisschen laut mit offener Terrassentür, man hört jedes Geräusch von der Straße. Die Garage unter dem Gebäude ist sehr, sehr, sehr eng. Wir haben einen VW Golf und hatten vor allem unsere Schwierigkeiten beim Ausparken, nach dem dritten mal aber den Dreh raus. Ein längeres Auto wird vermutlich nicht in die Garage passen. Fazit: prima Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern und für Pärchen sicher ein Traum!

Nette Wohnung im Zentrum von Antibes

Séjour Très agréable

Nous avons passe un agréable  séjour et cet appartement y est pour beaucoup:localisation centrale permettant d'accéder rapidement aux plages, vieille ville et de rejoindre les principaux axes pour une visite de la cote. Appartement impeccable par le soin apporte par les propriétaires, qui en plus d'être sympathiques se rendent disponibles. L'appartement est clair, bien équipe, mobilier récent de bonne qualité incluant la literie. La terrasse est un bonheur, tranquille abritée, accessible par toutes les pièces. Même quand il pleut, il fait bon vivre dans cet appartement ! Nous reviendrons.

PERFECT!

This is a perfect apartment, ideally situated - close to everything - less than 10 minute walk to the centre of town, and the lovely restaurants in the old town and very close to one of Antibes sandy beaches. Apartment itself is spotless, very well equipped - everything you would need for a stay. The owners are extremely friendly - they greeted us at the apartment and showed us around and offered us a lift to the station for our departure - although they do not have a lot of English, they were able to explain everything and answer queries. Would highly recommend for a stay in Antibes.

VISITEZ ANTIBES

IMPECCABLE! Propre, bien agence, bien aménagé - avec gout, contact humain très chaleureux, n’hésitez pas si vous voulez visiter Antibes. Proche de tout, pas de problème de parking avec le garage fermé mis a disposition. Des fois un peu de bruit qui remonte de la rue si on veut trouver quelque chose a dire.

Un appartement à découvrir !

L'appartement correspond en tous points à la description. Propreté irréprochable, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé surtout au niveau de la cuisine et du salon. Chambre avec lit 160x200 cm et literie impeccable. Autre atout : linge de lit et de sdb fourni moyennant un supplément minime. La terrasse est tout particulièrement agréable et spacieuse. Situé à deux pas de la mer, du centre ville et du vieil Antibes. Nombreux commerces ouverts le dimanche matin (carrefour, intermarché, monoprix, etc). Un avantage plutôt rare et non négligeable : garage privé et fermé en sous-sol. Calme appréciable dans l'immeuble très bien surveillé et sécurisé (accès par badge). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympas et n'hésitent pas donner de bons conseils sur la région. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Nous le recommandons vivement !

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet appartement; nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui nous a donné des conseils de visites à faire; l'appartement est clair, propre et fonctionnel; marineland est à 5 minutes en voiture, les gares routière et ferroviaire et la corniche sont à 10 minutes à pieds; nous gardons un agréable souvenir de notre passage à Antibes!

avons séjourné 15 jours dans cet appartement très agréable, très fonctionnel, très propre idéal pour couples avec 1 voire 2 enfants maxi loué avec un garage box fermé, nous pouvons tout faire à pied (gare, aller sur juan les pins, à la plage etc....) commerces très proches propriétaires très accueillants et chaleureux appartement de centre-ville, grande terrasse nous conseillons cet appartement pour venir sur Antibes (ville calme et très jolie)

Des vacances très agréables

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour à Antibes durant deux semaines au mois d'Août 2012. L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description faite sur l'annonce, il est très propre et idéalement situé entre la vieille ville et les plages. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires et recommandons cette location.

Très bonne location

Je voudrais souligner le professionnalisme et la gentillesse des propriétaires qui ont fait de nos vacances un moment inoubliable. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable, l'equipement est plutôt neuf et très important, il est très bien situé entre la plage et le centre ville. Les plages, les ballades, les courses, tout se fait à pieds. Je conseille vivement cette location à quiconque souhaitant passer des bonnes vacances....

Agréable séjour à Antibes

Nous avons loué cet appartement du 9 Juillet 2011 au 23 Juillet 2011 et notre séjour c'est passé à merveille, le logement refléte exactement les photos décrites, la propreté, rien à dire, l'environnement est trés agréable vous êtes à proximité de tout, d'un côté la plage et de l'autre le centre ville alors on oubli la voiture ça c'est des vacances et sans oublié que vous êtes à 10 minutes à pied de la gare SNCF ce qui vous permez de faire vos sorties en train et fini les embouteillages et pensons au plus important les propriétaires sont trés accueillant et chaleureux, pour résumer que du bonheur alors bonnes vacances à tous
